The whole experience was positive. Everyone was really friendly and Mary was super helpful, made sure my car was taken care of in a timely manner and even managed all the sorting out of getting me a rental car so I wouldn’t be stranded while they keep my car for the weekend waiting for the part to come in. I initially had an appointment at the actual dealer and they were extremely rude so I cancelled with them and made an appointment here due to warranty and I’m very glad I did. Will definitely be coming back here in the future.

The employees and management went above and beyond helping me out when my cars alternator stranded me on the side of the road. They managed to work my car in and get me going on my way. I would definitely recommend them for reliable auto service.

I arrived in Antioch from San Diego in July with my A/C no longer cooling so I was desperate for a service. I was meeting family from local and from DC for a first group vacation in 16 months thanks to the pandemic and knew everyone would be miserable in Antioch summer temperatures!I saw good things about D&K on the web and decided to just drive over. Fortunately, although they normally require appointments, they make an exception for A/C. They serviced the car in one day including a very detailed full service inspection. Approvals were powered through text messages!Unlike a local Mazda dealer who wanted $225 to diagnose and provide an additional service estimate, D&K did the inspection for free and the A/C service for $200!It was a great experience!

I recently purchased a Prius not knowing too much information about the vehicle. How gas prices are going I wanted a commuter. I brought the Prius to D&K to get it further inspected to make sure i made a good choice. Justino at the front desk helped me so much explained a lot about the vehicle I did not know and also mentioned a important fact that these cars are targets for their Catalytic Converter. So Justino recommended I get a Catalytic converter shield installed to help deter thieves. So glad I came to D&K they will be my number 1 shop I bring my vehicles too.

I was greeted upon walking in the door. The staff are very professional and nice. Its a large shop, very organized and clean. The lobby/waiting area has a large screen TV, a very clean restroom, and most importantly for me was having wifi internet connection. While I waited for my vehicle to be serviced, i had my laptap with me and was easily able to connect. The internet speed was very good but I was just checking my emails, reading the news, and viewing a few YouTube videos. Not sure if the speed was fast enough to stream a movie. There is a long counter top with multiple high chairs in front of a large window where you can work on your computer and see into the service garage. They also have a courtesy shuttle if you need it. Initially, I wanted a cooling system flush, although I tested the coolant beforehand and knew it was still good. I explained my reasons and it was suggested that they do some test on the cooling system first. I decided to go with their recommendation and am glad I did. The fan clutch was found to be weak which made sense to me for the issues I was having with overheating. I will be doing the work myself to replace the fan clutch and I just paid for the tests they performed which was considerably less than the cooling system flush.

Highly recommend this auto repair shop. Mike coordinates everything from front desk paperwork to handing back the keys after repairs are made. His mechanics are knowledgeable and were able to fix my vehicle. The facility is spotless inside and out. Pricing is reasonable for the excellent work done. This is definitely a local small business worth supporting whether for an oil change or major repairs. Appointments are advised and drop-off/pick-up service is available, if needed.

These guys are uncharacteristically honest.I was going in for one of the more expensive checkups for my 2009 Corolla. Mike called me and said, “You’ve taken really good care of your car. It doesn’t need all of the work recommended for this maintenance. We’ll just do what you need and charge you for that.” Dude saved me somewhere around $700, I think. And I don’t know anything about working on cars, so he could’ve told me anything. In fact, I found out from D & K other shops had done just that to me.They did good work, and my car runs great. But it’s that honesty that’s gonna keep me coming back. Several months later and it STILL blows my mind.

The staff was amazing and professional. Justin rocks!! We ended up having a lot of things that needed fixed and warranty did not cover. Quotes were reasonable. And with Covid restrictions they worked with us and did not charge extra for storage. The only place to have your car fixed.

They serviced my air conditioning and aligned my power tailgate on my 2006 Lincoln Navigator. The lift gate wouldnt open or close by remote or interior button. They serviced and fixed the tailgate not over charging me! They also serviced my air conditioning unit and now everything works GREAT....

