Called on a Friday morning and said I need an oil change. Are you busy? Chris said yes we are. When do you want to bring it in? I said how about now? Yes bring it in well take care of you. And they did. My ride there took longer than my time waiting in the customer lounge. Polite, friendly and helpful service. Been going to Raymond Chevrolet for 11 happy years!

My car had a recall to be taken care of. I was in and out in an hour. and my car was washed, which it desperately needed after a camping trip. A very pleasant experience.

Worst service and techs I have ever encountered. Went in for warranty work and got my car back with no clamp on my power steering hose. Ran out of power steering fluid while on the highway with my 79 year old mom in the car. Now I have to get a new power steering pump and never got a phone call back after trying to reach the service manager about the issue. Thankfully I was almost to the destination and managed to park the car and not get in am accident. I cant believe this place is even allowed to work on cars. I will make sure to tell all of my friends and family to never got to Raymond Chevrolet in Antioch. Very bad customer service.
