The local office representatives were kind and friendly. They worked quickly and were very helpful. We were very pleased with their efforts to work with us in our unique circumstances, and find a solution. We would definitely use their services again, and recommend them to others looking for moving services.

Horrible! Do NOT use this Budget rental truck location. I am sure other locations are fine, but this place sucks.I reserved a truck here for my move. When my husband arrived to pick up our rental he was told that the truck was not available. I guess it was full of stuff or something like that. It would have been nice if they had called to let us know or something, so we then had to scramble around in search of another moving truck. We found one, 10ft smaller than what we wanted, but at least we found one (with Uhaul, not Budget). I was just going to let this bad experience go, but then I am charged $50 for a no show??!! Are you kidding me.. this place is a joke.DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MOVE!

Arrived to return the truck at 9am and the doors were locked, although hours on door states 6am opening. I spotted the lady that checked me out at the back of store parking lot and flagged her down. Was told the lady that processes returns had not shown up and was directed to drop keys in the box. Received my bill the next and the truck did not get processed until 2pm, so I was charged an extra day rental fee, additional fees for returning truck late, extra day of insurance and they tacked on 100 EXTRA miles to the vehicle. Now Im having to make several calls to customer service to dispute charges.

I wish I had read the reviews before I made my reservation. They gave away my truck too!!A reservation is WORTHLESS here. Didnt even call, just said dont have it. Totally messed up my moving day plans. Had to scramble to get another truck from another company. Believe me I will not recommend Budget to friends or family.

Made a reservation online for a 26 ft truck. Went in to pick it up and was told the truck i reserved was not availabe. It was being worked on. Was told to check next door at Uhaul. Later i was charged a no show fee of 50$.I will call to get that fee removed.Hope they do...

This is a horrible rental location. If I could give negative stars I would. Made a reservation 3 weeks ago and showed up at the pick location for the lady to tell us she doesnt have a truck. No curtousy call, nothing. Just a smug we dont have a truck go somewhere else!!

I rented a truck from them for a day and before they closed, I asked them if I could extend my reservation a day. After telling me it was ok, I received a threatening call from the manager telling me that they made a mistake and that I had to immediately drop what I was doing and bring it back, even though they had given me permission to keep it. 12 hours earlier. After dropping the truck off they charged $75 woth of bogus fees, including adding more days then actually rented and assessing a fee for using the overnight drop off. A very rude experience and fraudulent behavior on their part.

I called a woman answered how can she help me I said I need a truck about ten feet to go out and she cut me off at that moment and said yes we have ten footer for 1999 a day and I said well okay but can I just tell you what I am calling about? She just hung up in my face. 8 called back they said hold please and then hung up again no word exchange I called back and they put me strait to voice mail. I left a message that I would be trying to contact that franchise owner because they are costing his company major money. This is not their first trouble I found out about this place because a friend had a reservation on a Saturday and when we got there. She said she had to go she had a personal matter and we could go to u haul this late on a saturday. Now that weve had this turbulence I am afraid to get a truck. Cause these women appear to be vindictive.

Please do yourself a favor do not rent from this place! They ripped us off! They are corporate theives!

They left a message cancelling my truck. Then turn around and charge me a no show fee. Horrible communication.

Rented truck for 1 day..returned it within 24 hrs..no one there so left truck with gas and keys in drop box..charged my credit card for 3 fays..ripped me off big time..do not trust these people
