Nobody is typically allowed to touch my car except me lol. Especially my engine. But I’ve trusted this team to do full detail with engine cleaning and they have totally impressed both times. Everything spotless. Hand washed everything (tires too fat for track) and took special care of any engine components. I’ll continue to do my full Spring detail here each year. Always had excellent service and incredible results. Highly recommended.

Do yourself a favor when you go there ask for Faustin, show him your car and ask what he would recommend. In the end he will end up saving you money because he will tell you what wash is going to meet your expectations.Disclaimer, there is another manager (I believe named Blair) he is a little weird

Better late than never…I used them about a month agoBest car wash I have ever had, take Faustino’a advice he won’t steer you wrong. If he can save you money he will.Blair is kinda weird though

I Do not recommend this place. I took my car there for detailing on Monday yesterday when I picked up my car there were three scratches on my driver side window that were not there before and they are pretty deep. They do not want to take responsibility for the damage that they did to my car and now I have to pay to get the window fixed. I will never visit this place again.

Reasonably priced, always clean, and free vacuum use. How can u go wrong. Its also conveniently located (as long as u know where to look, its a lil hidden). The only thing I dont like it that it normally doesnt completely dry my car (havent found a car wash that does), and it normally doesnt get everything off (think some of the spots are caked on). Will continue to be my go to carwash around my area.

PLEASE READ BEFORE GOING HERE!I brought my car in on 1/4/2019 expecting to receive a clean car after my wash. I went through the car wash and later looked at my car to see that it was all scratched up on the sides of the car. I knew these were not from a previous incident because I purchased the car from a private seller 1 week prior. To follow up with the car wash I called them and asked what they could do. They stated to bring the car in and we will take a look and review the video evidence when I got there. So I brought the car in and the manager was not there when I arrived so I left a note for them to call me for when he got back. He never called. So two days later I went in and talked to him.First things first he denied that it was his machines that made the scratches on the car. He walked me through the tunnel and explained that his machines could never scratch a car. I argued this with him stating that they werent there before. He stated the video shows the car was too dirty to tell. Then I asked him to review the video with me. He brought me to his office and GUESS WHAT THERE WAS NO VIDEO OF MY CAR!We then walked back to my car where he kept denying it was his machines and I told him I just bought the car I know these were not there when I purchased it. So he stated he must of waxed the car to cover the scratches so he offered me a free wax service. I accepted his offer expecting the wax to cover up the scratches like it did previously and they looked the exact same. Also there was extra wax left on my car see pictures.I told him this and the guy stated those scratches werent us and walked away from me. I left the establishment. The customer service is bad here always put the blame on the customer when it was their fault.

Considering the weather I was pleasantly surprised they were open. Got rid of all the salt on my vehicle. Just wish they would quit putting that thing on my rear wiper and their dryer would run a little longer. Other than that a good experience I go quite often

This is a soft cloth car wash, it does a great job if you already have swirls in your clear coat. I dont take my new car here, but I do take my older cars here. It has an air dry that works well. I pull over to the Menards parking lot to get the last drops and sealing surfaces dry (no heated garage) The tire shine is the best Ive ever seen at a drive thru wash, usually lasts a week. Also free vacuums. The wash with the tire shine is $10. They have other services as well, but I dont know anything about them. Stay clean!

Had the express interior done on my vehicle today and for the price they did a FABULOUS job! Will be coming again to get this done on all my future cars!

First time using them for detailing. I have nothing bad to say except that some of the dried wax was between the lettering. Other than that my vehicle came out beautiful.

This place is my favorite car wash in IL. The boys here do and exceptional job with the detailing and mat cleaning.I live 50 mins away but choose this place over anything in cook county when I can.

Free Vacuums! This place is really nice. You can get extra detailing, but have lots of free vacuums and isnt that busy. Car wash is normal pricing, but they will hand dry and vacuum your floor mats for a couple bucks more.

I just left and I am very happy. I got an interior detail on my 2012 minivan that has almost 150 thousand miles, and lately I feel like every single mile shows on the interior of my car. I cant believe how clean they got it. I drive around my 2 dogs along with other dogs I sometimes transport for our local shelter, and it is CLEAN! I told them I was in a hurry today. They were honest that they might not get it done in time. I waited to see if they could shuffle some things around so I wouldnt have to reschedule, and they made it work. The manager was very nice and accommodating, and I will definitely be back.

Have took all of my work trucks and personal vehicles to get fully detailed there and never had any type of problems. Very friendly staff and know what they are doing. Overall, a great place and would definitely keep going there !

Truck is 6 years old, is our main family vehicle (3 kids), soccer trips, vacations, etc. Certainly showed it, normal grime but grimy nonetheless. Picked it up this afternoon, the interior hasnt looked this good since I drove it off the lot. Outstanding job, price is reasonable, very nice staff as well. Well certainly be back.

Ultimate car wash always does an excellent job. I have a dog that creates a lot of hair and they manage to get it out of my big van.

