I have been a customer since 2006 and have appreciated the quality of service as well as the courtesy extended to me over the years. I would never think of taking my car anywhere else for service.

I couldn’t even schedule an appointment I called from 8 am to 9 am no one picked up and by the way you guys should empty your voicemail so you can actually call the customers back when you missed their call

Look I met Ralph For a year now. I bought my dream car A 3rd gen camaro I couldn’t afford shops that take all upfront Ralph worked with me and ever since I brought my car he made it turn back on after he tried talked me out not doin it cause we both didn’t know if the engine was good . But he made it happen it’s been at his shop for some months and now I have it I have no problems with it . Anything I need or help with something Ralph was always there to answer and give me the best answer he can give me I recommend highly let him fix it . He fixed my personal car and my fiancés car as well no problems. Thanks Ralph really

Ralph and Don take excellent care of your vehicle and ensure you get the best service for your money. Its not a very big shop and there are only two mechanics working, but if youre not in a hurry, they get the job done. They also guarantee their work so if anything goes wrong and its their fault, they repair it at no cost to the customer. Also, their repair costs are very reasonable. Ive been taking my cars there for 20+ years and I will continue to use their services.

I called these Roesbury guys based on some positive reviews I read in Yelp. I had a slightly spongy brake on my Sonata and wanted an honest mechanic to look at it to see if I needed new pads,etc. Two places in Brentwood offered free brake testing but when I talked to these guys on the phone, they said that they would do a better job and that the free brake testing was not adequate and to bring car over which I did. Almost immediately, they pulled out an estimate for $145 to look at the brakes. When I hesitated, they told me it was because they do a very thorough analysis and that I could put the $145 against the final repair cost. I assumed this would be brake pads replacement and as I had a Groupon for front and rear pad replacement with tire rotation for $159, I reckon it was ok, so I regretfully signed. So, my car was about 25 mins in the shop for the detailed analysis (I watched the activity at my car- not much) I was advised they did a check and found internal leak in master cylinder. Now Im not sure how they actually determined an internal leak without opening up the master cylinder but I assumed they had some special analysis tool to determine this root cause so quickly. Then came the surprise. He wanted $640 to replace master cylinder. I obviously could not afford this. I asked him for breakdown and he said part was @$300 and $340 for labor. I immediately went onto OReilly auto parts website, there is actually O Reilly store adjacent to their shop, and the price for a new cylinder was $142. He confirmed that OReilly was an approved supplier but that the price on their system for that specific master cylinder was $242! He said he needed $100 mark up on the part, along with the labor. I asked if I could buy and give to him to fit , he said he could not give warranty. I said, ok, no prob, dont need warranty, then the story changed to I wont use your part (even though its exact same part he or I would get from same store 100 meters away from his shop!) . He then suggested he could do it for $550 (wow, $90 off immediately!) but that I could only apply 50% of the $145 I had already paid. I questioned why and he said because they already had the car in the shop and could do some of the work, but then he told me he could not start any work until following day anyway as he did not have the part!!! So that BS, combined with previous BS made me get the hell out of there. $145 an hour labor rate is on their board, but they charged me $145 for a 25-30 min evaluation with a suggested root cause. So, it burned me more when I went to two awesome shops in Brentwood who did a Very thorough and FREE check on my brakes and advised there was no obvious external leak in cylinder but there was no way to detect internal leak..! I decided to buy the master cylinder for $142 (actually $128 as I had 10% off with CC) and brought it to Brentwood shop for fitting. Surprise, they fitted the new cylinder and NO DIFFERENCE in the brake sponginess. So, this Roesbery guy was just guessing. They bled my brakes 4 times, they gave me free brake fluid and only charged $137 for 3 hrs labor. I will write a separate very positive review on this Brentwood shop later but for now, take it from me, stay away from these Roesbury guys in Antioch, my experience was absolutely terrible, money grabbing, deceitful and was overcharged $145 for what should have been a free brake inspection..

I like Mr. Raul the owner. He educated me on the previous mechanics error and advised me how my car should perform and I should get my receipt and warranty and go back to make the last mechanic do what I paid 2000.00 for and I did and it worked. I will return to Rosebery Car care owned by Mr. Raul. We need more honest mechanics!
