I talked to DynoSource yesterday about my 2010 SRT8 JEEP. I was very pleased that they knew exactly what was going on with my truck before they have even seen it. I know they know what they are doing when comes down to tuning unlike some other shops that stuck me, but thats OK, what go around come around. Anyway I read the negative review from Mike D. Mike if I was you I would try and work with these guys if you want you vehicle to perform well. I am extremely protective of my stuff and Im going to let these guys get my Jeep blasting down the road. Chill out bro you cant get mad at a shop that has done nothing wrong to you. Just some advice bro. DynoSource cant wait to work with you!!!

This place is great, need performance parts? They got it!! Need help installing those parts? They can definitely help!! Need to see how much power your car makes? They got a dyno and one of the best tuners Ive ever seen10/10 would definitely recommend this place 👌 its a one stop shop

This shop owner and his crew could not find their way out of a paper bag if they walked in it. I am not sure why they are involved in tuning cars. This shop is just a toy shop nothing else. I took my truck to this shop in Feb 2021 for a Procharger tunning and guess what? after the tuning was done we went for test drive and check engine light was flashing during WOT pull.Prior to the tunning tech claimed he took my truck to Dodge to flash the ECM but he called me because he could not get the truck started, what a joke. I emailed him my tune, he ended up downloading my original tune that was in the truck to get it started. This is a clown dyno shop.I picked up my truck on Feb 2nd did a data log for Jay Greene and I came home but key fob was no longer working and the truck was not starting. I ended towing my truck to CDJR and get the entire system flashed back to stock for $400 including the time I spent with the tech updating the tune from a Jay Greene. So now I am out $931 + $400 +$150 for the tow, plus additional parts and fees of $500 to get it going.So why did I even go to this shop to begin with. Because of a friend recommendation. Big Mistake costed me over a $2000.00The original tune from Jay was not uploading into the ECM once Dyno source worked on my truck. Once the truck started after the ECM was flashed and Jay Greenes tune was uploaded, the truck ran on a safe tune mode at 4LBS of boost. Did data logging for Jay. All dyno source did to tune this truck was to turn the timing WAY UP. I could of done that myself with a Diablo tuner.So I paid these Montobans $931.00 for my truck not to run. Then I called Harold and requested refund. He said bring the truck back to his shop so they can look at it again. Really ! His shop allegedly tuned my truck and it did not work the 1st time, why would I bring it there for you to mess with it again.Result of doing business with Dyno Source:when the truck ran on WOT check engine was flashingWhen the truck came home ECM did not workKey fob did not lock or unlock my truckTruck did not start$150 for the tow$400 for the Factory ECM flash$931 for the non-sense I described above and get frustrated.So as the saying goes, “fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me.”Harold refund me back and I will take this honest review down.Customers beware of this shopThese guys are Clowns 🤡 !!! He then said he wanted to deleted his tune off my ECM LMAO His tune did not work. Jay Greenes tune did.

Ive been working with Harold (and Tristan) on my R32 GTR for years. I cant recommend this place enough. Harold, and everybody involved there, is like another family to me. Got me across the country twice in my car. Soon to be a third time this year. Really looking forward to having my car there again.

Harold is a great guy to deal with, Extremely knowledgeable and professional. He has went over different routes to go with my cars depending on the horsepower I desired. He answered every question I had and keeps communication with me. One of the number one thing I have noticed in the performance industry is the customer service is usually bad. Harold is the opposite he answers phone calls and text messages and keeps you in the loop. Would defiantly recommend taking your car here weather you need a dyno tune or are looking to build your vehicle.

Take your business elsewhere. Very very rude customer service. 100% unwilling to listen or give you the time of day.

Brought my car here to get it tuned on the dyno. Have been talkin with Harold about getting it done as soon as I got my motor put together. I put together my own ECU from megasquirt and have been trying just to get it idling for two months. LOL. Brought it there today first thing in the morning and picked it up this afternoon and the thing is a rocket. Thanks to Harold and Tristan my ride is now back on the road. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Honest and straightforward.

No service done to my vehicle, rating is based on their horribly poor customer service.I called this place to get a quote for some work to my Challenger. The person that answered the phone I believe was the owner or manager (or both) based on how he talked. I called and very politely started asking a few questions and making statements about where my car is at as far as a couple bolt-ons and what I wanted done to it. I started off with just saying I want to start off with a drive shaft upgrade and told him Id like to get a DSS drive shaft. The guy gives me one price for labor but then rudely says dont hold me to that. He then said I dont know what youve done to your car. I said I just finished telling you what Ive done to my car so far and none of which would affect the installation of a DS to have it change the price. He replied in his same bothered voice well I still cant commit to a price unless I know whats done to the car. At this point Im thinking ok, I just told what Ive done to my car and reiterated it but ok, lets move on. I started telling him I also want a tune & pulley swap and before I could finish my sentence he rudely interrupts in a snap voice and says (I might be paraphrasing a bit here but for the most part this is on point to his response) I dont mean to be rude but if youre gonna ask me a bunch of questions and have a list for me to listen to I dont have time for that. I said ok well then I guess I got nothing else. He then replied. Look this is our busy time and I got cars lined up and time is money and cant waste time on the phone. Again that might be a slight paraphrase but its almost a direct quote of his response. I replied ok no problem I wont bring my car in thanks. He stated I dont mean to be short but dont have time for all your questions. I again said no problem I get it, thanks but Im not gonna do business with someone who doesnt want to even give me the time of day. He replied ok tell me what you want done. Feeling like Im being rushed and timed I quickly said. Tune, pulley swap, drive shaft upgrade. I said Ill probably need injectors too and anything else to support that build. He then must have gotten on a calculator or something and just starts spitting numbers out and telling thats where were at if theres no problems that pop up. I said ok, can you email me that quote. He very rudely replies, I dont have time for that I just gave you your quote. I said I didnt even understand whats what in that quote. He said If you want a written quote youre gonna have to put some money down because I get calls all the time asking for builds and I cant keep wasting my time like this. Sorry I dont mean to be rude but unless youre serious and want to put some money down I cant waste my time.... So let me get this straight. Hes trying to rush me off the phone, gives me prices that he cant commit to. Tells me to hurry up and say what I want as quick as possible, I do so then he throws a bunch of numbers out at me in no order for me to know whats what and when I ask for it in writing he tells me he doesnt have that kind of time and wants me to give him MY money to be taken seriously??? I get that time is money, and if he wasted his time with other customers in the past sorry but thats not my problem, but when youre treating me like a jerk on the phone and Im being polite and trying to give you about 5-7K of MY money, THAT DEFINITELY CONCERNS ME and it definitely resulted in me walking away! For as many times as he said I dont mean to be rude I can definitely tell you... He was very rude!!! I ended up calling Tim Barth tuning which is about 2 hours west and wow A HUGE DIFFERENCE in attitude and help. I got a quote for $8300 worth of mods, install & tuning which I accepted.

I have had several of my own cars and trucks tuned from harold at dyno source and all the work performed has been top notch!!! and the price point was great!!! i have have sent dozens of friends and family to dyno source for performance up grades, tuning and performance advice, harold and his crew have been straight up and honest! i will definitively keep going back and recommending this company!

I brought in my Subaru Wrx for a couple of issues and to get a tune. The guys here at this shop fixed my issues and got it on the dyno in incredible time. Good, honest work being done at this shop. I wouldn’t recommend taking your car anywhere else.
