We had such a positive experience with Venturi. We had a water leak upstairs that had soaked into the ceiling downstairs. My insurance company put in a request with Venturi and theyd called within a few hours and were out to our house the next day. Ted and Patrick were so kind and were in constant follow-up to ensure we were happy with the work being done. Ted even offered to come look at a second water spot Id found (unrelated to the first spot - talk about luck).Mike, our PM, and Sam, our painter rounded out our Venturi experience and while I hope I never need to use a restoration company again, you can guarantee if I do, itll be Venturi. Mike is just such a genuinely nice guy. Its impossible not to like him. Im not even sure I have the words to explain how much we adored Sam, though. He was kind, thorough, explained everything he was doing, and even made a makeshift tent to try to contain the dust as he was sanding the ceiling. He spent time talking to my son about his bearded dragon, talking to me about dogs, playing with my toddler and by the end of the day, he even had my ridiculously anxious lab running up to him.Venturi has such an amazing group of people. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them for any kind of restoration work.

If a company can turn a flood into a good experience, Kevin and Venturi can do it. They were prompt, reliable and have the utmost integrity. Each subcontractor was wonderful. The project was laid out for approval and every timeline met. We will use them for any upcoming projects

From start to finish the group did an amazing job. Kevin the PM was very responsive, professional and customer oriented. The other Venturi crew, Mike and Rudy, did great work with the plumbing and carpentry. We went back and forth on a few options and everyone was both solution oriented and patient, they were focused on making the project a success. All team members responded well to comments or feedback I had and all touch-ups were fixed without issue or pushback. I also had my old builder grade cabinets painted white, Israel and his team were focused on the all the cabinet details and worked with my limited schedule. They look great and all their efforts really show with the final product. Their price for painting the cabinets was extremely competitive, this is based on 7-8 other quotes I received. Overall 5 stars.

Great work done! It took a while for them to schedule the work and we had to follow-up multiple times even after paying the initial payment ahead but once scheduled, the work was done quickly and with quality. Everything was online and through emails which was great. Project Manager was very nice and was very responsive with texts. The crew was flexible with timings and cleanups. Overall great job!

Our experience with Venturi Restoration was great! We had a dishwasher leak which caused a lot of damage. Venturi Restoration was extremely knowledgeable and very kind during the whole process. We worked with Blaine, who was our estimator and he was responsive and incredible. Our project manager, Kevin, is a very honest and prompt individual and did a great job with the work. Everyone on his team was also prompt, extremely helpful in answering my questions and doing the work. Everyone who came out was very professional and respectful. The water cleanup and drying crew were responsive and fantastic. All repair work ultimately was completed perfectly. They did an excellent thorough job. Great communication throughout via email/text which made this go quick and easy. We received incredible support from Blaine in getting claims processed and seeing things through. Venturi did repairs to my master bathroom after a septic leak. They replaced my tile floor, painted, and installed a new toilet. My project manager Kevin was fantastic--great with communication and keeping the contractors in schedule. Very professional. Im thrilled with the quality of the work. My bathroom looks even better than it did before the septic leak--especially my tile floor. Highly recommend.

We had some water damage from a water-line to fridge connection. Water was pouring through our floor through the insulation and was everywhere. Venturi came out immediately for the dry-out. Great communication too! Then the repair work. Craig was constantly giving us updates. They came out as soon as material arrived. They gave us great support and ideas on the material. Max Christenbury and the entire staff at Venturi Restoration Raleigh are a truly professional group in every sense of the word. They have handled two insurance claims for me, the second of which is currently in progress. They responded on both occasions quickly and treated me with courtesy and respect. During the first project their work was immaculate. They were always on time, called when they were on the way, and kept the work area neat and organized.I told the insurance company I would only allow Venturi to manage any claim I had.Max organized each facet of my claim including sheetrock, painting, plumbing, carpet, and wallpaper. Sue reset my dining area after carpet was installed. Sam is the Best painter and a true gentleman.I enthusiastically endorse this company. Refrigerator leak resulted in floor and substructure damage. They did a great job in resolving everything.

I purchased a home and the roof was just replaced by Venturi Restoration due to a leak in the Dining Room. This was only 2 months ago, and the first hard rain that we had in the new house the leak popped back up in from what I am being told the exact same location. I spoke to venturi and their business policy is that they do not warranty any work after a property is sold. So even though the work was completed 2 months ago there is no warranty on the work. Not to mention that they did not even solve the problem by replacing the roof they never actually fixed the issue they just put a very expensive band aid on it. So now I will have to hire an actual professional company to repair my leak and inspect the roof they put on to make sure there are no further issues and inspect their poor quality of work.

Company came out quickly on Christmas Eve when our roof began leaking. Inside damage minimal. Venturi will complete inside restoration once the new roof is put on. All employees have been professional and polite. Update: restoration is finally completed! The attic flooring was repaired, insulation replace, living room ceiling repaired and painted, ceiling fan replaced and installled…and company made sure the house was thoroughly cleaned! That was my favorite part…Suyapa was fabulous. Kevin, our project manager was polite, professional and kept us well informed as we moved thru all these repairs. I would recommend Venturi to anyone requiring their services.
