I have tried to cll numerous times with no one picking up. Ive gotten hung up on and no one tried to call back either. Also they are very quick to get you off the phone after you do reach them. Still trying.

Did not return repeated calls. Calls are not connected doesnt ring maybe wrong no. On site. Just doesnt ring tried on June 16th time 9.28am.

Helps with your problems in bad times

Called me and never left a message or a name to call back. So I called the number back a dozen times and no one has answered. My case is urgent. I was told two weeks ago that my benefits would be reloaded in 72 hours and now it’s been two and a half weeks. They truly don’t care apparently

If you are in a position where you have to deal with people, you are supposed to have patience and be understanding. I didnt get that, I got someone that walked away from me. I left without any answer to my questions. Just a fill this form out and wait a month to get answers.

It is what it is at this place, you have your rude staff members and a handful of professional staff. Free your entire day because this wont be an in and out type thing, come early as they do have sessions and they fill up fast. I would say about 8 and make sure you have all your personal docs so you dont have to come back....

Been there an done that when times are tough an please never feel ashame never because somr yome in ur life you may need alittle help along the way some time or another. Dont ever feel ashame .there thrre gor that reason.understanding place

Amazingly fast service. And helpful and knowledgeable staff! Im always in and out!

People at the front deck are ok but one in particular, extremely nasty. And thats an understatement for her. once you get past that, will say the counselors are very nice. Though its common for them to lose your paper work. dont mail or fax any forms ! Bring them in and make sure they go to the right people.

I notice that most of the 5 star comments look Hispanic...which most of them always get all the free hand outs anyway, while the people that have been working here most of our lives, and could use a little help, get the run around. So, I am giving it a 1 star, before I even look into this...This is sad!

As I sit here after 30 minutes of trying to reach someone to clarify an Medicaid Application question I am growing very frustrated. I gave up counting rings on the attendant line at 60

The people we dealt with were very rude, as if we were a bother to them. Also, they keep cutting our SNAP benefits, which makes no sense at all. I dont think they have any idea what theyre doing down there.

Nobody answers the phone and when they do they transfer you elsewhere and nobody answers the phone. What a JOKE!
