Randy was out very quickly to help when we discovered our new hardwood flooring was “cupping.” Considering it was a brand new floor and we needed urgent attention the Dunn’s Team took action and installed de humidifiers under our crawl space and basement right away. Grateful they were able to find the units and install them in just a few days of our discovering the issue! This man tried to ROB me. I told those guys when I called that I had a leak. This is reason for the service. I explained that it was charged 5 months ago and worked fine. It has only 4 connections its a mini split. Head unit upstairs. Anyway he said $253.00 to find leak and total will be $900.00. Really is it because where I live. Or I will save the other? For later

Logan was 5 star technician. Even working in this Alabama heat he didnt even take a water break before he finished fixing our ac. When he got here our home was 82 degrees and by the time he left it had already dropped to 79. Can’t say enough about the quality and professionalism. Would definitely use Dunn’s again. Altogether I spent over $8,000 the first time I spent 3200 for a coil to be put in but before it was all said and done a month later my compressor went out on the outside so that was five grand also had to have a electrician to come out because my power will not stay on every time the unit would kick on they are fast and prompt but just for my experience so far it has not been good and it has cost me a lot of money that I feel was a result of what they done

Just recently I was having issues with my unit not heating and called Dunns. They sent out a tech. to find and fix the problem but it couldnt be fixed because of a hole in the gas chamber. So I had to get another one installed. Not a lot of people can afford to spend a couple thousand dollars on replacing a unit, but they offered third party financing, which is great. They installed the unit the same day, and the install techs stayed till they were finished around 8:30pm. The next day when the sun was out I inspected the work on the outside unit and found a couple things that concerned me. So I called them and stated my concern, and the guy said he would have a tech out to fix the issues ASAP. They arrived within about 30 minutes to fix my issues. That said a lot to me about these guys. Going above and beyond to make my life a little better. This is a top notch business and I will make sure to do business with these guys again. THANKS DUNNS

Weve used Dunns services several times over the years: full hvac system replacement, adding secondary ac system for built on addition, and finally for installing multiple ductless units in our 180 year old home.Dunns stands by their work. There was/is an issue with one of the mini split / ductless units and they are working diligently to resolve the issue.

Brad was excellent. He got there quickly, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and cleaned up after he was done. Id definitely recommend Dunns for their promptness, courtesy, and professionalism.

I called dunn‘s because my upstairs air conditioner was not cooling. They were very efficient and sent somebody out the same day. The technician was very competent and friendly. However, their price for R 410 refrigerant was excessively expensive. Be aware that you will pay about double what the average cost is to recharge your refrigerant in your air conditioning if you use this company. I called another company and they charge 1/5 of the price per pound for the refrigerant and have the same charge for their service fee.

Our water heater internally exploded causing a major leak and sparks on Saturday. Dunns was the first company I came across that offered weekend services. Josh arrived within an hour of us calling. We knew the water heater was not going to be repairable. Josh gave us a few options. We chose to get the new installation completed as soon as possible. Josh took care of everything quickly and efficiently on Saturday. We did have a little water dripping Sunday but it was not a true leak from the pipes it was residual water from a drainage pipe but Josh knew my wife was concerned and came to check everything out on Sunday. He gave her peace of mind. We will use Dunns in the future but hopefully for only maintenance and no more emergency repairs.
