I been coming here for few years and never had any issues. Until today, scheduled an appointment two days prior and still waited for a whole hour because theres was a couple who was seen immediately with no appointment scheduled and according for my understanding it was because they came from another town. Mind you I also live from another town as well and I felt very disrespect and racial profile. I told the lady I had the appointment and she told me that I had to wait because the couple can from far away. But I thought it goes by appointment not who live far. Very disappointing.

I started going to Jay C. after I started my small business and needed assistance completing small business taxes and she is AMAZING! I no longer have my business but I still go to Jay every year! This location has GREAT energy and her employees are very kind as well!! :)
