This was my first time coming to this salon. Super friendly from the phone call to leaving. Ray did my nails and he did a great job. Salon was super clean. I love that they have drinks and wine there. The set up inside is awesome too. Very pleased. I just had a gel change done also, it cost $30. That’s normal to me. Will be going back for sure.

Rosie did an excellent job with my set. She was friendly but more importantly very precise and thorough. I got exactly what I wanted. She took her time to get the shape and design correct. I’m rarely impressed about my nails but she killed it.

Michael and Rosie are the best. Rosie always takes care of her customers 100%. I love Michael because he is a little rougher on my skin which I need. I wont go anywhere else. Oh and they do great eyebrow wax too.

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with Sunny! I was incredibly impressed with her service and skills! She was so friendly and made me feel so comfortable. The salon was clean, had many options for service levels, and even had a drink menu! I would absolutely recommend Paris Nails & Sunny!

The work they do is worth 5 stars, but since I have to wait 10-15 minutes past my appointment time for service every time, I only gave 4 stars. They do beautiful work and everyone is so nice, but they need to get better with time management.

I live right by Paris Nail Bar, so the location is great. But what has really sold me is my technician, Rosie! She is detailed and dedicated to her clients. She always does such a wonderful job and takes a lot of pride in her work. She is a great artist but she is also kind, welcoming and thoughtful. She always fits me in if I’m in a pinch and makes sure I’m walking out with the best nails! Highly recommend Paris Nail Bar and Rosie!

I have been going to Paris Nail Bar in Apex for the last 8 months and they never disappoint. My nail tech, Rosie is always excited to try all the new designs I come up with for each new appointment. She’s precise and detailed and always excels my expectations. She’s caring and friendly as well. Getting my nails done by her has become one of my favorite activities.

I went into Paris Nail Bar to have an SNS powder color nail manicure. A friend recommended this nail salon to me. Usually, when I have had SNS done, it was chunky, and I didn’t like it at all.Paris nail bar did an amazing job. I posted pics to prove it.Their manicure instruments are heat sanitized and the ambience was wonderful. The manicurist’s offered me wine, soda or water during my service.That’s my 2 cents now you decide.

My wife received a fantastic manicure and pedicure from Rosie!! It was an organic splash of wonderful creams and a cucumber, rose petal water bath. The salon was clean, and delightful. Great customer service. A fun place!

Rosie is the best!! She is so friendly and so detailed with her work. She is gentle but precise. I enjoyed talking with Rosie and loved my full set, pedicure and eyebrow waxing from her. Will definitely book all my appointments with her.

GREAT atmosphere! My nails are flawless and my nail expert, Makenna, is AMAZING! Love this place!

I chose a yellow polish for my pedi and they put it on super thin- tried to only do one coat, but I insisted on 2. Even so, some of the polish started to wear off after only 5 days. Everything else about the salon was nice, but they need to actually apply the polish.

One of the best nail salons Ive ever been to! Its beautiful inside, they offer a beverage of your choice when you sit down and the feel of the place is just elegant. The nail technicians are wonderful and personable, I like Van, Karina, and Michael. Theyre a little pricey, but you get what you pay for, the quality of what they do is outstanding and Van and Katrina are incredible nail artists. I typically pull up something on pinterest that I like and ask them to recreate it, they usually put their own twist on it to make it their own, which I love, it usually comes out better than what Ive asked then to recreate.

I dont typically leave reviews but I feel like I have to. I have been going here for about two yrs now with no issue until now. I got the dipping powder for the first time as I was told it was better for my nails and that it lasted longer (4 weeks). Well here we are two weeks and a day later my nails are chipped and cracking. I called and they said they give a week for any repairs needed and that their is nothing they can do bring it has been TWO weeks. Mind you I paid MORE for the dipping powder than I did gel and they cant do any thing about it. I wont be back. Thank you for great customer service!

The workers are very kind, the prices are reasonable, & the facility is nice/clean. My only complaint is that my gel manis chip easier/faster than when done at other nail places.

She did an alright job, my nails arent even. 🙄 she just did the same design for each nail, when the picture I showed her had some differences. It wasnt awful but definitely not what I wanted. I wanted something more creative, that I expressed but was not what I got.

I was traveling for work and stopped here after reviewing other nail places. The interior decor in upscale. They have different beverages available if you want. The chairs were confortable. And best of all the people are very nice! Katrina did my nails and she did an amazing job! Definitely recommend, wish I lived here so I could come back:)

ASK FOR ROSIE! She gave me a complete nail transformation. I came in with shaven down acrylics and she magically used the gel to create a nail extension. Anyway she’s amazing and consistently does a great job!!

