Very happy customer here. AC Appliance fixed my dryer for way less than I was expecting to pay. He was on time, friendly and efficient. I highly recommend them.

I had them come do a diagnostic on my washing machine. They were very professional and quickly diagnosed the issue. Everything was reasonably priced. I ended up just having them do the diagnostic and not the repair since the washer needed extensive work done it wasn’t worth fixing. They gave great recommendations for washing machines. Overall, very happy with these guys!

No other technicians were able to find the problem, was told that the ice maker was broken and would cost over $500 to fix, Derek came out and it was just a connector what was not connected properly. Cost $85, was well worth the money and time.

SCAM!!! After I paid them to get a diagnostic and put down a deposit so they can order the part. They never came back to repair it. After 2 months of call and waiting i ordered it, got it in 3 days. and myself and fixed it myself. Waste of money and waited 2 months

Businesses like these are a rare find these days. Great guys, very knowledgeable. I came in to replace a fill tube for my fridge. Not only did they give me great advise, but they fixed my fill tube free of charge. They earned a customer for life! I will recommend them always!

This company is highly knowledgeable in the appliance repair arena and is extremely reliable. Our restaurant needed help on countless occasions and Anthony (the owner) has always done everything he could to get to us as soon as he could to save us. He is honest and fair, something that is difficult to find these days.When we need any service repair we genuinely do a search on google maps; this is how we found him. I needed a refrigerator fixed. I called 4 other businesses before I called AC Appliance. While others told me they couldnt schedule my repair till next week, AC Appliance came on the same day. The person who answered my call was very professional, and gave me the time frame when their technician would come to our door. Martin was our technician. He called me about 20 min. before his arrival, which was very nice. He knew exactly what was wrong with the refrigerator. Gave us the estimate, replaced the bad parts and put everything back where they were. Their rate was reasonable compared to other places I called or the ones our neighbor used before. I will call them first next time when I need any repairs.

I called Anthony on a Friday afternoon and he sent a technician out by 5, which was exactly what he said he would do. Derrick came in had the washer apart and diagnosed the problem. He replaced the part and showed me a couple things about maintenance for it. He was done in less than an hour. Complete professionals all the way, would recommend again.

My air conditioner broke, so I called AC Appliance. A friend told me they were great, and they were right. The repair technician was prompt and friendly, and I was surprised their rates were so low. Thank you again, Im VERY satisfied!

They fixed my refrigerator. No complaints at all.

My home warranty company hired them to fix an oven. After coming to the house, they said parts needed to be ordered and they would follow up with the home warranty company. After a delay, I found out they never submitted the claim, only took my deposit. With prompting, they submitted an $800 parts claim. The oven new from manufacturer is $800... Im pretty sure this is insurance fraud. I alerted the insurance company and an ac appliance manager called upset that the order was being canceled. I informed him that the oven was only $800 new and he claimed it was $1400 two years ago and that replacement parts were expensive. Stay away from this dishonest group.

Came out within an hour and had my refrigerator up and running. Great prices and great service.

My son really likes this guy, so I would call him if my AC goes down on a hot day!
