Horrible company trying to buy out and monopolize the service. I had the displeasure of dealing with them 6 years ago and decided to cancel my contract due to lack of transparency with billing as well as late and inadequate service. I switched to another company, and was very happy with them, until United Site Services bought them out. No one reached out to us that the companies had merged. Meanwhile we were being billed by the original company. It was not until I received a large outstanding invoice from United Site Services that I was aware of the merger. It is very fitting how this company stinks.