I have had good experiences before at this location but my last was so unpleasant that I feel like I have to share. I booked an acrylic refill with Rosie and during the process i asked to have a coffin shape and for less gap to be left between the cuticle and the enhancement. The shape turned out so lumpy and uneven from one finger to the next, and my cuticles were completely flooded with product. It was so bad that I asked immediately for a correction, and my correction went really well, though it was really uncomfortable to have the excess product filed off my cuticles, Ray made it as comfortable and painless as possible and did a great job fixing my nails.Now as theyre growing out, I was in the process of having them removed, and the smell made my new nail tech realize that the products used at Paris nail bar contained MMA, making them smell horrible when removed and ​difficult to get off. If youre particular about ingredients, make sure you ask before they apply.All in all, I prefer Wade park to this location.

Rosie is one of the best nail tech I’ve ever been to! She always talks to me about what I want, what I like vs don’t like in a picture and she always crushes it. There’s no one else I’d rather do my nails!

Really nice people, amazing place inside, however I give it 3 stars because I believe the price is kind of high compared to most and after a week an a half my gel acrylics have been starting to lift and chip.Update: 2 days after writing this they started coming off after having them for a week and a half.

Loved my experience here. I very picky with my nails and I was very happy with how my nails turned out. I got. I got a basic pedicure and dip powder nails. It was my first experience with dip nails and so far i am impressed. I saw Van and she did a great job. I saw the work that the other nail technicians were doing and I would feel okay going to any of them. Theh all seemed to do an great job.

I recently moved to the area and was in need of a new nail salon. Sooo glad I found Paris Nail Bar! Rosie is the best and I always love the designs she creates. Very professional and kind!

Used to be my favorite nail salon. I got my nails done and they charged extra just for length even for squoval. Not coffin or anything fancy. They chipped the very next day the previous time I got them done. Normally they’ve lasted me 3 to 4 weeks. Felt little rushed even with an appointment this last time. Vaun is my favorite by far!

I drove 30 mins to get my nails done here & it was the best experience ive ever had. Rosie did my nails & i had a design & she did a great job. I love my nails so much!!

I was SO impressed with my experience here. Henry did a beautiful job on my gel manicure for my wedding. They had great COVID precautions in place, the environment was comfortable, clean and spacious.

This is, hands down, the best salon I have ever been to! They accepted me as a walk in at a very busy time of the year and have the best variety of polish (I did the dip nails) I have ever seen. Plus they serve wine and beer ;). The technician who did my nails did not hurt me one time while she was working on my nails and was very friendly. Also had my eyebrows waxed which was also great! My nails look the best they have ever looked and I have been getting them done for years. The salon was also helpful in recommendations on what the best service was to help my nails grow and stay strong. I will definitely be returning every time I do my nails even though it is a good 45 minute drive from home!!

I love this place! I’ve been to quite a few nail salons in the area and this is the best by far! The staff are friendly, they do a fabulous job and prepping the areas, using clean tools each time, and offering you anywhere from water to wine and beer. Henry is the best!! He’s always so nice and courteous, never in a bad mood and never rushes. He takes pride in the job he does and interacts with each person individually. Great great people!

I truthfully really enjoyed this nail bar, Tha did a great job on my pedicure; but my issue came when I was paying. I had gotten the City of Lights combo with gel on my nails and a city of lights pedicure for my friend. When I had asked about pricing I was told gel was 5$ more so that was added for my hands. Even if 5$ more was also added for getting French I should have paid 68+10+42 coming to a total of $120. I was charged $130. even though that does not seem like much more I am really not sure why I was charged extra. I would probably go back if I trusted that they would charge the correct amount but there was no clarification as to what the extra money was charged for. Unfortunate.

The atmosphere is wonderful, and the salon is very clean. Ive had mixed experiences with the techs. Henry was a delight, and does a wonderful job with pedicures, but his dip technique always leaves me with air bubbles in the nail. But he is so sweet and I enjoy working with him. Helen did a great job with a manicure, but she did cut me accidentally under my finger nail. My last visit was with Sunny, and she did a wonderful job. She took her time and I was very pleased. I brought my friend with me, and she had Michael for her first visit. He ended up really cutting her cuticle and she was bleeding for most of her manicure. She had 3 cuts on her fingers, and was very upset. It felt like he was rushing. I will continue to frequent this location, but will be probably only be seeing Sunny from now on.

