Only one of 3 to return my calls about purchasing a pool heater. Already installed. And my pool tech Matt is great at keeping my pool looking good. He goes above and beyond!

Nine times out of 10 everyone is very Attentive and knowledgeable however every once in a while it seems like you were working with someone who knows nothing about pools. I understand that a new Owner Just bought this franchise as of May 27, 2021 so we will see if things change for the better!

Person behind the desk did not know how to use the computer telling her Im in the computer system with this location already. She says no Im not then I tell her all my info several times over. She gets to the end and says oh person already exists in system delete. No. Dont delete. So what I lost all my recent liquid Chlorine purchases. Also told her my pool size 2times. She was like well its going to be difficult to know whats going on with your pool if I dont know the size. So now I have to go to another pinch a Penny to get proper customer service grab a water sample and drive back. Thanks for the waste of time.

Super helpful friendly staff

Cancelled regular pool service with them after 2 years as the quality had taken a nose dive. My chemicals were always way off when I check them on my own and more than once I had an issue they should have caught but did not. When I did have an issue such as motor or filter issue it’s days before they could come out and fix the issue.

In and out safely and quickly and they even take the 40 lb. bag of salt to my car!

Happy to see a sign on front door telling people to wear masks. But Very disappointed that their pool guy hanging out in store was not wearing a mask. Did not feel comfortable walking around store, could not shop for what I was looking.

The people that work there or real nice I am disabled and they helped me out tremendously I love that Pinch A Penny

Used to be a great pool service. Now I am being charged for a pool guy that rarely even shows up! My pool is green and full of leaves. He was supposed to show up this past Thursday or Friday and nothing! Would not recommend.

We love our Pinch a Penny. We never had a pool until now, they have been wonderful . I am so glad that they are close and so VERY knowledgeable . Also they never hesitate to answer questions. I like the accessories they carry and the store is always very clean and inviting.

Bought a house with a pool knew nothing, with the help from this staff my pool looks professional maintained. They are patience with my small question. Highly recommend will shop nowhere else period.

Let me start by saying the owner Dan and manager Jennifer are very nice people.Unfortunately, the staffing problems the have been having are showing.We have used them 4 years and on occasion an issue would arise, no big deal a phone call and all would be fixed...typical of any service you have weekly.However the last two months have been bad. Resulting in 4 phone calls 4 separate weeks....3 in a row the past three weeks. 1st was watching the pool man enter with no chemicals and leaving timed on video for pull in to pull out 6 minuets! Needless to say he was sent back out to put chemicals in!Last week after I got home noticed the skimmer was not moving. I went and looked at the PSI...it was at 21, not 10 like it should be if needing to be cleaned. So, it was clearly the week it should have been done.But, today was the kicker....got home, saw they came....let my dogs out. After a few minuets I was wondering why my puppy was not inside harassing me, went outside to see what naughty stuff he was up to and he was gone....the gate was left wide open! Unacceptable!

For DIY pool maintenance this is the place to go. Can not beat the service and the prices

They quickly found the problem with my Hayward Navigator Pro. A small chunk of wood caught inside. Probably a piece of mulch.

A lot of people suggest not to have your water tested at a pool store because surprise surprise, they found a chemical you need to buy but they tell me the water is perfect 70% of the time and have never suggested anything beyond the obvious maintenance chemicals when they dont.
