They always do a good job on my nails and i’ve been there plenty of times. i usually get gel nails and they never crack or break, they last until my nails are too grown out and i remove them. i love them they’re always nice and very affordable compared to other places in apex

Got a quick Basic Manicure done and very very happy with the service. I got it done with Mayra and she did fantastic job. I highly recommend her. Salon itself was clean and staff was friendly. I will be visiting again soon Mayra :)

Anna did my acrylic removal/gel manicure and she was awesome. Fair prices, quick, efficient, and my nails came out really nice. I wanted pointed tips and the points are the perfect shape and theyre all straight. The first time I had my nails shaped that way (by a different salon) they came out so crooked I had to go home and cut/file them myself to make them look even, so Ill definitely be coming here instead.

I got at the salon at 1:20. I was told it was going to be a 10 minute wait. I was waiting until 2. They even set up pedicures for people who had come in after while I was waiting. I had work at 3 so I left so I could make it to my work on time. The people who work there are rude and inconsiderate. I highly do not recommend coming here

I went this past Sunday for a fill and not one customer was in the salon. They told me that I would have to come back for a fill that they only do manicures and pedicures. Then they offered to do gel and i accepted. Horrible experience! Not only does it look like i did my nails myself but the lady made my cuticles bleed and very sore. As many times as I have had my nails done, i have never had such an experience. Now I know why the salon was dead- it wasnt just because of limited service. I definitely will not return.

Worst nail experience of my life. I asked for a gel French and it was such a mess I asked the nail tech to take it off. She ran the nail file roughly across my fingers hitting the skin. When I said that she was hurting me she refused to finish taking off the gel and told me I was done. When I asked her to finish taking it off she yelled at me and the manager had to apply the acetone and take off the polish. I walked out of there having wasted almost an hour with my nails looking much worse than when I walked in. I would not recommend this nail salon.

Really nice people, great prices. I lowered my rating only for the fact that when my girl was doing my pedicure and removing the calluses, she did too much. Now my feet are all torn up and in pain from having the skin taken off. Overall a nice experience though!

The employees were nice but they really messed up my nails they were such bad quality and so expensive. i got gel acrylics and one of my nails was crooked and the edges looked like a freaking mountain terrain. also they didn’t fully remove the color i had before (i got them done at another place before) so there was still a little blue on the tips of my nails. literally the worst nail job ever don’t go here. i wanted to cry when i went home lol

Some of the staff is nice, but the women who did me and my friends nails just trash-talked us and laughed at us in Vietnamese the entire time. I dont mean that I didnt understand their language and they couldve been saying anything, I mean it was OBVIOUS. So rude.

Worst nail salon I have ever gone to. I got a full set acrylic and they messed them up twice. I tried to come back for a refund and they refused if I could give this place no stars I would. NEVER COME HERE!!!!!

I love my mani-pedi dates with the Nail Cafe! Im always treated like a member of the family. The pricing is fair and competitive, and whenever I ask for something fun or different, they make it happen.

This nail salon is hit or miss. Lately, its been miss more than hit. The woman who I think is in charge is incredibly rude and condescending. I just overheard her chastise a teenager because she (the woman who works here) didnt understand what the teenager clearly said, and they didnt get all of her services done. Last time we were here, I got a lecture from her on getting divorced. My daughter and I have been sitting here for 30 minutes for her to simply get her gel polish taken off. This is our last visit ever to this place.

Aside from poor service and rudeness, this place is shady with their prices. My gel french manicure costs $35. Upon check out, they tacked on an additional $5. Why? It was a charge for removal of my gel polish from the last time, which they put on. Feels as though I was charged twice for the same manicure.

I absolutely love getting my nails done at Nail Cafe by Anna. So professional and the customer service is fabulous.
