I contacted In Demand Plumbing on Sunday. They set up an appointment for Monday between 8:30 and 9:30. They were there as promised to look at my water heater. We discussed my options and I decided to replace it at a competitive price. They also had to replace my main water shut off valve. Russell was a great technician as he removed and installed all new straps, valves, and connections for the water heater in under 3 hours.

I called In Demand Plumbing for an emergency service due to a water pipe break. I called several plumbing companies and most of those I called cannot take my emergency request on the same day, as soon as possible. I saw In Demand Plumbing from NextDoor and when I talked to Jeff, he graciously took my emergency request and valued the urgency of my call. He immediately dispatched one of his plumbers, his plumber arrived after 30 minutes from my initial call. His plumber named Josh is one of the most friendly, knowledgeable and honest, and very professional. Josh came in to answer all our questions, explain to us what the fix will do and the life of the fix whether its temporary or permanent. He also recommended a long term solution in our water line design. Josh immediately found the cause of the water pipe burst, and it was due to a nail that penetrated through the hot copper line, and this was true because we recently had a contractor re-do our house flooring and baseboard. The nail on the baseboard caused the puncture. I am extremely happy and satisfied with In Demand Plumbing. This is how customer service is, listening to customer needs, showing empathy, acknowledging and taking action in the most timely manner. In Demand Plumbing showed all of those. I will definitely reach out to In Demand Plumbing in the future, but hopefully that will be the last water pipe break in my house as it was a stressful event! Thanks Jeff and your team!

I need sewage inspection for the sale of my home. My agent booked appt with In Demand plumbing. They came promptly and located the clean out on the front of the house, they ran the camera to the city connection and verified line is in overall great condition. They even gave a inspection video in youtube link, which is very helpful. I would contact them again for any plumbing needs in the future.

We were having problems with our shower and bathtub draining and backing up. We had 10 plumbers to come out from other companies and not any of them could fix the problem. But Josh from In Demand Plumbing came out and he went in the crawl space (other plumbers would not go in the crawl space) and he took pictures of the damaged pipes. First of all, I absolutely loved how quickly I got an appointment just by text a short explanation of what we needed. Their communication system is the best I’ve ever dealt with, simple to use and efficient. Russell re-hooked up our hot water heater recirculating pump properly so that it finally works and he also set the timer for us. He called ahead and was on time, explained things really well things, wore his mask and was one of the most delightful repair techs we’ve ever had come to our home. I couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

Was not able to install because of the type of toilet, but he was able to explain what was needed and rescheduled for the install. They came out and moved the water pipe and installed the toilet. They left it unbolted so I can repaire the sheetrock and install electrical outlet. I was able to move the toilet back after the work and bolt it down. I finished the job by installing the bidet and chalking the toilet after putting the baseboard and repainting.

Pricing was very reasonable for the repairs we needed. The technician arrived early, got the work done quickly, and didnt leave any messes. Definitely recommend InDemand Plumbing and will be calling them again for future repairs.

They came out quickly and did a lateral sewer inspection.

They fixed an underground gas line leak to my pool heater, solved the water flow problem to my cabana bathroom and installed a new kitchen faucet. They are professional and very responsive and very nice people also. Their fees are very fair unlike a lot of other plumbers.
