Our system was old and not running great. I called Comfort Cavalry to make an appointment, got their voicemail and hung up figuring I would call back later. 20 minutes later Emily called saying she saw I called. Impressive! Joe came the next day to inspect and maintain our system. He prepared our options as our AC and furnace had a lot of issues. We decided for replacement and duct cleaning. The full payment and cash option with a deep discount is awesome! The 2 guys who did the duct cleaning the next day and the 3 guys who installed everything the following day were all absolutely awesome. They looked professional, acted professional and did top notch professional work. They respected me and my home, they left it better than they found it for sure. Their technology is amazing, text reminders, info about who was coming out and their photo, quotes and receipts within seconds via email. I simply cant say enough positive things about them.

I cannot say enough great things about this company. I spent three days trying to find someone to come out. One major lets just say Didnt Get The Job Done was down right rude, cancelled my appointment and hung up on me after two days dealing with them.Calling Comfort Calvary was the best move I made. They listened to my problem over the phone were very upfront about whether they could work on it or not. They sent out their tech Joe the next day who was very presentable very nice man, he was very honest with me told me that depending on why it doesnt have freon in it may not be fixable. He gave me an honest opinion and honest quote and we scheduled an appointment. The system ended up having severe damage and I can guarantee you most other companys would have said its junk buy a new system. I came home these guys ( Joe & Kevin ) had taken the time to do a very nice job of repairing that system that had been shot by a 22 round and were able to pressurize and do whatever they do to fix it. Yesterday I came home it was 115° in the trailer and when I turned the air on for an 1:45 min later it was 64° in there. These guys are awesome!!! Customer for life.

We had comfort cavalry out to look at our AC unit. We ended up having to replace the unit. Every step of this process was easy. They always responded via text, call, or email. They explained every step including the price in an easy to understand way. I would absolutely recommend these guys. Its hard to find a company with great customer service and good work ethic now, these are the people you want to hire!

We moved into a home in May and needed the A/C checked because it wasnt cooling. I called Comfort Cavalry because of the positive reviews online and found they were well earned. They gave us a quick appointment to check out our system, then went over all of the problems and options for repairs or replacements. We chose to replace our system because it was so old and were given many options for a new system. The team came to install the new system exactly at the scheduled time and were very courteous. We are very happy with our new system. Comfort Cavalry Heating & Air is definitely a 5 star team!

We called for non-urgent service in the afternoon and they showed up super fast, within 3 hours. The Comfort Specialist, Jake, was on top of it. He diagnosed the problem fairly quickly and gave us an honest fix for our issue (AC recharge). In and out in less than an hour. It also helps that the company doesnt charge incremental labor time during these service calls. The prices are quite reasonable. Highly recommend!

This is our second time using Comfort Calvary and I yet again, their work is second to none and I couldn’t imagine using another company for our HVAC needs. Emily is very nice, knowledgable and prompt with scheduling and providing emails with all of the information needed to have our AC unit replaced. The 2 technicians that came out today (Zach and Ben) had a new pad mounted AC unit, disconnect, coil box, a portion of duct work and new thermostat installed in only 3 hours. Aside from them being genuinely nice guys, their craftsmanship and professionalism is top-tier. Once they were finished, they walked me through all of the work they had done and explained everything thoroughly that I didn’t have one question to ask.I would highly recommend Comfort Calvary to everyone. The fact that they offer discounts for paying in full and a 3% discount for paying in cash, I’d never think of using anyone else for HVAC work.

In early April we moved into a fixer upper and did have a home owners policy with the sale but they wouldnt cover it the furnace or ac. So, we researched companies in the area and decided to get some quotes for a furnace coil and air conditioner. We decided to go with Comfort Calvary because Kevin explained things very well and gave us lots of options. The office was extremely helpful with the financing and they took care of everything. The Calvary (like 8 people, different expertise in 6 trucks- cool experience) showed up the next day with people to clean out the duct work first. Then, pull all the old units and make room for the new to be installed. It looks great and I have to say its nice to have full control over out temperature again. They also came out to check on if we were happy with the unit and see if we had any concerns. Great customer service and I would highly recommend using this company to purchase a new unit. Because of the people, I know this company will be around for a long time to service my unit again. Thank you Comfort Calvary for keeping my family warm

Like so many people, we waited until it got hot to turn on our AC only to find out it didnt work. Called Comfort Cavalry and they got me in same day. Emily was so nice and provided 5 star customer service. Zach our technician was on time and communicated all through the process. He was so professional and a great representative of the company. Great customer service! The price quoted to me over the phone was the price charged when the technicians came out to clean my dryer vent. They actually went on the Roof and made sure the vent was cleaned from top to bottom. Great job! I will definitely be using them again!

