I usually go to the Take 5 location off of Lee Road and thought it was impossible that any other location would be as great as them. Boy was I wrong! The Take 5 off of Main Street is just as awesome! Everything was great. Only thing that was a bust is when they offered me water while I waited and I accepted, they forgot to bring me the water. Fortunately the oil change was so fast it wasn’t a huge deal.

Great place to get a quick oil change. They have many coupons online. They top off all your fluids and put air in your tires as well.

Depending on the work being done it is quick and smooth. They start with a cold water bottle in any wait. The employees remembered me and made it a great experience. My coolant flush wasnt a short experience. That is just the nature of the repair though. They reassure you by showing the clean oil dip stick and send you off by washing your windshield. Will return

The oil change was completed in a timely manner. However, our service tech “Eli” was in such a rush I couldn’t understand what he was telling me, nor could my husband. He was talking so fast, it was evident that he wanted to get us in and out as soon as possible, without regard to my actual understanding of what was going on. It was clear that he wasn’t in a very good mood. I’d it weren’t for my husband being in the car with me and making him come back and slow it down a notch, I wouldn’t have understood what was being done to my car. The business itself is nice, but “Eli” made my visit to this location particularly unpleasant. I will probably continue going to the location on the other side of town from now on,

This was my first time visiting Take 5, but definitely not my last. I was in and out for an oil change in less then 15 minutes. The mechanics were polite, respectful and a little funny. They made suggestions without being pushy at all and respected my personal automotive knowledge, despite my being a middle aged woman. So many garages see dollar signs when I pull up that its offensive. Thanks for a pleasant experience.

The service was great, came in for my free top off and tire pressure check, included when you get an oil change by the way! Luckily I had come in, my oil had definitely been leaking and needed topped off. I was in and out in about 10 mins. Everyone was polite and very professional.

Needed an oil change & had some time. So was driving to another place to get it done, but drove past take 5 oil change & saw 1 vehicle in there and so I turned around pulled in there. Asked Eddy the tech the price & how soon. He told me the price & how soon he could do it. The time was ok but the price was a little high. So Eddy directed me to the website for $5 coupon. Found the website & found a coupon with a better deal. So sat in my vehicle, got my oil change done by the time he said & got a price I liked. So I would be back again. Eddy was super nice & friendly. Eddy did exactly what he would do & finished the oil change in a timely manner. Superb job Eddy!

I drove Over forty miles to have my oil changed at this Take 5 location after my son, who lives in the area, complimented them on their great service. Needless to say, Derrick and Cordell provided a timely, efficient, and all around pleasant experience. The customer service was absolutely outstanding, and the price of the service was great as well. We had oil changed there. They did not tighten oil filter. Threw oil all over engine and under body parts. We noticed them. They want us to drive the car to them. Car cannot be driven they need to make this right and go get the car clean the oil off it and redo the oil change

We went to Take 5 as a family last minute to get an oil change expecting the experience to be just like any other typical oil change however we were pleasantly surprised. Eddy who mainly assisted us (along with Jose) was phenomenal. He was extremely proactive in taking notice our my rideshare decal to offer the appropriate discount, went through the different oil changing options, took his time to educate us on our filters along with the pros and cons associated with the condition of them, and made us laugh throughout with his sense of humor and personality. Who expects this when getting an oil change!? This location is a must if you need any type of service on your vehicle! Will be coming here for as long as we are in the area! Thanks guys!

I had a great experience with Take 5 Oil Change. The staff is polite and friendly. The change of oil was fast exactly what I wanted. They also check fluids and tires levels and completed what needed. At no point I felt they were selling me anything. For that I thank them. I will definitely go back.

My only complaint is that my vehicle is supposed to have the oil changed every 5,000 miles and they filled out for me to bring it back at 3,000 miles. Otherwise id recommend!

I was extremely happy with the service . I liked that I was in and out within 15 min instead of 2hr wait at the dealership for a simple oil change . I also appreciate how they show me the new filter they out in the car. The workers were all extremely nice and knowledgable. I cant recall all the names of the workers but there were about 4 of them and they were amazing.

Both employees were polite and professional. The service was quick and my favorite part...they didnt try to sell me anything! No pressure to purchase a more expensive oil or any extras. There was no wait, and I was done in under 10 minutes. I will definitely be ggoin back.

I went to Jiffy Lube and for the same oil change costed me over $200 I got the same oil change and Save $80 great service they check everything. I will be going back again and again and again and I drive a foreign car it dont matter no job to big or small friendly people.

Luis and his associate were very helpful. They offered me a water when I checked in, checked my tires, checked all my fluids, and basically ended up saving me a lot of time, energy and money by pointing out that my engine had no coolant. 😳 Disaster avoided! I will absolutely return in 3 months for my next oil change.

It was a really hot day, and was greeted with cold water and welcome. Service was great and knowledgeable. In and out on the road.

Ive been going to take 5 for over 2 years now. This is the only place you will need to go for an oil change. They are honest, they are courteous, and they are fast! They will give you water while you wait and they will only tell you about services you need with absolutely zero hassle. I stopped by the newest location in apopka yesterday to get my tire pressure checked since I was headed out of town that night. Cordell and the other guys were fast in checking my tires, and since I mentioned to him I was going out of town, he checked all of my fluids as well. They will top off your fluids for free. Please give this place a try; I guarantee it will be the only place you go for an oil change.

Bad business. I had been coming here since they were a Havoline. The first time I showed up and I were Take 5 they refused to tell me the price until I was at the register which was 2.5 the cost of what Havoline had been.At that point I had already been in line for probably the better part of 30 minutes and said fine.After sharing my displeasure that they wouldnt tell me the price until I had waited in line, I was promised that the next time I would come in the price would be $27 for being repeat.Flash Forward to today waited in line for probably about 15 minutes to be told that they would not honor it even after I explained that it had been promised to me why one of their employees.Plain and simple this place once nearly $60 for a oilchange and makes promises they wont keep.
