PRS did a fantastic job on our mitigation and repair work. They were extremely responsive and professional. There was a project manager for the mitigation (Drew) and for the restoration (Patrick) and they were both great! They were in contact and/or here throughout the project and followed up to make sure all scheduled workers showed up when they were supposed to be here. They both made sure we were happy with all the work at the end of the project. They were easily available for questions every step of the way. Would definitely recommend and use again if needed.

We had just moved into our house in Apex at the end of July 2020 and found out there was water damage. I reached out to the company in August and they promptly came out to assess the damage. The mitigation manager came and his guys had the moisture dried up over a weekend. We then dealt with the repair manager who kept us updated and worked with my teaching schedule to have it be as stress free as possible. The owner also came out to check on things. The owner, mitigation manager and repair manager were always accessible. The contractors they worked with followed Covid protocols and the work was completed in October. We were very pleased with all of the repairs and communication with the company. Do not hesitate to call them today!

We had a leaky dishwasher that caused damage to our wood floors, kitchen cabinets, and crawl space. I was concerned that we wouldnt be able to file a claim with our insurance company, because we had recently filed a claim for roof damage. Drew with PRS came to our house to inspect the damage and felt there wouldnt be an issue with our insurance company. He explained the process to me and advised me to file the claim. Drew then worked directly with our insurance adjuster to get the claim approved. Everyone from PRS was extremely professional. We received a project timeline, which started with the mitigators coming to dry everything out. After that, Patrick oversaw the restoration process of repairing the damaged cabinets, crawl space, and the wood floors. The damaged floor boards were replaced and the entire floor then sanded and stained to the color of our choice. Patrick was terrific through the whole process. The communication was excellent, and he was always available to answer any question I had. Every PRS employee who worked in our home was courteous and professional. I hope I dont need them again, but I wont hestitate to call them if I do. I highly recommend contacting them for your restoration needs!

We had a steam pipe burst in our crawl space and had to kick out our tenant. We were living overseas when all this happened but PRS (and my neighbor/property manager) did an excellent job of communicating with me despite the distance.They basically had to take care of the mold that was starting to grow, rip out the entire first floor, replace the main floors walls and repaint, replace the HVAC and water heater. They did a great job of getting our house ready for when we got back. We are very happy with their work!

I would recommend PRS for their mitigation work in my house. They identified all areas that were damaged and potentially damaged and mitigated in an efficient way. I wish we could award one hundred stars! A kitchen leak caused big, big problems. PRS was at my home an hour after I called. Our project manager, Bill, quickly evaluated the scope of our damage and carefully explained the next, necessary steps. Drew, Josh, and Jake arrived that afternoon and began the remediation process. They worked quickly, doing as much as possible to keep disruption to our home at a minimum. No question or concern was too small for them to stop and answer or solve. Each morning Drew came to check on our home, keep us updated, and encourage us. We had a massive amount of damage done to our home by a mouse that chewed through some pex piping. From the moment I contacted Professional Restoration, I was impressed. Always a little skeptical, I asked a lot of questions, and had a lot of what if situations to throw at them. Justin, who took care of the initial clean up, was professional, and very caring. He called every day we had the dehumidifiers in our home to check on us and let us know what the next step would be. I never had to wonder about anything.....Justin let me know before I could ask. When Bill took over, he was just as thorough. He never let me wonder whether or not something was going to be taken care of, and was quick to answer all of my questions. He was kind enough to not only answer my concerns, but he never made me feel like a pain. And I called often! I felt like their cost was very fair, and their work was stellar! I had a bathtub overflow and it flooded the bath, the ceiling below and the hardwood floors, it was a mess. PRS responded quickly and had a team over to check all damage, within hours they had pulled up the carpet and cut out the wet padding, pulled out all the damaged ceiling and started up the blowers. They even came in every day to check the drying. Once it was all dried they set up the repairs. Because of water damage we had to have 1100 sq. ft. of hardwood flooring replaced. In addition, we were under a time crunch to get the work done. Kevin was extremely helpful in working to meet our needs. The process involved moving furniture out, tearing out and carting the old flooring away, choosing and installing new flooring, cleaning up and returning the furniture to its original position. Kevins team was diligent and trustworthy. Everything was completed within 2 days of our original estimate. We were out of town during part of the install and Kevin kept us apprised of the progress through texts and photos. The cleaning crew was magnificent. If we have one criticism, it would be that tracking the costs was confusing at times. We asked for upgrades from the original flooring, so expected to pay more than what the insurance company gave us. But the bills came in three installments, and we were not totally sure what we were paying for at a given time. The final cost, however, turned out to be exactly what we agreed to before hand. But it would have been helpful to have a clearer understanding of the financial process from the beginning. All in all we would not hesitate to recommend PRS to anyone facing a similar project. They really do great work.

We contacted PRS upon the recommendation of our insurance co after discovering a massive leak in our crawl space. The original timeline of 2-3 weeks became 2-3 months after discovering mold. I have had to use PRS twice for mold mitigation due to the the same leaking roof that could not be easily identified. They were professional, responsive and always quick to explain what they would be doing to reduce the wetness in my home and mitigate the mold. Throughout the ordeal to reduce the wetness, Drew would check back with me constantly on my contractors status in resolving the leak; he was extremely sensitive to our situation. The PRS teams always called ahead to alert us that they were coming, and upon their arrival they were efficient and quick to do what needed to be done. I would not recommend this company. They did not perform the services requested for over 3 months and there was very poor (almost non-existent) communication on their end. In July of 2016 we had a lightening strike our house in Holly Springs. Damage went all the way from the outside to the inside of the room on the third floor of the house. I contacted Professional Restoration Services and they promised to perform the work in a timely manner. This involved repair to drywall, window replacement, siding repair and painting inside and out. It is now early October and none of the work has been completed. In addition, I had to call, text and email them repeatedly each time hearing that they are working on it. Apparently there was an issue getting a window that would replace the damaged one. However, it was only after numerous phone calls and pressure that I learned this. They came out again in early September to look assess the situation one more time and promised that they would contact me the next day. I never heard from them again. I waited another month. Finally, I called the owner to tell him that I am dropping their service and going with someone else as well as providing this online review. There is no excuse for treating the customer with this little respect. They have lost my business.

Our main floor flooded which also flooded part of our basement. It was a huge project (subfloor needed to be replaced and flooring for both floors). We started with a different restoration company. After the demo was done they were going to take too long to finish the job so we asked Bill to come and give us a quote. We hired them to finish the job and they performed great. They hit most of their timelines and even when mistakes were made there were quick to fix them. Bill and his team are very responsive and we enjoyed working with them.

Resolved water leak damage quickly - started on a weekend and completed properly ad professionally.

After returning home from a vacation at the beach, I walked in to my living room to hear squishing sounds and discover a half an inch of water on my feet. I called Professional Restoration Services who came right out and accurately assessed the problem, which was a broken pipe going in to the kitchen. They set up blowers and dehumidifiers and explained to me the insurance process. I called my insurance company and PRS was on their list of recommended service providers. An adjuster was out shortly afterwards who agreed with everything the PRS people had told me. They approved the claim and PRS went to work immediately. Subfloor in the kitchen, walls, carpets, cabinets, and more all needed to be replaced. They accommodated my requests to change a couple of the things being replaced. Having water damage was not fun at all, nor is it remedied overnight, but at least PRS did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I give them 5 stars.
