Friendly staff (In my opinion far friendlier than Goodwill.) who will happy to haggle on prices. All sorts of good stuff and reasonably priced. On the downside the store is a bit cluttered, but I guess it’s because they have so much stuff. Sometimes it’s a bit dicey to find parking.

I have been able to donate quite a few items and they have always been very good about receiving them and re-distributing things appropriately to those on need. It’s a really good organization.

Staff not friendly. They wont even acknowledge people that come in the store. It is disorganized and there are items on top of items and very narrow passages to walk by. Their items were mostly in acceptable condition but some were definitely falling apart and should have been thrown out. They do have some stuff for free outside, stuff that they havent been able to sell.

Annapolis is a wealthy city, and the Lutheran Mission store is an easy place for residents to drop off their often-barely-used stuff for resale to people like me. Ive had some great bargains from it. Keep your eye open for kitchen electrical products.Senior day is Tuesday. Present your ID for an additional discount if you are as old as I am.Parking out front at the meters. While in town, stop by the State House (easy walk from your parked car).

Best thrift shop in the area. Fair prices, and for such a tiny place, they have things organized so you can find things if you are looking for something in particular. It is easy to drop off things at the back door even though it is in the heart of Annapolis on West Street.

I love this place! I only go on Saturdays when everything is 50% off. I always find something wonderful for my house.

Absolutely hands down the best resource for helping them through donations to help the communities throughout Maryland. They operate many facilities throughout Maryland and give tax deductible receipts for your items that help the needy!

Overpriced (sometimes more than goodwill!) and usually you end up having to pay for street parking. Limited selection
