I recently had Pratts Chimney service out for an inspection and they discovered the flue for my boiler had significant cracking and damage. Steve provided photos and a thorough explanation of the issues and what needed to be done to fix it. They were able to quickly get me scheduled for a liner install and did an excellent job!
