We have used Carpetronex before at our funeral home and have always been pleased. This is our first experience since Don took charge and we couldnt be happier. Don scheduled us on very short notice to clean all of our carpets and upholstery. Roughly 18 hours before our scheduled appointment, a family asked if they could hold an event late that day. I called Don - no problem. He and I worked out a strategy that would enable us to accommodate the family. He and his team worked quickly and efficiently and even loaned us fans to expedite drying time. What a great guy and what a great team! I highly recommend them.
