Lets face it no one like insurance, but it is very necessary evil :-) But all the fun aside, I cant tell you how impressed and extremely appreciative I am of Amy, Peyton and Candice and of course State Farm products. I recently moved my car policies from All State to State Farm and it is like caulk & cheese.Peyton took care of everything and we were able to save over $600 on our premiums a year. I have been talking with Amy about Life insurance and saving for retirement and she is extremely knowledge and gave me two books to read as I am trying to find solutions to where I am not paying tax and Amy knows about these options.Outstanding!!!On top of all of this both my cars were damaged because of a recent Hail storm and Amy & Candice went out of their way to help me through the whole process. I have never filed a claim in my life and now I had two. I have a small business that I have just gotten off the ground and running. Being such new territory for me regarding all the insurance you have to carry for a businesses I was completely lost. For the whole month of June I spoke to several people at Amys office, everyone was always more than willing to answer any question and call me back at a moments notice to let me know what the next step was that I would needed to take. If I could give negative stars I would Amy is very deceitful and untrustworthy she took me out of a policy that was building cash value that I didnt receive when she changed me into a term policy something that if she had told me she was doing I would have said no I dont want that , and she put me in a policy that would run out by age of 64 I was 44 at the time , she didnt tell me what she was really doing it wasnt until I moved to another State Farm agent that I found out what she had done. Why would a generally healthy person with a family decide knowingly to purchase such a policy and not be covered after you turn 64 years old , no one I imagine. She gives state Farm a bad name. I have been with State Farm for over 10 years , so I wanted to stay with them , I filed a formal complaint with the board of insurance but they , wont do anything so beware of this agent so that you dont get cheated by her like I did.

This office is extremely disorganized and unprofessional - and Amy is unfocused and side-tracked. We had all of our personal and business policies with her - but moved them away from State Farm due to several unprofessional mistakes and errors on the part of Amy. The NC Dept. of Insurance investigates claims against agents and they must respond within 7 days - this is one way to document unprofessional behavior. Based on my experience with Amy, I would steer away from her State Farm office.
