Highly Recommend! I’m an AirBnb/VRBO SuperHost for a 6 bedroom historic property on 9th Street NW in Washington DC. PropBlue runs all turn-overs, cleaning, emergency maintenance, and small general contracting projects for the property. Things I enjoy about PropBlue:(1) Technology-forward company – they integrate directly into all short-term rental websites and show up for turn-overs and cleanings like clockwork! They also have a 1800 number you can provide to guests that will find local maintenance crews quickly for guest emergencies. Allows you to feel confident that your guests will get support when something happens.(2) Speed. They are always there to help right away. From broken sewer lines, to a collapsing roof, rodents and pests, to broken Garbage disposals they have someone on-site faster than you could imagine to remedy the problem.(3) Knowledge and Expertise – they are a property management company that has a low-cost/high-value recommendation for any challenge that arises. When our sewer pipe collapsed, they knew the ins-and-outs of DC Water and were able to make recommendations and play a strategic advisory role in getting things repaired quickly.(4) Flexibility – they understand your business and have shown great flexibility to work around check-in and check-out times and the requests of guests that impact their turn-over/cleanings. We met with every other short-term property management company in the DMV when we got set-up and are glad we choose PropBlue.
