Terry is very personable and I enjoyed my experience. The only problem is that it took a little too long and they kept interrupting to help others and have conversations, as a client I did not feel like a priority at all. I couldn’t hear them talk under the masks. The other woman takes forever and made a big mistake that caused me a lot of stress a few years back.

Your service of your employees is great. I might not use H&R Block next year because i was at the store for 15 minutes and was done because i have very little to do but I paid over 160 dollars for 15 mins of work. Price should be no more than 100 dollars. Price needs to go WAY DOWN for me to return.

AWFUL. WILL NEVER GO BACK. Rep I had was rude. Just asked me for my papers and didnt talk but to say things like oh you shouldnt have done that. Needless to say in the past other hr blocks have been very helpful. Also when i made an appointment online they called me to tell me the person i made it online would not be there. (why is it available then)
