Ty was the manager on duty and helped us sort through a bunch of Amazon BS and assisted us in returning our item. We even had to stay a little past closing as we dealt with Amazon customer service and Ty was very understanding and helped us finish the return and get the label printed.

The girl “working there” seemed so annoyed that she had to stop whatever she was doing on her cell phone to help me. In an attempt to be helpful I went to another Ups store to overnight the package.

Everytime I drop something off here the staff are attentive and helpful. I am in and out in seconds. I detour to use this UPS over others in Annapolis.

Never going back to this place I needed to print something out and I didn’t know how find what I wanted to print in the computer. I asked twice if both ladies could help me and they just ignore meBad customer service!!!!!!

If I could give zero that’s what they will get, 2 bad experience are enough to never go there again. First i send a small envelope and my mistake didn’t ask for a recipe trysting UPS but it has been 4 months and no were to find the envelope I send and the recipient never got it.Last Tuesday I when again to send a small envelope but this time I paid for 2 day delivery I specifically ask to confirm this will be delivered in time (Thursday) and the “guest services agent” said yes and charge me almost $30.00 for a package that didn’t have any weight since it was an ID card and YET the package until this very moment still hasn’t arrived!! I can understand some delay due to Covid (since that is the excuse) everyone is using some delay but almost a week!! I should’ve used the USPS! They are more reliable. What bothers me is that I was charge so much and I needed that to be delivered last week and it was not, nor it was advise of the delays. Be truthful to your customer and let them know that is possible that the package will not make it on time before charging a services that you can’t deliver.

I have always had good service here; even during the holidays. Its a small neighborhood store so staffIs limited. During peak times you might have a little wait.

If no stars were possible, that is what they’d get! I had a horrible time getting a document printed, called ahead, yes, they could print it. But when I arrived, she looked at me and said, ‘email it to me’. Standing there, I said, by waving my hand or my magic wand? No, finally she threw me her card with email printed. I went to all the trouble of composing an email but could not send. What is your WiFi? We don’t have WiFi. Gees, girl, how do I email to you? In the mean time a UPS guy comes through with a hand truck. My bag is on the floor in his way. Instead of asking me to move it, he kicks it with his foot! Upon leaving the store, I thought he was trying to run me over! Never again will I ever use UPS!

The Owner is hands on and very friendly and professional. Her staff compliments her passion to provide the service good customers want. As in any business you can do 100 things right, and do one thing wrong and most people will only reflect or highlight the wrong thing. This business is definitely Superior than the majority!

This is apparently the only UPS store that does not do priority mail as well as UPS services, and told me that they cannot mail to government boxes (such as mailing your taxes.) She tried to tell me that I was “wrong” and needed to google the address of the IRS. Which my husband did and confirmed that the address of the IRS does not look like a “normal” address. So even though I was correct, she still treated me like I was stupid. No customer service skills and less services compared to a normal UPS store. Do not suggest this location at all, and I use UPS across the country for work.

I returned some shoes from Nike and I didn’t ask for the receipt all couple of weeks ago. Nike still haven’t received the shoes so someone clearly stole them and didn’t send them off! Called the store and asked them if they can trace it by looking up the scan information and they said it’s nothing they can do without a tracking #... I’m just confused of why they asked me if I wanted a receipt when in all reality they should just give everyone an receipt. Out off all the ups stores I been to this NEVER happened, guess it’s a 1st time for everything.

I dropped off two packages and both shipped USPS. Only one of two arrived at the desination after two weeks. I called the UPS store and asked if it might have been returned to them and they just said no. Thet didnt even try to help. Use a different store this place sucks