Air Conditioning wasnt working. Kevin and his crew came out the same day to get the old unit running until parts arrived. Once the parts arrived they fixed the unit and its a comfortable 72 degrees in our office while I leave this review. We will be using Comfort Cavalry for all of our HVAC needs!

We made a random call to take advantage of the $99 a/c cleaning and check. It turned out to be the best experience with an HVAC company we’ve had in forty years! Austin and Eric were professional and courteous, they explained everything they did and even showed us pictures! I can not say enough great things about Comfort Cavalry! Joe came out and quoted us for a new AC and furnace after ours died the night before. He explained everything and even caught a major issue in our crawlspace. Three days later they were here installing our new furnace and AC. The guys were professional, polite and hardworking! Cant believe how quick and how helpful this company was. I had a terrible company come out when my AC went out at the height of a heat wave. Called my home warranty company and they took a week to get someone out. That company looked at the system for 2 minutes and decided it wouldnt be covered under warranty and charged us the $100 deductible anyways. Wouldnt tell us what was wrong or what it would need to be fixed. I got so tired of dealing with them so I called Comfort Cavalry on my way home from work at 630pm. To my surprise someone answered and said they could have someone out in an hour. 15 minutes later the tech was at my home and 5 minutes after that my AC was blowing cold again. I ended up paying less to them than I did to the other company that didnt fix it. Comfort Cavalry has earned a customer for life and I will be calling them to set up fall and spring maintenance. Only people I could find to work on my RV air conditioner. I told them I was ready to fork away thousands on a new unit, and they convinced me to try and let them repair the existing one first. Less than $200 later I have fully functional heat & air. They didnt try to sell me something I didnt need.Cant say enough positive things about this crew. Called this company because I wanted to get my AC fixed quickly. They were prompt in coming out. I already new that the capacitor needed to be replaced. Service charge $89.00 which is reasonable. The capacitor they charged me $ 342.00. I called a few HVAC contractors and was told that this part is maximum around $60.00 This is a %500 % markup on a part!!!! TOTAL RIP OFF! Then I was told that I could use my $431.00 payment toward a new AC system within 2 weeks! Acted like a used car salesman and was pushy with maintenance service and trying to sell other parts! Also didnt have the proper equipment to check the freon and wanted to charge another $89.00 service call to come back out!? ABSOLUTE RIP OFF! I highly recommend waiting for a HVAC company that is honest and priced fairly!Revised: Spoke with an extremely rude employee this morning whom said they wouldnt charge me, and come and take out the part! Are you gonna install the old part back into the unit? LOL. Your technician installed the part had the AC unit running cooling the house down, then tells me the price!? Really? Totally unethical. I called Comfort Cavalry to inquire about a full replacement of a old HVAC system. They were quick to arrange for an agent to come to the house around our schedule. Ended up with a new install of a furnace and a/c unit which was installed later that same week. We were impressed with the quick turnaround and the quality of service. The team showed up on time and was respectful of current CDC guidelines. They left the work area cleaner than when they got here. Very happy with their installers and highly recommend!

During the recent heat wave my air conditioner suddenly quit working. I called the company that had serviced my system in the past and left a message but they never called back. Early the next morning I looked around for a local company and based on all the positive reviews I called Comfort Cavalry. The lady that answered the call was very helpful and they were able to come out at 10:30 the same morning.Good news bad news..... I received a text message with the details and also a call from Joe telling me he was on the way. Unfortunately my 17 year old AC was toast and the service call turned into a sales call. Joe was able to provide me with a quote on three different systems based on price and spent the time to answer my questions. Even though I wanted to do a little research he was still willing to hold a spot for an install two days later.Install day... Same great communication and the guys showed right on time at 08:00. Long story short they had a few minor issues with the install (not their fault) and finally at 9pm I had to tell them to go home and finish the next morning, they went above and beyond to try and get me set up the same day.The next morning the other Joe (sorry I dont remember your last name) showed up right on time and made a few adjustments and everything has been great ever since. All the work was done as promised, they guys wore shoe and face protection and they left everything spotless.I would recommend the folks at Cavalry Comfort without hesitation. I wish all service companies were run this way.

