So let me say , my fiancé Joseline came home ecstatic because of Mr. Timothy Jay from a cleaner World in Apex did something amazing for her. She went there hoping to get her pre wedding dress cleaned for our photo shoot coming up. Unfortunately they were about to close and they shut down the machines but after explaining to Timothy the situation he immediately said don’t worry I will take care of this for you and then proceeded to turn on the machines and perfectly clean this beautiful dress for her. He is the epitome of professionalism and humanity. He took it upon himself to take care of the customer and we are just so grateful for this and he has new customers for life ! Thank you Timothy for going above and beyond for this she is absolutely one happy bride to be and will be retuning soon.

Management should get a new phone. Every time I call the employee has trouble answering questions because the connection is so poor. I have called numerous times and this happens, & no, its not my phone! :-)Employees are friendly and work through the communication issues, which I appreciate. Service is good too.Get your team a new phone so they can easily interact with customers!

I dont write a lot of reviews on Google, but when a company goes above and beyond it is important to be recognized. I called A Cleaner World late on a morning when in a bind to get some suits cleaned for a business trip that I was leaving for later the same day.I knew my chances were slim to none to get the cleaning done, but to my surprise their response was: We are willing to do whatever it takes to satisfy our customers...I couldnt get them the suits until after 12 PM and had them back, cleaned and ready, by 5 PM the same day.You cant ask for better service!

Staff was friendly, and the girl even brought my stuff out to the truck and offered to hang it in the back seat. That was nice. Knocked off a star because it was super expensive. But cant beat the service.

Needed to pick up a suit and it was 2 hours after they close on a Saturday, Tim was still there and unlocked and came out to greet me and took care of it! Consistent, timely, and great service!

Top notch service and quality dry cleaning. Tim and his staff take the dry cleaning business to a new level with a personal approach and above average product. Ive never had an issue with one article of clothing and they have always been able to remove any stain I throw at them. Why go anywhere else?

I just took a silk taffeta dress with a water stain down the front and picked it up assuming the stain was gone...it wasnt! I need it for a wedding Saturday, so I gave hand washing it a try with a few drops of baby shampoo. The stain is now totally GONE. I wish I had saved my $13. Now that I think of it, Ive taken a lot of items to this cleaner, and they never come back with the stain removed. I thought it was me, but its continually them. Unfortunately, Ill never go to them again.

Next day service getting kids JROTC uniforms cleaned. Awesome job. Looked fantastic.