Paris Nail Bar was a great first experience for me for a few reasons. First of all they are extremely nice to their customers and provided us with soda and wine. Another example is when they always made sure that you were comfortable and relaxed unlike other nail bars Ive been to. Lastly they were amazing at nail art and very artistic. Paris Nail Bar will definitely see me again.

Don’t recommend for eyebrows

This was my third visit to Paris and I will definitely come back! Henry provided fantastic service and made recommendations to continue repairing some damaged nails that I have from another salon. If you are looking for great customer service with great nails this is your place! Highly recommend.

I go to Paris every 2-3 weeks for a gel manicure and I’m always extremely satisfied with my visits. My polish always lasts until my next appointment even when I wait 3 weeks. I’ve never left disappointed. Lily is the best and I highly recommend her! Katrina and Van are also amazing, especially if you want designs.

Love this salon! Katrina is my girl and she does amazing work. I’ve seen the other technicians do work and they are very talented as well! They have an awesome online appointment scheduler to make quick and easy appointments. I highly recommend as they are always busy.

I visited today and was pampered with a manicure and pedicure. Henry was excellent and really took his time doing an amazing job all while having a great conversation with him as well. I would highly recommend this place as it is clean and beautiful inside and the staff was all super friendly and seemed happy to be there.

I have been going to Paris nail bar now for a few years and never have had a disappointing experience. I always go to see Van now (she is a nailGoddess), but have also had work done by Katrina and Henry who are both excellent as well. All of Katrina’s regulars love to challenge her with fun designs and she has a great personality. Henry’s massages are amazing during pedicures/manicures. The customer service is through the roof there. You can tell they love each other like family and it is a fun work environment. On top of that it is always very clean, conveniently next to Costco, Starbucks, and a Ruckus.

Nails look amazing. Great service. Will definitely come back.

Great spa environment. Im here every two weeks like clockwork, I spend a little more than I would at the run of the mill nail bars, but I feel Paris is just better quality. The walls are lined with colors and theyre all excellent nail techs. Sonia is is my technician, shes outstanding. They also have a frequent visitor club, after 8 visits /stamps you get $35 off next service. If you like pampering, this is it.

Great place to relax & get your nails done! I’ve been going to Henry for over a year now. He always does a fantastic job & takes his time! He really cares about his clients, gets to know them & he makes me laugh 😆 I get a gel manicure every 3 weeks & it always lasts until my next visit. All the staff are friendly & polite. I won’t get my nails done at any other salon!

So people are friendly.... as far as 32 bucks for a pedicure well I went with 5 people with an appointment I was the last to get started but was totally finished in 20 minutes while my friends enjoyed another 15 min . definitely disappointed I would not be so upset had i walked in on a busy Saturday but seriously not worth my money at all..yes its super clean but again very disappointing. And now my person has left me to do another client I guess Ill put my own shoes on REALLY. Oh wait hes not with another client hes on his phone ..last visit!!!!

Quick with excellent quality. Cant beat it . Sunny and Van both do great jobs. The hand massage is exquisite . Wine, HGTV, lots of smiles, fleece and leather everywhere - felt pampered and relaxed!!

I am new to the area and was in need of a nail place. I have seen places that look like this online, but dont measure up in person. This place was not like that. I usually hate getting my nails done, but here I was very relaxed (with just water to drink!) and enjoyed my time. The service was fabulous, everything was clean, and the prices were decent as well. I will be going back in the near future and highly recommend it to anyone needing a new nail place.

The people who work here were very friendly and personable. The atmosphere was relaxing and visually appealing. The man who did my pedicure did a great job and was very thorough but gentle. Id honestly recommend this place to anybody!

This was my second time ever going and it was not that great. I had booked 2 days before for a party of 4 and when we got there thet seemed confused about what we wanted done. No one offered a drink and everything seemed a little rushed. I got gel nails and I was cut on my finger cause some of my skin was peeled back and my tech made it worse. I asked for coffin nails and they look more square. Plus none of them even look close to the same. Some are much longer then others and some are thinner then others. Also it should not burn to get gel nails applied. It hurt so bad and I know that my nails are damaged now. Before we even made it to the car my sister in laws nail was still soft and they said she was fine to go and it got damaged due to that ,same with my mother in law. They also dont ask if you have any allergies to any of the lotions they maybe using which could have been bad for me if they tried to us one that had mango in it. They also make you pay a 20% booking fee and they added in 20% on all our separate Bills with out asking what we wanted to tip. Just said that it was on there.

Michael is the man, he is professional and pays attention to what you Ike as the client and he makes some really nice recommendations not pushy about them either if you don’t like it. He is nice all the time.

