Jerrell and his team offer first class service, and the quality of their work is simply amazing! After getting a bad detail job that left rotary marks all over my brand new octane red Challenger, I didnt know where to turn without getting taken advantage of. I searched several shops to find a professional to correct the issue and bring back the beauty in my paint job, but most shops that specialized in paint protection made me feel like it was going to cost thousands to correct. Jerrell patiently listened to my problem over the phone, and when I stopped by to show him, he knew exactly what happened and how to fix it. He was very informative and gave me multiple options in different price ranges that would all correct the rotary mark issues and bring back the clarity in my paint. Great thing is, he was offering the same prices that he does to someone who wasnt victim of a bad detail job. His service was so great, and the results he showed me on other recently done vehicles in his shop was so nice, I decided to get my car tinted in addition to a new ceramic coat. **FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE & GREAT RESULTS**I recently purchased the Ceramic Pro gold package for my Range Rover Sport and I am thoroughly impressed! My vehicle is black and had heavy swirls in the paint. This package came with a paint correction prior to the ceramic coating application. The Swirls are virtually gone and the paint looks fantastic! The exhaust tips and the plastics were restored as well and look brand new if I am being honest. The ceramic coating has made washing and detailing extremely easy. The package also included ceramic coating the interior and they were able to restore some of the leather on my steering wheel and removed some oiling and it feels like a brand new steering wheel.The staff is wonderful to work with! They are extremely knowledgeable and efficient in their area of work. I was able to chat with them on the phone as well as in person and they explained in detail the process, how long it would take and if there was anything else they could help make my experience just that much better. Even if i called and it went to voicemail, I got a call back the same day. Unbelievable results!!This business is second to none! At first impression, it was obvious that Jerrell (owner) and his team run a top-notch operation! Im generally very cautious to trust a business quickly, but in this case, Jerrell earned my trust in minutes.I opted for a full front-end Xpel protection package and the Ceramic Pro gold package. When I handed over the key to my Midnight Black Metallic 2020 TRD Pro Tundra, it had micro scratches and swirl marks everywhere. Jerrell and his team corrected everything, and after a few days, the protection and ceramic work was finished, and I had a truck that looked far better than it did when I drove it off the dealers lot with just 2 miles on it!The truck looks amazing, and there arent sufficient words to describe how happy I am with the work Royal Auto Salon performed on it! Jerrell and team excel in a couple of key areas that set this place apart: 1. There is zero effort in over-selling, but genuine desire in helping to pick most reasonable option(s) for the outcome. As a customer Im communicating with a technician/craftsman rather than a front desk salesman; 2. Accurate account for what to expect with top-tier quality work. They made clear what the outcome would present itself and patiently walk you through pros and cons if needed. The attention to detail is also above and beyond, for example, interior floor was all deep-cleaned when vehicle was picked up.Finally on pricing, Ive purchased similar service over the past 5 years on different vehicles and got 3 quotes for this particular service, this places quote is in the middle range, however the materials, the service, the outcome, and the experience is well worth it.

They did a great job on my 2015 SRT GC. I chose their silver package with an additional layer of 9H. The Jeep turned out perfectly and they even cleaned the interior and applied the coating to my rims for no additional cost. They also loaned me a car while the work was being done! I would highly recommend this company for ceramic coating.

Recently purchased a 2020 civic si and brought it straight from the dealerhship to Jerrell. Had PPF (Paint Protection Film) applied to the entire front end, ceramic coating on the body and wheels, and windows tinted. I can hardly see lines from the PPF and Royale did a great job. I highly recommend and will be coming back to them for any future work I need done.

Jerrell just did a ceramic coat on my 2018 Mustang & it looks fantastic! A great job @ a very fair price. Im a happy camper. UPDATE: Its been 2 months now & Im even happier that before. The rain just runs off my Mustang & all I have to do is wipe her down with a microfiber cloth to bring back the Just waxed shine. Amazing stuff.

Had my 12 year old car done by the owner Jerrell. I was surprised at what he was able to restore out of the paint before applying the ceramic coating. The car looks great and definitely worth getting done. Jerrell was also very informative, professional and wasnt pushy when I took time to finally decide to get the service done. If you are thinking about getting ceramic coating done but are hesitant just think about how much time and money youll save from not having to take your car to the car wash every other weekend and getting the full wax job done.

Very honest and reliable. I had my 2016 Nissan Maxima paint corrected after not really taking car of my car and havinga lot of swirls in the paint. It look amazing. They provided up dates during the process. The one thing I appreciated was their honesty. They didnt promise miracles where I had really bad road rash on my front grill due to rock damage but they did there best. Very very satisfied with the quality of work and great customer service. Will return with my new car in the future!

Royale Auto Salon performed an outstanding job wrapping the entire front end of my RLX with XPEL film. I was pleasantly surprised when they also applied XPEL film on all 4 door cups plus the upper fender area located directly below the trunk at no extra charge. But wait, theres more! They also included a coat of ceramic protection on all of the remaining painted surfaces that is expected to last a couple of months. Again, no charge! My car absolutely sparkles and Ive had several strangers comment on how good it car looks. The owner, Jerrell, is very professional & personable. He thoroughly explained the entire process, promptly answered all my questions and followed up afterwards to ensure there were no issues. Very professional business with a high quality location and set up. I came in for an exoshield install on my Lexus RCF. The resulting install is top notch and looks great. All employees are friendly and professional with a keen eye for detail. The owner was also very friendly, made sure that I was taken care of no matter what, and I’m pretty sure I saw him buy his employees lunch for the day like it was a regular thing and even asked if I wanted anything. Had my new Subaru WRX washed, polished and ceramic coated. The final result was fantastic - almost all swirls/fine scratches were gone and the clarity really made the paint pop. Also got headlight protection film before the ceramic coating was applied.Jerrell did an awesome job, he was transparent with his services and prices. He gave me several quotes for a variety of different services before I decided on a package.Although the shop isnt open on weekends, he was very flexible with scheduling everything. I ended up dropping off my car on Thursday and picked it up Wednesday (although it was finished Tuesday).I will definitely be going back to Royale within the next year or so to get an upgraded ceramic coating package.

I was a little afraid at first on getting my 2018 VW Atlas R-Line coated anywhere because the car is my brand new baby. Even though the prices are much higher then getting a car waxed its still more cost efficient the get the car coated vs waxing.
