My air conditioner in my car went out on the morning I was leaving for Gulf Shores! I went to Mikes and, after explaining my dilemma, Andy got my car in the shop immediately. My car was repaired and I was back on the road within an hour! Everyone was extremely professional, so nice, and very knowledgeable about their jobs. I will definitely go back to Mikes if I need any more work done on my car.

The name has changed but I had a great experience with the staff and their products and services.

Phenomenal. Drove from Orlando for a wedding. Our tire was absolutely shot. Met Andy and the crew. Such a pleasant group of delightful people. Professional, polite and honest. I cant say enough. The Man above delivered us to them for prompt, proper care. Cant provide a high enough review. If everyone in Alabama is like this group of folks I may relocate!

Purchased 4 tires. They all were dryrotted very bad. Cost me a rim. Mikes tire completely ignored my many attempts to contact them. I had to go to a real professional tire store. Mikes tire has been the worst experience Ive ever had. The other tire store I went to found out I was a vet and replaced all the bad tires I bought from Mike and did not charge me a dime. Now me, my family, my friends all refuse to ever use Mikes tires, working to get the word out to all that there are good tire stores around, Mikes is not one

The absolute best place to bring your vehicle to be serviced, they are very trustworthy and do quality work. They will call you to let you know how much something will cost before they do the work. This should be your first stop if you have any auto problems. My friend that knows a lot about cars brings it here when he cant fix it himself.

Very unorganized! They did a tire inspection, talked to the manufacturer about my warranty claim, then quoted me a price for a set of tires and told me that it would be good for a few weeks. Two weeks later when I went in to pay and get them ordered, they spent about 10 minutes digging through stacks of post it notes, in random unmarked envelopes in various drawers just to come to tell me that I need to start over with everything because they couldnt find my quote. So I went to talk to the manager and that was just a further waste of time. He did nothing to help the situation, nor did he even act like it even mattered to him what had happened.

Bought a set of used tires (I know they are used tires so no promises right)Once I paid and they were installed I left. I only made it 11 miles before the front tire blew out, destroying my rim. I put on a spare I had, made it home. Next day another tire blew out on my way back to Mikes. I had to go to another tire shop, they showed me that all four tires I purchased from Mikes was dry rotted bad. So I was sold bad tires from Mikes. Just not bad but seperated, dry rotted, just no good at all.Im not a tire guy so I go to a tire store to buy tires. Yes I purchased used tires to save money and because the tire shop (Mikes) told me the tires were good. Either they do not know their trade as tire professionals or they just dont care about anything but getting your money. I say this also because Ive tried reaching out to Mikes and told its my fault not thiers for purchasing used tires.Well my attorney has a different Outlook and is encouraging me to take them to court.One thing for sure, I will not ever use them again and will encourage everyone I can not to use them. Fact is there are better tires shops in Anniston then Mikes.

Steve & Andy are your owners and they honest, affordable and dependable. Theyve been my mechanic for over 10 years now and I wont go anywhere else. You can trust these guys to do it right and NOT fix something thats not broke.

These guys are great! I needed to charge my car battery for a few hours (since it had died) and Mike’s auto repair said to bring it right over. They didn’t charge me at all and did all the checks on it and called right away when it was done. I will definitely be coming back for future car repairs

Its the most honest and trustworthy place Ive ever taken my car. Theyll let you know what has to be fixed and what can wait. The Lexus dealership told me I needed $2500 on car repair. I had Mike check it out, turned out there was nothing wrong with my car.

We have been dealing with Andy and Steve for many years now, and they are honest, helpful, fair, not pushy but straightforward, and, thankfully for me, very patient folks, because i know I can be trying sometimes. Mike knows tires and logically explained advantages and disadvantages of brands. Based on his guidance, I switched brands and love the set I have. Prices are competitive and service took 1.5 hours.

Man, I miss Mikes Tire &Auto. No longer live close, and we all know how hard it is to find a skilled and, just as importantly HONEST garage.This is the place. Took both my vehicles here for over 10yrs. Never once had any kind of issue.Also, if youre a woman, go here.The rare garage that will treat you with respect and will not treat you like youre stupid. You will notice they have a large female client base.

Saved me from my nightmare - These guys do a great job and you can trust them to do it right. My long story: I like to work on my own car as much as possible, and my car needed front wheel bearings, which requires pressing into a knuckle, after a lot of work getting it off the car. The bearings have a magnetic side to signal the wheel ABS speed sensor. I took it to another shop in Oxford, since it was close, but on one side they pressed it in the wrong way. I kept getting a fault code. I changed the sensor, and made sure I had it on all the way, still got the fault. Took it back because there was no other answer, and the place couldnt figure out which side was magnetized. We looked at it together and supposedly figured it out. He brought it out of the shop and said it was good to go (but you cant really tell once the bearing is pressed in). Put it back on and same problem. I think they actually split the bearing taking it off the knuckle, couldnt put it back the right way, but didnt want to admit they had messed up the bearing! Anyway, I decided I wasnt going back. Id already spent $50 per side to press, $50 per bearing, and $30 for an unneeded new sensor.I bought another bearing and took it and the knuckle to Mikes because they had done an alignment and other work for me before.Explained the situation and they took care of it immediately. But heres why they are better - the guy showed me their special tool to show which side is magnetized- to make sure they get it on right. Sounds simple, but the other shop didnt have it - as they were using a magnet pen (and got it wrong). Mikes also charged me a lot less, probably because they knew I had been messed around already. I will never go to another place in the Anniston area.

Slow and not particularly friendly. No idea what the great reviews are about. A friend of mine had prescription pills stolen from her vehicle when she left it with them. It was dumb of her to leave them, yes, but hey have fun trusting your vehicles with addicts.

Poor service had them check my Sons tires before he went cross country they said every thing was fine. However my Son called me from Texas asking 80lbs tire pressure was normal. I said hell no thats about double the pressure and very dangerous he let the needed airr out and made to school out west just fine. When I asked Steve he said it was his faulty pressure gage which i found to be BS!
