I love the carwash, both automatic and self serve.My only suggestion is to cut back a little on the soap. If I go through the automatic wash, I always have to go around to a self serve bay and rinse off the remaining soap. Its frustrating, especially if you just needed a quick wash. But I guess thats what self serve bays are for. Other than the soap issue, you have a customer for life!!!

I went here for a car wash waited in line. When it was my turn to go into the wash the person already in backed up and drove back into the wash and stole my car wash. Tried to go in a ask for some help but there was no one to be found. Tried calling the number and no answer. Left a message and no response. This place does not care I would not recommend.

I wish I could have given a positive review unfortunately my experience with one of the employees who claim he was one of the owners was terrible and totally unprofessional. We were members of their monthly subscription services and had our vehicle washed. Upon entry into the wash, normally the I undercarriage is washed but I’d did not wash l .( noted maybe the equipment was malfunctioning) as our wash completed upon exit the dryers shut down 15 secs into the dry. The little it did dry it blew the remaining soap across the back of the vehicle. I tried to go back around to rewash the soap and properly dry the car however our pass is only good once every 24 hours. I attempted to drive around again and one of the employees said pull around and I will run it through again. I waited another 10 mins before I could run through and by that time the sun dried and baked the remaining soap on the paint. He said to pull through and he turned the dryer only on. When he came back out he said well what do want me to do and i said it blew the soap down the back half of the car , can you at least rewash it. He questioned me and said where I don’t see any soap. I said that’s because it already dried and baked on the paint. It was clear that he had no intentions of making the experience right. I said are we really arguing about this while I have my entire family in the car. I told him if this is the way the service is cancel my membership I have. He said great thats what I wanted to hear and took the number from my tag and walked inside. Came back out and said back out. I proceeded to remove my window sticker that has the RFID responder in it and walked up to the office to return and requested that my credit card information be returned. He said I’m not doing that we will shred it. I told him the way he handled this situation was completely out of line and he proceeded to tell me “I don’t give a F———— how I handled it! I wash 10k cars a year. Made it very clear he had no interest in making the experience right. I asked him if he was the owner and he claimed he was one of them. All that needed to be done was to rewash the car and issue would have been resolved. I know my 35.00 monthly subscription won’t matter in the big picture , however I was totally disappointed and I always try to support my local small businesses. I guess they have become to big to care.

Fairly new, has true touch less car was which is hard to find. Doesnt do a great job drying can leave spots

I bought the Genius monthly plan, I wish the owner can have multiple car program. I was there Sunday but the auto bay has a cone blocking the entrance so I left. Last night I went there around 2100ish and the bay was open. This is one great thing about this place, its OPEN 24/7. The wash is GREAT, its touchless and the QUALITY is awesome. To the owner, please add multiple car program PLEASE.

*Edit* I happened to visit on a day where both automatic bays has issues. After commenting on my experience, the owner contacted me the same day and explained the situation and made it right in my book. I returned, and received a quality wash. Great customer service.

I used to use this car wash when they had their old system, I decided to stop and heard so many good things about their new system, was totally impressed my car looks so good and I have to say the system truly cleans every inch of the car definitely will have my business back for sure.

I am trying to find a replacement since I moved away from Antioch. I miss this car wash.

Unlike regular car washes where you have to align your car perfectly onto a track, this car wash doesnt have a track for you to align your car. Instead you just drive in and park your car. The machines move instead of your car having to move. This was a perfect solution for my mom who gets nervous trying to get the wheel in perfect position. Another great feature is the timed dryer. After the wash the other door opens and you can see a countdown for how long you have with the dryer. I cant remember the exact number but I believe it was 60 seconds.

I go to Main Street to use the self wash mostly. They have a large truck bay which is nice but the smaller bays fit even big pick up trucks. The wash units take credit and coins which is nice. The facility is generally well kept and soap in the wand and brush is always working well. The place is also open 24 hrs I think, I have gone very early in the AM and things are working which is great for 2nd or 3rd shift schedules.

Worst. They offer an unlmited washes which is once a day and if you do that they cancel you. Plus the wash itself takes forever. I have unlimited with Rocketwash...the best.

Terrible car wash its like they recycle the water that Was used to wash the car prior to yours. Once you spray your car down you will have a white haze over your vehicle.

Love washing my car here. No brushes to scratch my car exterior, and the 12 dollar deluxe wash leaves it looking brand new, plus theres the lazer light show which is kinda cool. The attendant (white-haired gentleman) is one of a kind, good guy. They also have DIY wash hubs you can pull in to and wash yourself. Only thing is, if you want quarters bring cash, but most things you just need a credit card.

Clean and everything works here

Always clean car all year round but just don’t take that literally since if you wash too many times within a certain time period which they do not inform you of at no point then your monthly account with them will be terminated with no warning and the reason will be heavy user quota is full when you try to renew your account even though on multiple trips when using their facility the machine fails to go through a full wash cycle or being down for some issue.