I called Comfort Cavalry for a problem we were having with our furnace. We had a new a/c and furnace system installed a few years ago and when we turned on the heat for the first time this fall, it would not blow warm air.Comfort Calvary came out the very same day and found the problem right away. Our air conditioner failed on a hot Memorial Day. Comfort Cavalry scheduled us for a repair visit the same day. Austin arrived as scheduled. Although he tried as hard as he could, our 15-year old compressor had failed on the second day of the season. I obtained three bids from local companies for replacing the entire system. Comfort Cavalry responded promptly with a bid on a Carrier 3 ton, 13 SEER, Performance-series system. Their initial quote was very competitive with the other two companies I worked with. The deal was sealed when Comfort Cavalry did two additional things: (a) they gave me full credit for their Memorial Day service, and (b) they agreed to a next-day install. The crew arrived the next day ahead of schedule. At one point they had six workers on site. The total install was completed in less than 5 hours. At all times the crew provided their services in an efficient, professional manner. Regarding the new Carrier system, I was very surprised (stunned is more accurate) about how quiet the Carrier single-stage unit is! I would recommend Comfort Cavalry to a friend, and I would use their services again.

There is never a good time to need a service call for heat, but these guys were easy to work with, made me feel confident in my choice, leaving me with heat, but even more importantly, NO BUYERS REGRET. The options they had to choose from were all explained very clearly. They did not pressure me into my decision and offered expert advice to clarify the differences between options. They offered financing, which is really important in any large purchase. Appointments were scheduled, communicated and upheld. WOW, great job. I called to have a gas line moved to accommodate a new dryer Joe came out the next day gave me a full service quote, and the next day he was here right on time to do the work, he even went as far as checking my gas line on my pool and showed me that it was leaking. You will not be disappointed with this company! I was nervous going with Comfort Cavalry based on just the reviews but they were 💯 right! Jake spent hours fixing the mistakes of my previous air conditioning repair man - he refused to walk away from the job till my air conditioner was working correctly. He spend several days - even came on a Sunday to make sure my air was working before I went out of town. No, he was not getting paid hourly, this company is dedicated to getting the job done correctly. Jake and his crew did an amazing job and my house is nice and cool. My furnace of approx. 28yrs decided it was time to no longer work. Comfort Calvary came out the same day to assess the situation and it was decided that it was time for a new furnace. Comfort Calvary was able to install a new furnace the next day; they also offered me space heaters since I would be without heat for a day. Their technicians, installers and office staff are knowledgeable, professional and respectful. The installers came out, installed the new furnace and took the time to make sure everything was installed properly. I would definitely recommend Comfort Calvary.

After a 90 plus degree day of working outside and getting sunburnt, I walked into a house that was 82 degrees at 9:00 at night. So after a sleepless night, calling 2 Kenosha based AC companies that weren’t really 24/7 as advertised, I decided to call Comfort Calvary since Antioch is relatively close. The woman who answered my call was very nice and reassuring of having a tech respond today. Joe McKinney arrived at the exact time he quoted me when he called to tell me he was on his way. I had already taken the shroud apart for the condenser unit to make his job easier and he was very appreciative for it. After checking the thermostat, furnace, blower and coil, he determined the issue was outside with starter and capacitor along with some other potential issues with our antiquated unit. Joe was extremely thorough and gave us several options from getting us up and running today, replacing just the AC and up to replacing our entire HVAC system along with the pricing options of each.We opted for just getting us up and running today while we discussed our options for replacement. Our house is now cooling off and Joe is a HERO. When the time comes for us to replace our AC unit, we will be going with Comfort Calvary without question and would recommend everyone else to use them for any HVAC needs.

Best customer experience I have ever had. From the moment I called, completely panicked about my furnace not working, the staff at Comfort Cavalry exceeded my expectations. Their employees are very knowledgeable and extremely polite and respectful. They were willing to answer all my questions and gave me multiple options to choose from. Then they came multiple times in the spring when I needed my AC running, just to ensure the system was working correctly. They have a customer for life in me. Last fall my furnace stopped working in the middle of the night. When I called at 3:30 in the morning they called me back promptLy when they opened and came out the same day without charging an extra emergency fees other places charge . This spring they followed up like they said would to maintenance the air-conditioning unit to make sure it’s working as it should be. Both times the techs and office personnel were very courteous, polite, and listened to any concerns I had and provided recommendations which is appreciated. I’m Glad I called a local company and have referred them to others.

I had a few services done from them and they are great! They are not going to be the cheapest but in my opinion they are the best. They got us in within 3 days and with a delay in the install (a bees nest) they came back on a Saturday to finish. They offered to put tarps to cover my floors and sweep up after themselves. I had a yearly maintenance service done with Joe coming out; he found a problem with the inducer draft motor maxing out plus a few other issues. He mentioned it would not go out tomorrow but I should take care of situation before winter; he did this with no pressure. I ok,ed the job and Joe came out on a Sunday; wow... and fixed the issues I was having. He answered all my questions very professionally and told me if I had any problems in the future to not hesitate and call .