My appointment was rescheduled twice. The first time is totally understandable as the plaza did not have power. Second time I went in I waited for over half an hour and listened as people were taken in after me even and scheduled with the person I had an appointment with even though I had an appointment with that specific person. When I questioned it I was told that I heard wrong. I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life by nail salon. I won’t be back.

Visiting my daughter from out of town and had the pleasure of having a pedicure and a manicure at Paris salon. I have to say it was one of the nicest friendliest and over all pleasant places that I’ve been to for a pedicure and manicure. I can’t wait to go back on my next visit to Apex.

Four of us went to get mani-Paris on a weekday afternoon. All four of us were very satisfied. This place is first-class: spacious, well lit, no smells. Beverages are available (I enjoyed a nice glass of red wine). This would be the perfect place for a pre-wedding primping, or a birthday, or a girls night. We really enjoyed it and would definitely recommend it.

I wouldnt say they should have a star. This was the Worst service iv ever had!!!!! My nail tech openly said he had to go watch a vido because he had no clue how to do my nails. I made the appointment 5 days before and I was rushed out the door. The nail tech said I was going to watch a vido on how to do your nails but I have another appointment in 30min so Ill just figure it out. . Absolutely NOT GOING BACK!!!!!!!!!

Got my nails done here and wanted them square/oval the man made my nails literal boxes. I came in the next day to see if they could fix them because they have a 3 day warranty and the man was beyond rude to me and rolled his eyes at me and then told me it’d be $40 extra dollars to fix them on top of the $55 I originally spent to get them done. Would not recommend this place to anyone

I love this salon. It is very clean and luxurious. Its well ventilated with pleanty of natural sunlight. The atmosphere is very relaxed. I never feel rushed. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I love that I can sit at the bar and chat with anyone there, whether its staff or fellow custers. Overall, its just a lovely experience and I recommend it to anyone who is likes to be pampered.

I have been a regular at both locations of Paris for about 18 months. I honestly have never been to a better nail salon in the Triangle area! I have never been one to go to the same person to get my nails done but the techs at Paris are the best in the triangle hands down! They are the only salon that I trust with my nails. Visit this amazing salon and you will not be disappointed!

Amazing nail techs! I don’t go anywhere else! Worth the money.

Positive:- loved the option to make an appointment online;- lovely ambiance, looks very clean and modern;- they have the actual bar with a drink menu, can be a great place for a group;- nice selection of colors.Negative:- even with an appointment had to wait for some time; other places at least sit you down and let you have a relaxing soak while you wait;- pedicure chairs are not adjustable and are rather uncomfortable;- basic pedicure does not even include a massage (which is a basic service at all other places), with the upgrade it costs $32 which is much higher than other salons;- there is nothing premium about the service to justify higher cos, no special products are used etc.- did not notice that at first but my pedicure was not actually done very well - stains were left from old polish, tips were unevenly filed, and skin was barely touched and after just a week feels rough as if I havent had a pedicure much longer.Overall a decent place if you like the ambiance. Maybe other techicians do better job but Id rather go to any other place that does better pedicure for less.

I have never been treated so badly by Nathan, who I believe is the owner. I was maximum of 10 minutes late-to which he stood and argued that I was 15 minutes late. Nonetheless, it was quite clear he didn’t want my business! He told me that it was my choice to wait more or leave. Are you serious?!?! I guess you don’t want my business, or anyone else’s for that matter. I will not go back. It’s too bad because the ladies there seemed gunuine and nice.

A bit pricey nobody offered us drinks water , not a word from the tech . For the prices it could be better .

I selected this placed based on the reviews and the nail bar images of the interiors. The nail bar is really nice, however the service is Horrible... Pedicure was not relaxing at all... Purchased the most expensive one, which stated a lot of services and Cleary received the express Pedicure.... because it lasted for less then 5 min.... Will not be back and would not recommend this nail bar to anyone!!!!

I was highly satisfied with my experience at Paris Nail Bar. I was admiring a coworkers nails and asked where she got them done and she said Paris Nail Bar. I scheduled an appointment for a manicure and had a relaxing and fun manicure. They did a great job and I loved the color. I loved it so much that made another appointment for my mom and I to get manicures and pedicures. After we left we both looked at each other and our nails and were so impressed with the service and the quality of our manis/pedis. The nail shape was perfect, the color was amazing, and the staff was nothing but kind and welcoming. Thank you Paris Nail Bar for two wonderful experiences. I am calling today to set up my third appointment there!!

I had a wonderful nail technician who was wonderful to talk with, and did a great job on both my mani and pedi. The space is comfortable and clean, and the pricing is very fair. Definitely would go back!