Quick and reasonable place to get your car washed, and hand waxed (if needed). I just did the $10 wash, and it wasnt perfect, but after the guy came and dried..it looked better. Plus, they have FREE vacuums so no need to drag a bunch of quarters!

Busy day at Ultimate today and level of service paid the price. I upgraded to the $15 wash for hot wax and tire shine...didnt get either, tires werent even clean let alone shined.Have usually had good service, not today!

Its awesome! For 30 doller s they made my car look like new. For the 30 dollars I got a detailed inside clean wipe down and floor mats shampooed you also get a carwash and fragrance it is a excellent deal and they do a good job and took there time I will definitely return in 6 months for a detailing!

I will add pictures later, this car wash left scratches around my whole car and then blamed me for all of them. He claims I did it removing snow. I don’t know about you, I’m short, I remove snow from my windows and that’s it! I also do not use a sharp object to do that with. Going through insurance and possibly getting an attorney. The damage is almost $4,000!Worst customer service anywhere!

Didnt completely clean my car left a lot of dirt streaks everywhere they may need to replace some of their scrubbers and clean some of the spray nozzlesDid a return try after a few weeks and it came out a bit better then the last still a few dirt streaks and the wax spray was not completely working but still better then the last timeThis place may just be a place for a quick cheap wash along as you buy the cheap wash

Do NOT go to this car wash if you want a decent wash with decent management. First and last visit.When you pull up, a machine asks for the type of wash you want. You enter everything in and then choose any upgrades. I chose mat cleaning for an additional 6.00. After you leave the exterior wash there is staff waiting to clean interior. The gentleman, who was cordial, never asked me what I purchased nor did he ask for a receipt. We waited for about 20 minutes and the employee said he was done. I foolishly only skimmed the job done and gave him a 10.00 tip. When I returned home I then took notice that my backseat mats were filled with dried up mud, wrappers were still left, and he didn’t even check behind the booster seat.I called them and the gentleman who answered pretty much told me it was my fault because I didnt present a receipt to the employee. I was under the impression that they knew what I purchased based on the automated system and the way the employee spoke to me, as if he knew what was needed.I am so disappointed that the employee on the phone turned it back on me instead of resolving the issue by just saying, Our apologies. Please come back in with your receipt and we will take care of it.Huge waste of money.

They have free vacuums for those that get their car washed. I usually go there and vacuum out my car before driving through the wash. They also offer detailing services.

This place is an absolute joke, and it just keeps getting worse and worse. When it first opened and Earl was managing it, the car wash seemed decent. However, I just ran my car through the wash and asked the guy (older guy) if he could power wash a bird bomb off my hood. He said no. I thought he was joking, but he wasnt. I said why, and he replied its a waste of water, I can power wash anything - at least thats what the owners tell me. REALLY???!!So, I had to go home and fully remove the bird bomb since they just couldnt do it for me. The funniest part is that he saturated the whole front end of my car with bug remover. Doesnt that cost more than a little water? Its an fing car wash, and the owner makes 6 plus figure a year!I would it this place zero stars if I could. It is getting to be horrible, and I wont be going back. I have already found much better washes that actually use water and clean your car. This place blows, and they employ slow and incompetent people! I would NOT recommend this cheap car wash that cant use water and doesnt even clean your cars back window! I came here religiously, and I am done for sure after the crappy experience!Give Mainstreet Car Wash (on 83) which has a new car wash a try. It cant be any worse.

What a circus. I came in to get my interior vacuumed and exterior washed. Greeter told me to go to automated check-in before wash and select an option; this option wasnt in the menu. I get the greeter, then the manager over; neither can figure out their own menu. Go through and no one after the wash knows what to do with my car. Go inside to wait for services to finish, and a huge line forms inside; manager and greeter are nowhere to be found. I feel sorry for the detailers there.

Some of the kids dont dry off the car too good, not saying theyre all like that, didnt do top of hood on a small car and didnt wipe rockers.now I save the 5.00 tip and pull out east on 173 and air dry it. The carwash at the BP on 173 +59 has a guy that opens all the doors and wipes the inside of the doors and the jambs.Went back June 24 and gave the wheel package a chance and the wheels came out with some grime and the tire shine was only on approx 3/4 of the tire. Dont get any service over the basic wash

