CrossFit for kids and CrossFit for adults. They offer early morning, daytime, and evening CrossFit classes along with an amazing Olympic weight lifting classes with a professional and knowledgeable coach. Cryotherapy machine for fast recovery. I love that its close to me in Apex right off of Ten-Ten Rd. Great environment, great staff, awesome coaches and members. I highly suggest you come check this gym out!!!!

CrossFit Embark is definitely 5 star when it comes to CrossFit boxes. Ive belonged to a few boxes as well as visited boxes all around the world and they do not even compare to the facility Embark has. It is more than just a CrossFit gym - they also have an in-house Chiropractor, Massage Therapist and Health Coach! However, whats really great about CrossFit Embark is not the facility itself, but the people. The coaches are some of the best in the area and really take the time to get to know each individual athlete and help them with their specific needs. The community is what will keep you here. When I moved to the area my husband and I didnt know anyone, quickly we gained over 100 friends! We all celebrate birthdays, showers, wedding, PRs, whatever it is together.The programming is the best Ive ever seen! Ive seen vast improvements in my skills and other athletes as well in a short period of time.Whether you are looking to step up your CrossFit game or just get in shape to play with your kids - this is the place.

Embark has a fantastic community, phenomenal programming, and a place I look forward to going to every day. The coaches are all top notch and really get to know you and are extremely helpful no matter what stage of fitness you are. I love this place. Such a great community of athletes. I am a mom of 4 young kids so this is a great place for me to get some endorphins and laughs with friends as we push each other in the workouts (wods).

It is one of the newest and is definitely the largest in the triangle area. Top notch coaches who take pride in everyones development no matter how advanced or how basic someones knowledge of fitness is. Owners that give openly and generously their time and expertise as well as enable gatherings, holiday parties, competitions and make the gym feel like a family. An in-house holistic health overview with nutritionists, life coaches, chiropractics, yoga and massage therapy all available. I have been to every large/nice gym in the triangle and coming up on my year anniversary at Crossfit Embark have finally found somewhere that has not only gotten me in the best shape of my life but has given me some great friends and a place I truly enjoy being a part of.
