I was recently performing a home inspection and my client had to be absent for part of the appointment. Janette Coffee was the agent and she stuck around for the full inspection. She took notes and we both learned a lot about our respective process’. She was attentive and very helpful with background info on our client and the house. I highly recommend her for anyone that needs an agent!

I recently worked with Moe Vaziri to sell my home and he did a fantastic job. I have bought and sold 12 properties over the years, working with many realtors, and most I would never recommend again. Moe is in the small list of ones I would gladly work with again. He was highly professional and very thorough, making sure every item was followed up on and everything was delivered on time. He pursued potential buyers and handled the negotiations admirably. The office staff performed well at Northrop Really, too. The brochure for my home was excellent! I highly recommend working with Moe if you need to buy or sell a property!!

Mixed feelings about this place. I have spoken with Suzanne who works there and she’s really fantastic but I just wasn’t ready to buy a home yet. I felt bad. She is so helpful and knowledgeable. I definitely want her to help me when I am ready next year to buy a home.I called Northrop about a rental and the listing was not accurate. It originally said on Zillow pets were negotiable. Joie White contacted me when I inquired online. I should of contacted Suzanne. Joie was not very friendly at all. She was very direct, made it seem like the house wasn’t available because the house maybe for sale even though they are trying to rent it? Then, she asked what I was looking for I told her a rental with a fenced in yard because I have two dogs. She said they won’t accept renters with pets and then ended the call. She didn’t offer any assistance on other rentals. Then, I just saw online that she wrote in big caps “NO PETS, NO SMOKERS, NO GROUPS.” It’s not okay to be rude to potential customers. I’m sorry she had a bad day but don’t take it out on me. Thank you
