I called on a Saturday and they came early Monday morning. My furnace gave out after 17 years and they replaced it along with a whole house air filter and a humidifier. Great service. Lots of communication. They cleaned up after themselves. It was a big job and I really liked the way they handled it. The price was excellent compared to other local options. The equipment is excellent. I would absolutely recommend them and I will be using them again when its time to replace the air conditioner.

Met with representative for an estimate, took time to think about it (no pressure from the company) and decided to proceed. Technicians arrived on time and wore masks. Technician was responsive to my husbands request for location of the exhaust. Installed a furnace and air conditioner in one day. They cleaned up when they were done and left the work area as they found it. Office staff was quick to respond to emails and was helpful with filing rebates from gas company and manufacturer.

Milo was extremely attentive to the job at hand . He answered all my questions, and suggested some things to be aware of during the heating season. His feedback to me was excellent informing me of the various data points he collected and what they meant.Milo acted in a very professional manner and left the job site extremely clean. He also was very good at explaining why he was checking each operational function of the heating unit.

Customer Service is incredible with follow through from start, during and to the end. On Christmas Eve and no heat, the temp was in the teens, our Tech person was DeVonte and he was unbelievable friendly, on time and very knowledgeable. We have (had, now) a maintenance agreement with another company. They were unable to fix a several day furnace outage after three days, and walked away from the job, suggesting we needed a new furnace.Shaun came promptly at 8:00 am and had the problem diagnosed in 30 minutes. Very happy with the Lake County Mechanical crew.I had 3 - 4 guys arrive on time to replace my 70 year old boiler with a new Weil McLane unit. Prior to signing a contract i bid out 4 other local companies, my supt. / project manager experience took over. I was specific with the unit I wanted ( researched that, too) and I bid everyone apples for apples. Lake County was the only contractor that met and exceeded my requirements. The only extra was my zone valves, which I / we priced out before the work started because we were not sure of their condition until they were removed. Like I said these guys kicked it for me, beat the time frame, cleaned up,hauled away the junk, reviewed the new boiler operation and came in right on budget. I just bought a property in Kenosha with an 11 year old water heater, a 19 year old furnace and AC. I searched HVAC dealers and installers in the area and was impressed with Shaun, Melissa, Milos, Eric and Lake County Mechanicals (LCM) responsiveness, professionalism and value for the entire package. The on site inspection found many issues with the original installation like gaps on the return transition sheet metal fit to the filter housing and on the return boot with poor piping alignment and Milos ensured that it would all be corrected during their install. Tech showed up an hour late. Husband works nights and hardly got any sleep because had to stay up waiting for tech to show up. However tech was friendly and seemed to do his job.

I hired this company to increase the size of my undersized ductwork inorder to get the air flow needed to run forced air throughout the house. Initially they made a mistake on one calculation, they went above and beyond any company I have ever seen to rectify that mistake. Id give then 6 stars but 5 will do.On all levels they were excellent very good communication with everyone. Easy to work with.Milo did an excellent job with the sheet metal. His knowledge on air flow and ductwork in general was why I hired them in the first place.I worked as hvac service tech for 7 years. I would have done it myself but was missing an extra set of hands. Sheet metal you dont have your friends help you because its like handling razor blades at times, you need an experienced team. Will hire again if my house falls down.Great customer service wish I worked for them when I was doing hvac.

Joe has worked on our annual maintenance before and knows all about our furnace. He explained the cause of our minor problem, fixed it, and charged a reasonable price. We have used Lake County Mechanical for over 30 years as they also serviced the previous furnace for the former owner. We replaced that a few years ago using Lake County Mechanical. They have us a competitive price for the new furnace. Service is always prompt and they keep you advised.

Of course our furnace had stopped working as soon as the temps dipped the other day. My normal service company wasnt available so I looked around and found Lake County Mechanical.They were great to work with. Cheryl and Melissa in the office were friendly and said they could have a tech out same day. Within a few hours, they sent us Dave! He was wonderful. He took a look at the furnace, identified 2 minor issues, and had the heat back on in no time. And he explained everything. Very friendly and more importantly HONEST!! Highly Recommend!!

Last fall LCM installed a new Lennox AC. Everyone I have dealt with at the office and the installation has been so wonderful. A few weeks after the install I had to get a new furnace, but I went through my home warranty company because it would be replaced for virtually nothing - but they had to send another company to do the work. They were terrible.The first day I needed my brand new air conditioner, now in June it wasn’t working. I called the office at 9am and was very pleasantly told that they would get someone out to check it out that day. She asked what my schedule was and I had a couple of things going on and so she accommodated my schedule.Shaun arrived as soon as I was available. He diagnosed and fixed the issue. The problem was caused by the other company who installed the furnace - they had disconnected the power to the AC and left it that way. Shaun had my AC back working within 30 minutes at a cost that was very minimal.Shaun and everyone in the office have been great to work with. All of my interactions have been very good. I highly recommend LCM - great service by people who seem to actually care about their customers! How refreshing!

