Arrived at the ups store on Contra Loma at 820am , as it states online that the store opens at 8am. Only to wait for the store to actually open at 9am and as if that wasnt bad enough, was told that the service that I came for ( a notary ) wasnt available until 1pm. This was very inconvenient and extremely annoying.Corporate or whomever reads these reviews it would be nice if your website reflected the actual opening and closing times as well as the times particular services are available for your stores.

When I need to mail a package this UPS Store is where I prefer to go. Ive had a good experience every time Ive been there. Everyone whose helped me to be friendly and knowledgeable.

They went above and beyond to help me return my Dyson for repair. The reference number given to me by Dyson wouldnt work. Lori actually had to call Dyson to get it figured out. I really appreciated her and others in the office going that extra step to help me out. Especially since I know they were busy.

Terrible store. The one time I went was because my printer ran out of ink and I needed to print my wife some resumes real quick. The guy working there was chatting (personal chat, not business) with someone while I stood there waiting. I had to actually interrupt by saying excuse me after 7 minutes and the guy helped me reluctantly as his buddy stood there waiting. I put my thumb drive into the computer to print the files. Afterwards, I was charged a $5.00 use of computer fee on top of the printing charges. Ive been to dozens of print shops in my day and using a computer to pull up your print job has NEVER been considered using the computer that is when youre creating a print job. The customer service was lousy, the charges were high and ridiculous and the prints that came out werent even good. This shop sucks! Avoid! Plenty of better places around. Id rather chisel a document into clay, wood or stone before I go back.

Customer service sucks at the store helps no one, they dont even know how to print the labels off I would recommend going to a different one

UPS Store charges $4 to print out 1 piece of paper in black and white, $4.25 if you want it in color. For. A. Single. Piece. Of. Paper.Absolutely ridiculous for a store that’s supposed to specialize in printing and shipping.

Went to the store 15min before closing, there was only one associate working the counter(youngster, his name was William). He had a little rush of atleast 4 people, which he handled with efficiency and proffessionalism. He then proceeded to help me, at this point after hours, still with a smile on his face. Very good experience.

It will cost you more than a printer to print couple of pages. Their computer takes forever to start and will charge you $7 just to use it. Dont even think about using this place.

Horrible customer service I couldnt even print a single sheet of paper black and white because they wanted to charge me $3.50 to email it to them and then $0.22 for the copy. Would not accept a thumb drive to put into the machine nor are their machines Wireless. this UPS store is straight out of the Stone age and Im very disappointed in ups for allowing their sort of operate in this capacity. I am now on my way to FedEx.

Its like the employees dont want customers to come in their store and inconvenience them with having to do the job they hate so much. So just give them what they want and use the fedex store on lone tree instead.
