Andrea is the definition of excellent customer service. Every interaction I’ve ever had with her is top notch. She is more than just a person behind a desk answering calls and booking storage unit.For example, I had trouble closing my storage sliding door. After some time trying to do it myself and with no success, I gave up and I went to get Andrea for some assistance. Long story short, she did all she could to help (I mean she really tired everything) but the door wasn’t going to closed. Not only did she gave me a new unit she gave me an upgraded unit. She realized it was no fault of my own and knew a lot of time was wasted. She made me felt like a valued customer when she went out of her way to course correct the problem. Thank you, Andrea, for your excellent customer service. I truly appreciated it.P.S.Whoever is in charge of giving a raise, please give this wonderful woman one. She deserved it.

Public Storage is a great way to go for immediate storage needs. The cool and convenient thing about it is the option to setup everything online.At this particular location, Tina was much more helpful when on-site, she is forthright, and efficient.The mandatory cylinder lock was an unexpected mandatory charge, as I thought I could use my own lock as long as it met the requirements, but that wasnt the case, and they dont reimburse for it upon move out.It seems some locations policies may be different than others.Overall, it is so far, so good, and until further notice, I will say I would use their services again.

Allison K was very helpful in helping my wife and I. Not only was she extremely kind and thoughtful of our needs but she was quick at helping us to change storage units as we needed more space. She even gave us door stoppers so we didnt have to keep opening 2 doors as we brought all our boxes in. She was really great.

Raised my rent twice in less than a year. Elevator has broken down multiple times requiring me to use the side emergency exit. Had to do maintenance on my unit myself because the lady there didnt know how to install a light. It is a pain getting a cart because they are locked up and half the time the only employee working is not in the office. Go somewhere else.

I have been to a few public stores and by far the one on deer Valley is the greatest Allison K went above and beyond to help us when we realize that our storage was too small she was so patient and waiting for us to decide exactly which one we want it she even went out of her way to show us the actual sizes and explain what’s the difference between sizes I would highly recommend this place just because of her.

Excellent service. I selected the storage size online and locked in the monthly price, within a minute Tina contacted me to schedule an appointment- the same day to see the storage. I went to see the storage and with in 30 minutes I got the keys. She clearly explained to me the monthly price, first time (key fee), insurance, hours, etc.. Thanks Tina for making it fast and easy, best experience I ever had at a storage place!!!

My mom has unit here! Worst place ever, I went there 2 times after 5 11/13 and today 11/14. New manager and she is the worst, she is never there. Went there 2 times last night after about 5pm went and got something to eat came back and still she wasn’t there, next day today! Still she isn’t there. Stay away from this place worst customers service!My mom doesn’t do google and I don’t either but for this I will.

Tina was very friendly, answered all of our questions, and went above and beyond to make our experience a comfortable one. The building looks clean and well kept. Plus I got the first month for just $1. I like to look at both sides but I honestly have no complaints. Good job Antioch Public Storage!

Tina has been and continues to be always so helpful, kind and understanding. She’s been helping me with my unit since I first got it and has been incredibly patient in explaining the process and payment options since it was my first time using a public storage facility. She’s been awesome about reminding us of when payment is due and even goes out of her way to call later in the day since I work graveyard. It’s rare to find someone in customer service who goes above and beyond the way Tina and the other ladies at this office do. If you need public storage this is the one you want to go to.

She asked if I needed an moving material with my move or if I had any questions. I love that she told me theres a no charge fee service if you come in and pay your unit each month or online as well.

Talk about great timing with scoring their season winter deal! I had moved out of my residence last year and at that time, this place did not have any good deals other than their $1 rent for the first month.This last month I had to look for a bigger storage unit and just happened to check back to see if this location had any deals. SCORE! When I had searched online I wasnt sure how long their Winter Deals would last so I just held the unit (free to reserve, no credit card required, no obligation). An associate called me to confirm and I had mentioned I wasnt sure how much space I needed so we set an appointment to look at that space I reserved, and to look at other spaces.The associate that day, Tina, had helped and was very nice, knowledgeable and so easy and pleasant to work with. Her colleague, David that was also there was very nice too. It was a seamless process. She showed us the first unit which we werent too sold on so she showed us another and gave us some good insight for the things we needed to store.Overall it was a really good experience. The place is clean and tidy. Be sure to keep checking back on their prices as it changes and seasonal deals come along.I am very satisfied with everything so far - the service, the prices, the location and cleanliness. And they do rounds and check every day to make sure everyones locks are secure!

The Public Storage at Deer Valley Rd and Wildflower Dr in Antioch is a great place to store your belongings. The location is convenient and easy to find. The grounds are always clean. They have units that are climate-controlled, which is a big plus on hot Antioch days. The rent is reasonable. And Tina Costanza, the manager, is awesome. Tina and her staff are always there to assist you with any storage problems you may have. They have a welcoming smile. I have rented a space here for a number of years. I will continue to rent here because I am happy with the service that they provide.

This is the first time I have ever been to a Public Storage location and received stellar customer service. I usually have a good experience when I come in with Tina, but Saturday Tina wasnt in . I was greeted politely by David (Dave) and he was very helpful! I went to pick up a few things up and while doing so I dropped and broke a glass item. I tried to pick up the glass and asked if could use a broom and dust pan to pick the smaller pieces up but Dave insisted that it was okay and that he could do it! He helped me with a smile on his face and not once did he hesitate to help me despite being the only worker in the office that day! He was totally awesome! Thanks Dave!

Today I was helped by two beautiful spirited people at the Deer Valley location. Rachyl (hope I spelled the name right) and Hannah. They make a great team. They took the time to really help me with figuring out the size I needed and even told me where I could go and get help moving my stuff into storage. These two ladies needs to be trainers on how to give GREAT OVER AND BEYOND CUSTOMER SERVICE. It was a problem with the lock and Rachyl went to get a new lock, Hannah told her I got it went upstairs to the unit with a tool while Rachyl did the paperwork.