Dave, the technician came out and checked the ac system throughly, and noticed that Freon was low. He added more, and said my ac unit should run more efficiently now. He also let me know that I needed to change my filter. He was respectful and polite, and answered any questions I had. I am always impressed and pleased with the professional and friendly service I get from all of the staff, from the office to the technicians, at LCM!

David was great, my furnace kicked out he came within 2 hours. Checked everything found nothing wrong got the furnace going. Kicked out again a week later. We found a closed damper above the furnace causing it to over heat. Opened the stuck damper and furnace is running great. I highly recommend LCM. Good honest business.

Trace came out to inspect our air conditioner and comb the fins from hail damage. He was very thorough, explained clearly in terms I could understand and made sure it was in proper working order. Ive used LCM for more years than I care to remember. Techs have always been fair and honest in their assessments. Most recently Trace came out for our annual AC service and did a great job of explaining everything to me and servicing everything in a timely manner. Keep up the great work.

We purchased a home in Antioch in July of 2018. Thru the sales process we knew we would need to quickly replace 2 furnaces and 2 air conditioners. After the home closing we got busy finding the right firm. We had 4 firms out to bid the job, with LCM being one of them. The other 3 contractors came out, looked at the current air-conditioners and furnaces and gave us a bid.Shaun from LCM came out and looked at the current equipment. He then called me the next day to ask about setting another appointment to come back out. Shaun came out and spent a considerable amount of time. He shut both units down, then measured the square footage of each room. He turned one unit on and then went vent by vent, room by room, to really understand what rooms that particular unit was servicing.The results were one unit handled about 1200 square feet of living space. The other unit handled 2200 square feet of living space. Shaun then sized the units appropriately.LCM had a competitive price, and their service has been excellent. I cant say enough about the time Shaun took to really understand the house and sizing the units for maximum efficiency.

Called last night after 6pm. I received a call at about 7:30am this morning and someone was at my house just after 8am. This was not an emergency call but the response time was that incredible! Our repair guy was great, took just about an hour and completed his work and explained what he did. Excellent service start to finish!!!

This was my first time working with Trace and he had an INCREDIBLE first impression. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. He took the time to make sure the work was done right and even too the time to explain my thermostat and furnace/AC system to me. I would HIGHLY recommend people request him as their technician. He knows what he is talking about, he knows what he is doing and he is very personable. It was a pleasure to work with him. If all the technicians were like Trace, I would give this place 5 stars EASY.David is the reason I have knocked this company down to 3 stars. The guy came into my house as a jerk from the start. At first I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and maybe he just had a dry personality. He seemed very unsure of what he was doing and did not seem very knowledgeable. Toward the end of his work at my house he asked if I had anything to drink. I offered him a water and he then asked if I had anything that had more flavor but in a very condescending way. Then, it was time for the final paperwork. I could tell he did not come prepared because he asked me if I had a pen that he could use for filling out the paperwork. So I let him borrow a pen. He asked me to sign the invoice showing I agreed to the charges. We had discussed the charges but nothing on the invoice was filled out. And he wanted me to sign it when it was blank?!? Also, after I signed the paperwork, he asked me if he could keep my pen. Really?!? The guy left a really bad taste in my mouth.It’s incredible to me that a company could have such an amazing high quality person like Trace and then have someone like David. Those two aren’t even close to being on the same level of quality customer service. If you go with this company, DO NOT request David. It’s not worth your time or money.

27 below and the furnace goes out !! What made me think that Id have somebody come out quickly and be competent as well. But it happened !!!Trace was on it, with excellent troubleshooting skills, and then went through a careful process to come up with the solution. So now our older rare furnace has a new blower motor and is running quietly. We were informed along the way and had a comprehensive walk-thru of the end result of his repair. He did a very thorough troubleshoot and located the problem in no time. He replaced the part that failed and had the furnace up and running. Different furnace had a inducer motor failure, Ben from LCM troubleshot and replaced the motor within 24 hours. I had to help out a family member today for her a/c tune-up. Trace was the technician assigned to come out. I received both a text & an email letting me know he was on the way. Trace was efficient, friendly & communicated clearly the work he performed & completed. We had an opportunity to talk to him for a few minutes before he left for his next job, & it’s clear he loves his work & the company he works for! We were very impressed with Trace & would recommend not only him, but Lake County Mechanical for HVAC needs!

Devonte was very professional and polite. He finished the furnace maintenance in a timely manner. He came into my home wearing a mask and wore it the whole time. Very trustworthy company - refreshing since most companies care only for how much they can bill you. Our technician Jason is a great guy - any work he suggested needed to be done, I trusted since we have used Lake County Mechanical for many years. Jason is very personable and talked about a conversation he had with my dad at last years maintenance visit, which was touching since my dad has since passed. I highly recommend LCM.

LCM has been servicing our heater and air conditioner for years, they are always on time, efficient, polite, and helpful. Today I called to have them install a humidifier, they fit me in same day and did a great job! We will absolutely continue to use them.

Came out first thing in the morning and had my ac working within the hour. Very friendly and knowledgeable on all ends. Diagnosed the repair quickly and explained everything that was being done.
