Probably one of the most unprofessional experiences Ive had with a financial institution. Im approaching close to a month from the time I closed and was supposed to receive credits that were due back to me. For some reason, which wasnt made very clear to me at closing, they kept my check. I still have yet to see any documentation explaining why it was kept and how much was deducted as well as this check that was due to me. I love how they demand folks wire closing cost at an additional expense but when it comes time to pay their end, its like a wild-goose chase.

Let me begin by saying that Heritage Title is one awesome title company. I had an unusual situation with my buyer in that she was located in Hawaii and I explained to Heritage Title the challenges that would present itself due to my client being 5 times zones away. That appeared not to be a problem at all to the Heritage Title team. With the use of Qualia they were able to provide outstanding service to me, my buyer, the listing agent and the sellers. They were accommodating in ensuring that we were able to close even earlier than scheduled and arrange for a notary to meet my client in Hawaii to sign the closing documents. This type of service you just dont find from any and every title company. As a Taylor Properties real estate agent, Im extremely proud of the professionalism that Heritage Title exhibited and will continue to seek their services in the future.

This company works closely with Taylor Properties who lied to me. Both refused to return money to me that I was told would be returned. Very unprofessional.

Thus far an exemplary experience with Heritage . From an agent ‘s perspective , the Qualia service they use to keep all parties updated is practical and user friendly . Settlement went smoothly , and i even referred a close friend who is doing a refi atm to them .

I was referred to Heritage on my last refi, and I switched from a company I normally used because of the promise of a couple bucks saved. Well I guess Im paying for that now. I signed the paperwork in my driveway on the 21st and was told I had to wait 3 days for reconsideration period. Well Christmas Eve and still no settlement or check. I told several people (and my lender dis as well) that I wished to pick up check due to holiday. I called again on 28th and was told it was not ready yet again. I called on 31st, and was told the check was mailed on the 28th. They were very apologetic, and swore they were professional, but these things happen. Dont let these things happen to you.... go elsewhere it worth the couple bucks more!!!!

My first time working with Heritage Title was awesome! Donna, Sonia, and Krystyn were extremely professional. They were so efficient that we were able to close a deal in 14 days! My client was satisfied. Thank you and Im looking forward to the next deal!

My Refinance was handled smoothly. I will use then for all my future purchaser or refinances.

This is absolutely the WORST customer service. From the receptionist Sonya to Heather to Donna!!! Everyone who works there is RUDE and do not know what they are doing.

If you are tired of answering people’s questions and concerns then dont work at a place of business. Stay home. No customer service. It takes one bad attitude to ruin an entire customer service experience.

As a Realtor, I have referred several clients to Heritage Title, and every closing has gone smoothly and on time from their end. Having worked on the title side, my expectations are very high but realistic, as I know the challenges. I also know that Realtors and Lenders can sometimes be very demanding. The problems trickle down and the title company gets the blame regardless of the origin of any issue that arises. They are then expected to jump through hoops and make miracles happen sometimes. Krystyn has been the processor for several closings and she has been responsive, professional and patient with the many needs of my clients. She has gone out of her way to accommodate my requests on behalf of my clients. I’d say that a 7:30 am settlement at a Krispy Kreme is extremely accommodating! The Closing Agents have always done a great job as well. I will continue to refer my future clients to Heritage Title.

This company is not only unorganized but the staff are rude. We constantly get the run around and policies change suddenly depending on who you speak to. Do not waste your time or money with this company. What a headache!

One of the worst in the business! Has no clue on how to run a professional business. Takes no accountability for their actions and the right hand does not known what the left hand is doing, Outsources the business. Recieved phone call 2hrs after scheduled meet from Utah and said they were on their way!!!! What a joke!
