This box welcomed me in about 4 years ago and I love this place! CrossFit Surmount isnt just fantastic programming where I get a great workout and continue to advance my fitness. Its a community that has become my family.

Awesome crossfit gym. Tom is a fantastic owner and coach. We did a drop in, since we are from out of town….but wonderful community, clean gym, plenty of quality equipment, and great coaching. If you are local or just passing through, I highly recommend CF Surmount. I have had the pleasure of going to gyms all over North Carolina, South Carolina, and Texas. This is one of my favorites. Willdefinitely come back.

I coach the local middle school varsity baseball team and before the season started in the spring of 2021 our team worked out at CF Surmount for about 2 1/2 months. To say the team enjoyed it and got stronger is an understatement. There were kids who never worked out in their life and by the time we finished asked if they could join CF as a member. Coach Marni, Nick and Tom were amazing! They were very patient and very motivating because getting 15 young mens attention while holding it for 1 hour is sometimes challenging. Highly recommend anyone of any age, physical ability to come check out CF Surmount!

Visiting from out of town, and had the pleasure of working out here for about a month. I can’t say enough great things about CrossFit Surmount. Programming is well balanced and very challenging, coaches are knowledgeable, and the gym members are incredible welcoming. The equipment is in great shape and more was being added while I was there. This gym is great for beginners all the way to athletes looking to compete!!

Fantastic coaching and community. Coaches are focused on form and technique for skill development and injury prevention, and they do a great job of helping athletes scale movements and workouts as necessary.

Great place to work out. My son went with his baseball team and he fell in love with CrossFit. We will be signing back up fall/winter.