This past Sunday, I visited for a car wash to clean my car of all the grime and road salt that comes from winter time driving. I paid for the services and got in line. This facility uses an automated track system to push the vehicle through the cleaning system, so I entered the tracks, put my car in neutral and let the car roll through the washers. There was a Jeep that was in front of me in line and as my car entered the wash, the Jeep somehow fell out of the tracks. The track and brush system was shut down temporarily to get this Jeep back onto the track. I watched as the crew got the Jeep back on the tracks and started up the machines again. When my car was three quarters of the way through the wash, the Jeep again hopped out of the tracks. At this point the wash didn’t stop as it did previously, instead while the Jeep was stopped unable to move, the track system kept pushing MY vehicle. The distance got smaller and smaller until my front bumper was crunched into the rear bumper of the Jeep and I was unable to stop any of it since the track system was pushing my car. It was AFTER the collision took place that the wash system was shut down again. The manager on duty stated that fault lies on the owner of the Jeep in front of me, however, this accident happened on the car wash facility’s property while under control of the car wash’s self-propelled track system. I advised the manager that I would like to speak with the owner as the wash’s insurance should be notified of this collision. I have not yet received a call from the owner, nor been able to contact him in any fashion. I have spoken to management since then and have been told again and again that it was not the fault of the car wash and I should pursue the owner of the Jeep!As a business owner myself, I wouldn’t dream of not addressing my customer’s concern over an incident that happened on my premises. The fact that the owner will not even speak with me regarding the incident is what is most disturbing.

Ownership & Management is a DISASTERThe car wash, itself, is decent but the ownership/management is a complete DISASTER. Since this placed opened, Ive had a few occasions where there have been problems and every time Ive spoken to someone, they argue & make excuses Torn Car Matt - This happened to me in 2011 on a 3 month old brand new car after paying for a car matt wash. When this happened, they made excuses and denied tearing the matt although they resolved the issue by giving me $100 worth of free washes. I felt this was fair because a new set of Factory Matts (only sold in a set) would have been $200 and only one was damaged. Albeit, it took a couple of weeks to resolve this issue with Ultimate Car Wash in Antioch, IL. Grease Swirl & Scuff-Marks on Windows. This happened a couple of years ago, maybe in 2014 or 2015. In any case, the scuff marks were not on the car before the wash and, frankly, my car really wasnt that dirty before the wash - No bugs or salt so, when I left the wash, my car was actually dirtier than it was before I had it washed. The scuff marks probably came from the equipment and they rubbed off fairly easily so I didnt come to them with a complaint, but only to make them aware they might have an issue they should pay attention to from a maintenance perspective. In this case, again, they made excuses and denied it came from their wash. Dirty Car / Re-Wash - This is my BIGGEST COMPLAINT ! ! !If youre car doesnt come clean, they argue with you about it and blame you instead of offering to make it right. Again, this is my biggest complaint with this place and I CERTAINLY understand that really dirty cars may not come clean with a single wash. For example, if youve driven through lots of wet/salty roads in the winter or just got back from Florida with heavy bugs in the summer, your car probably wont get 100% cleaned in a single wash...I get that! I get that so much that I sometimes go to the manual car wash in town to blast my car, if its really dirty, before I take it to get washed at Ultimate Car Wash in Antioch. However, I shouldnt have to wash my car twice every single time I want to get a car wash under normal driving conditions when my car is not overly dirty.So, today in June of 2017, I had my car washed and I purchased the ultimate package, which I would assume is their ultimate / best wash. I had a weeks worth of bugs after driving back & forth to work so nothing more than any car might have after a week of driving in June. When I went to hand-dry my car off, as I usually do, I noticed a fair amount of bugs still on the front bumper & hood so I went back and brought it to their attention. AGAIN, the excuses came out as well as the statement that car washes arent supposed to clean cars.The PROBLEM with Ultimate Car Wash in Antioch, IL is that, aside from their rotten customer service, they stopped blasting the front & rear of cars with a high pressure wand before cars enter the wash. In the winter, this would help get most of the salt-crud off the car and, likewise, in the summer, this will get most of the bugs off the front of the car. Ultimate Car Wash in Antioch, IL used to do this, just like practically every car premium wash Ive ever gone to has done, although, for whatever reason, they stopped doing this a few months ago.Ive owned beaters when I was young and some really nice cars over the years although Ive always taken care of my cars, regardless of whatever car I was driving. Ive hand-washed cars and Ive used many premium car washes over the years. That said, most premium car washes Ive used have had similar problems with an occasional dirty car that needs a re-wash and a little extra TLC. In most cases, those premium car washes will just re-wash it and take care of the customer. However, Ultimate Car Wash in Antioch, IL just makes excuses and blames you for not bringing them a clean car to wash.This place is a joke...Unfortunately, its the only game in town.

Just came from here, purchased a full service interior & exterior. As soon as I got in the car I noticed they didnt clean out all of the cup holders as pieces of trash were still left in them, the rear window had not been cleaned on the inside, and the tires were not cleaned... all things included in the full service package. They were also short staffed and much slower than normal on the full service side.

Your getting a 3 dollar carwash for 6 dollars and always misses the back of my car.

Automated car wash with brushes, not just the spray. Several different washing options for external or external and internal cleaning. Guys will wipe down your car when you exit if you want. Dont forget to tip, specially in winter!

Sunday 1/18/15 1:30pm: The car wash broke off the rear metal wiper arm of our 2005 Honda Pilot. The manager on duty referenced the sign that states theyre not responsible for items such as this on vehicles 5 yrs and older. He called the owner and came back with the same news. I can accept that, but there was no apology, no refund for the car wash, and no discount offered for a future wash. Guess where Im never going AGAIN?!
