He was extremely kind, clean and answered any and all questions I had. He showed me all before and after pictures and explained to me how my two different units differ. He also gave me some great tips for the future. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was very pleased with the services provided by Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning. After contacting several companies to clean my condo dryer vent that lead to outside the building, I’m glad I found their service. Other companies were not able to provide information on their exact service, pricing, were not as professional over the phone, and wanted to charge and initial service fee to evaluate the problem. Lowe’s listen to my concerns about the existing problem, and offered a clear price along with a discount offer up front. The representative was very professional from the initial call and provided information on their services, licensing, skilled technicians, and given today’s current health climate the precautions the technician would practice to come into my home. Also, the scheduled appointment turned out to be earlier then originally planned. Because the technician was near the area and available, he notified me and the appointment was move up by two hours, and completed the job in under an hour. If looking for a professional company to provide services for your home, I would definitely use them again and recommend Lowe’s Air Duct Cleaning to others.

The individual who came to clean the ducts was early, called to ask if an earlier time was acceptable, remained in his truck until I noticed the call and replied affirmatively, and did the job quickly, thoroughly, and with full explanation. The only snafu was that his office communicated the incorrect charge, quoting something $100 more than I had agreed to. The price difference was corrected and I paid per the original agreement. The work was clean and, at the present time, I would recommend Lowes Air Duct Cleaning and I hope to use them again.

The company was very responsive. I initially called and did not leave a message. They say my missed call and reached out to me within 20 minutes. The pricing was clear. The serviceman came on time, he was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful of my home. I had a lot of questions, he was patient and answered all of my questions - showing me what he was doing as he went along. He also cleaned up everything afterwards. I will definitely use them again.

Was able to schedule the duct cleaning to happen within 48 hours which was awesome that way it was done before we moved in (since my sons have allergies)!Just as a warning it takes longer than I expected. All told it took almost 4 hours from setup, running the job and then packing up. But they cleaned out a lot of dust and various things kids threw down the vents!

The technician from Lowes was thorough, thoughtful, and explained everything in terms a non-tradesperson can understand. Best of all, he helped me avoid $500 in spending by letting me know that I did NOT need to have my main AC ducts cleaned (another company said I did!!!). I’ll use Lowes again.

Great vent duct from inside and outside. We called Lowes after another contractor cleaned dryer vent from outside of condo - and outside exhaust grill kept plugging up. After cleaning vent pipe from outside using rotary brush on electric drill, Lowes pulled out dryer to access vent pipe behind it, then used same brush and drill to clean vent pipe. They also cleaned vent plenum inside dryer. Now all is cleaned and working right. No more clogged vent screen on outside of condo. Phone operators and technician were courteous and professional. Suggest using Lowes for full inside and outside vent cleaning to keep dryer working right and safe from fire risk.

Whenever they missed a call from me, even though I didnt leave a message, they always called back. The tech who came out Mike was professional and thorough. He arrives in the window that I was told and called 20 minutes before he arrived. He took pictures of the ducts and vents before and after to show the difference. Altogether, with setup, the kon, and take down, it took about 3h45m.

Arrived early and worked through the original end time. Very thorough. I was very impressed.

The guy that comes has always done an excellent job on all the projects weve had him do. This time he swept the chimneys. We had been experiencing some smoke accumulation in the downstairs fireplace happening when we were actually using the fireplace upstairs--two different chimneys. I think the wood we were using was simply not good wood. However, it caused a persistent smoke smell downstairs. Lowes came out and cleaned and now when we use the upstairs chimney the smell is not seeping downstairs. Another great job. Thanks Lowes.

They took the time to explain exactly what they were going to do and executed the plan as explained. Very nice technician. He even took off his shoes before he entered our house.
