Got a scratch on my phone camera and went to fix it. It was fine initially but after a week I had lens full of dust inside. All pictures were blurry due to that. Highly won’t recommend it if you had expensive phone. May be good for old phones.

My son’s iPad had the metal tip of the charging cable break off in the charging port( I know I don’t how that kid managed to do that, but he did). The employee of iRepair had it out In about 15 seconds! Wow!! He provided fast, and friendly service. Don’t go anywhere else, this is your repair guy! I but a case and a better cable from I really appreciated marquis!

I paid $170 to have a new screen put on my iPhone X and within three months it quit working and they told me that it’s only working not working because it has a crack on the screen. There is no crack on the screen and when I asked him to show me where the crack was he said it was under the screen. The phone is no longer usable so not only did I waste $170 but now I’m out a phone that’s worth more than $500. The worst customer service ever completely rude don’t ever deal with them.

What can I say about Emmanuel ? He was awesome. He worked quickly and kept me up to date in how my repair was going. His workspace is relaxing so waiting for my repair didn’t feel like waiting at all. I’d recommend him to everyone looking for a great price, great customer service and a really warm atmosphere. The job done was great. The customer service was rude and disrespectful. Did I save money on a Sprint lease by fixing my phone here versus paying sprints fee...yes I did. Was I treated like my business was wanted...no. I did save $100 dollars though so, do with that what you will.

When I upgraded phone I went straight to this kiosk they always take care of me and it better then wasting 60 on a case at Verizon for the same price or even less I got a case and a screen protector. I will always bring my business here.

One star is too much, but there was nothing available in the negative. Brought my IPad in for a port repair on September 24th. I was assured that it would take approximately 7 days as it needed to be shipped to Toledo for repair.Week and a half goes by and I call to find out what was the status. Supposedly it did not work, failed their QA testing and they had to ship it back to Toledo and wait for new parts. Another week and a half goes by called again. Spoke with Travis and was assured that they were waiting on the new part to come in and would be available on Sunday as it was going to be picked up on Friday from Toledo. Still no word on Sunday, so I called on the following Monday. Told not sure what happened should be on the way. Called on Thursday still not ready, although I was assured it would be ready for pickup on Sunday. Today, Friday I pick it up and it was disassembled in a brown manilla folder with an address from Toledo. Spoke with Travis and now he is claiming he told me it was beyond repair. Unprofessional, liars and cheats. Charged me $50 just to hand me back my IPad as if it was junk. Took four weeks and still did not fix my IPad. If you couldn’t fix it why hold on to it for so long and still charge me $50 for the deposit for a repair that was not completed?

They fix my MacBook mouse pad

I went to them with a small crack in the bottom right corner of my Galaxy S7 Edge, right over the back button. After five weeks, two wrong part orders, and them damaging my phone three times, they have me back an $800 paperweight. It was a fight to get them to refund the deposit and labor fees, and they blamed ME for them breaking my phone and ordering the wrong parts. Avoid them like the plague.