FALSE ADVERTISING! I bought a $25 monthly pass, and on their website it says unlimited and again on their website under terms and agreement it says one wash per day. However, I had an attendant call me because I was having trouble with their tag once I bought the pass. He said why would you buy the monthly wash and then come back the next day. I explained its unlimited and he said no, the owner cant make money at that rate. Its only 2 or 3 washes a week and that my pass would be cancelled if I used it more. I asked which one is it, two or three and he couldnt answer it (even if it is 2-3/week, why cant I come back the next day as long as I dont go over 2-3 washes). He had terrible customer service and they seem to rely on tricking the customer by not updating their website. To the owner - this isnt 1990 anymore, update your website and get people who actually care about their customers and understand customer service.

My daughter and I went here Christmas morning for a car wash only to find the bay was cash only. The super nice attendant gave us a free car wash because we had no cash. Will definitely be going back. Thanks and Merry Christmas.

Spring 2020:I recently had the worst and uncomfortable experience here at Main Street USA Car Wash. I had bought 2 monthly plans for my vehicles and loved coming here alot because it was convenient and you simply come here to wash your vehicles. But, recently I get told that my last wash and the wash I just got were too close of a time frame for the system to restart my membership. I was told different with the worker at the time of signing the membership that is was 12 hours apart but then one of the guys was really rude and knocks hard to my window warning me if I do that again he wont turn the machine on!? I was thinking oh well how rude but I still showed empathy and was thanking him for at least letting me get a wash. But, then gates open and the other guy (I guess he was the owner or something) was waiting for me and goes that I took too many washes?! I told person that obviously I come here because I have 2 vehicles. I had informed how rude customer service I got and owner cancels my membership without hesitation and doesnt work out anything. I told my friends and family that I had referred to here to cancel their memberships or cards to not support this type of service! I really enjoyed coming here but after today my point of view about this place has changed. This place has to get frequently repaired since machine breaks down. I was a membership holder here until they up the price to 35 dollars from 30 dollars. Keep in mind, this location before stated it was unlimited wash but had to wait 24 hours until the next wash. Now, its only 8 washes per month.Starting September 1st, 2020:For those who dont have memberships the options went up by a dollar each. But, it doesnt go well from here 😕 I use to like the services here but the reason I have to come here is because no other place does my truck fit and my other vehicles I go elsewhere since you get unlimited at around the same price. The employees 1 out of the 2 is really nice to me and the other has an issue with me for no apparent reason. The washes are pretty decent. The only complaint I have and I am sure the workers and owner knows this is that the dryers do NOT dry enough. The time they give you to dry isnt enough either.January 2021: Ive been having issues with my pass and now I am satisfied with what I have gotten. Bill (employee) there has been helping me out through out any issue I appreciate your patience with me Bill and you are an asset to this location! Keep up the amazing work you do to keep this place running smooth.

Has gone completely downhill since the new owner took over. The soft touch car wash does not rinse all the soap off your vehicle. Have tried it a few times, same result, and I see many others pulling out after the wash and going in to complain. The dryers dont work as good as they used to, leaving most of your vehicle still wet. It used to be a great place, but the new owner is cutting corners and trying to save money. I will not be going back. Taking my business elsewhere....

I like this place. Although every-single time I go I gather my quarters and go to the self wash bags and put them in the machine and every time I do this it takes my quarters and doesn’t give let me wash. Please get this fixed. I’ve gone to front counter and no one was their.3 times

The automatic wash did not clean the front of my car hardly at all. I tried about a month ago and this was my second attempt, I wont be using the automatic wash again. Ill use the self wash bays instead.

I’ve used both the touchless and the soft touch automatic washes - both are good. Prefer touchless in the winter to avoid scratches from road grit both on the car and that picked up by the touch versions. Never beats hand washing - but is awesome on even a moderately waxed car - especially when it’s on 40 degrees!

Every time I stop there, either the system doesnt rinse all of the soap off or the dryer doesnt run the full 60 seconds. Today, the dryer stopped after 24 seconds.

I like that you can choose from touchless or soft touch washes. Both do a good job, although soft touch understandably has an edge. This place is a regular stop for our cars, year around.

Absolutely great looking place, great bright lighting, and nice high pressure system. Also uses a lot of soap in the wash setting. Went at 8:30 to wash my wheels and the high pressure worked significantly better than the wash in Twin Lakes.Ill definitely be using this location from now on!

I just wanted to say thank you to Jim for understanding my frustration with the wash I had today. I always use this car wash and am extremely happy however the last 2 times including today my car was just not cleaned to my liking. I actually could see swirl spots both times. This time I confronted them and Jim was extremely understanding and informative about the difference in the stalls that they have. He recommended me using the other stall from now on and gave me a free wash. My car now looks great!! Thanks again. I will continue with my monthly package with you guys (by the way totally worth it) and continue to refer.