I took my 2007 Cadillac cts at 730am 5-3 2021 with a misfire at idle with AC on to D&K. I shared my thoughts about the problem that it was an ignition coil At the time I was not aware of the $175 assessment charge. All I wanted was to solve that problem The repair order promised the car would be returned by 1230pm I didnt hear anything at that hour and finally had to call at approximately 4PM to see if anything was going to happen that day.They informed me that it was a coil and that the part wouldnt be here until tomorrow. The following day I left two messages that were ignored. Finally on the third day they let me know that the car was ready. The charge was $325 to replace the coil bringing the total to $500. If you go to the shop dont be in a hurry bring lots of money

Went there for a diagnostics. They said my balance shift gear had stripped.Not only did they tell me they couldnt fix it but also gave me a false diagnostics. They was still happy to take my money. Its like thats all they care about.

They took me in even without a schedule and near closing time, but because my car needed real bad oil change. I mentioned a knocking sound in my cars rear and Mike was kind enough to ride with me to hear what the knocking sounded so that they would know what to look for on my next visit. Thats what I call SERVICE.

Tried calling this location twice to get a free A/C inspection and nobody returned my call after I left them a message on 5/4/21, I receive their offers in the mail but this one time I needed help my A/C in my car they never even bothered to call me back. Bad customer service

My car has had squealing brakes for the last few months. When driving, if the windows were down then the squealing was deafening. I brought the car over to them and they checked it. All it needed was a good cleaning and lubrication. It hasnt squeaked for the last few days while driving. They also let me know of other minor run-ins concerning the cars maintainence during their inspection. And, they gave me a courtesy shuttle service (Uber). Thanks Justin. D & K Auto Repair was able to give me a timely appointment and had a friendly customer care driver to bring me home and pick me up. I received a very detailed inspection report of my car, including pictures through my email before I even got the call about the issue I brought the car in for. I loved the advanced technology that was used on my car including the photos taken with mini I-Pads upon arrival. The service writer, Justino was very friendly and gave detailed explanations of what was going on with my car and thoughts about what to do next. I will be returning and recommending this shop to my friends.

Nick gave me a fast and great quote over IM. I came and dropped my car off to have the inner and outer tie rods replaced. They did it same day in about three hours. Nick also told me what else needed some repair on my car. But he didnt push me or oversell. Ill definitely be back.

My experience with this organization was incredible! Ive had many mechanical Shops look at my vehicles and Ive been taken for more than just a ride. These people were a front straight to the point and only prescribe what I need it did not try and take advantage of me at all. I would say that the person who gave me the service should be in their Hall of Fame. If they dont have a Hall of Fame, then they should build one and he should be the first inductee. Im sure based on what I observe there, the rest of the staff would soon be inducted also. Great service dependable and honest!

This was the second time I have used D&K. They keep you informed and with their new system, I could see the parts they were referring to in the report. I knew ahead of time, what needed to be done with my brakes. But thanks to their inspection, I was able to save some by not replacing parts, I thought needed replacing. Good thing, since they found another issue that a shop my truck had been in for a Wheel Alignment, eight months ago didnt mention. Which really should have shown up at that time.Thanks Justin and Jesus for taking great care of my Avalanche.

Did not perform the multipoint check as promised (and required by law), even though they had my vehicle for 7 hours. Even though I had an appointment, I was not given any priority.The recommended repair was grossly inflated and Mike was less than honest about how the estimate was compiled.I found a quality repair at another shop for a third of the cost and a better warranty.

I called to get a quote on my car and he didnt want to help and give me an idea of the cost. He simply ended the conversation by telling me to look somewhere else.

From the phone call to make appointment to paying for my oil change, the guys were friendly and professional. I even got lost and had to call to ask which way on Lone Tree do I go. I was late and frustrated and they were helpful.I appreciated them being honest in telling me it could take an hour or more. It wasn’t as long as he told me but normally I’m told “ oh it’s less than an hour” and then I’m wondering what’s taking so long when my car isn’t ready.I like the way D&K showed me the things on my car that were good, needed looking at and needed repair now. They even email it to you.Very nice and clean inside. I recommend D&K for a good auto repair experience.