$8.00 wash was enough to remove most of the debris and to leave a glossy finish.(2) problems1. There was a lot of soap left on my car at the end2. Dryers didint do a very good job, side mirrors were soaked. Not bad overall.

Now they take credit cards. Much better than using quarters. Spray wands are powerful.

I came here recently because I -thought- this was a touchless car wash. It turned out that the wash had been upgraded to a new brush system, and since I was in a hurry, I figured I would give it a try.Unfortunately, when I went through the wash, my car emerged still covered in a yellow liquid, and a lot of the bugs and dirt had not come off. The attendant allowed me to go through again, with pretty much the same result. Finally, she provided me with paper towels and gave me a few minutes in the self-serve bay to try to get my car clean. So my experience in trying to have my car cleaned quickly lead to me needing to go through the wash twice, then having to basically scrub it myself.Making things even worse, I discovered a DEEP scratch in the paint when I got home--going down all the way to the body. I reported this to the owner, who felt that the scratch could not have come from the car wash because there is no contact with the metal arms and the foam brushes are supposed to be self-cleaning. However, when I was given the opportunity to inspect the brushes, I noticed that there was mud on one of them. Given that the car wash was clearly not working correctly when I used it and leaving yellow liquid on my vehicle, and that I could clearly see that the self-cleaning brushes were not even clearing soil completely, isnt there a chance that some debris was stuck in a brush and scratched my car? I think so; it would have to be a pretty big coincidence otherwise.So there you have it. I paid for a premium wash and had to clean it myself, and now my car has a scratch on it thats so deep I havent been able to cover it with touch-up paint.

After driving through a muddy campground I stopped at Main Street USA for a car wash. I didnt know if the wash would be successful at removing mud that was halfway up the car and now dried from sun. I was very impressed with the results. After inspecting the vehicle there were no signs of mud and the car looked great.This was my first trip to Main Street USA and not only did the car wash exceed my hopes it was a great experience. This was the genius wash, which I recommend, as it went over the car several times and to my daughters and my surprise the carwash was like a light show with soap that illuminates in yellow, blue, green which was quite fun.

I used to like this place. Now the water seems hard (even spot free rinse) the Shammies where out, and the Dyer that is built in sucks. And $1.50 to use the vacuum is ridiculous.

There should be a refund option, there has been multiple times when weve paid for the genius wash then wait for 10 minutes and the light is still red.

I visited this car wash 2 weeks ago. I opted for the new IQ soft touch wash. Here are my thoughts:1.) Overall, the remodel of the place is nice. The new IQ wash is nice, but its slow! (I purchased the $8.00 wash - Brilliant) Its fine if the car wash isnt busy, but if it were, you would be waiting a long time. However, the soap and other chemicals seem to be of good quality.2. The dryers at the end of the car wash are a complete joke! You get almost no time to dry your vehicle, and no matter how slow you go, your car still comes out soaking wet. My car gets dryer when I run it through the tunnel wash (which is faster) without having it hand dried.3. This place should have attendants that dry your car after the car wash. It would be a nice post service, and would allow your car to be somewhat dry when you leave the car wash.Last, the car wash was ok, but I still prefer the soft-touch tunnel washes. Theyre faster, wash the car just as good, and dry the car at the end. Additionally, I feel that I can get an IQ car wash at Kwik Trip for cheaper (they use the same foam).If youre in the area and the temperature is above 32 degrees, give it a try! Otherwise, your vehicle will freeze!!!!!

[This is in response to the owner asking how they could earn better than 3 stars.] I came to this car wash on recommendation from a friend because the auto lanes dont have the rails that tend to scratch up wheels. I paid 12 dollars hoping for a wash of the frame beneath. I think that spray got half, maybe 2/3 of the car. Theres nothing to let you know youre going too fast or slow for this wash as you drive in. After the remaining car was washed, I exited hoping the blower would remove the excess suds that the rinse had missed; in fact the blower brought up any hidden suds and spread them about the cars windows and body.Issues: 1) The chassis (undercarriage) was is hit or miss. 2) Better rinse is needed. More volume of water instead of more pressure and for a longer period of time may be needed.

They gave a care work in out in horrid below zero temps. Our SUV was covered in ugly from the roads and left clean. We did have to hand dry it fast. But it was worth it

Newly revamped. You can now use a credit card instead of quarters for the manual bays. The manual baus also have a hand held druer hose that you can use at the end, which is a definite plus. Also the automatic baus were redone to include a no touch wash for one bay and a soft touch with cloth briches for the other bay!

I live in Round Lake Beach and this is the only place I trust to take my vehicles.

Did not clean back end of vehicle very well. Kind of expensive on top of it. I had to laugh at the light show! I cannot believe they market that.
