He was very quick to respond and took the time to talk with us to make sure he understood our needs and wants. We walked through many houses with him and he never lost interest in us. We used a home inspector he knew and with our approval he even set up that appointment for us so we didnt have to stress about it. We intend to be in our current house for many years but if life changes and we look for another house we will use Steve again!

I was a first time home seller and very apprehensive on selling during the COVID-19 Pandemic. My first interaction with Steve put my mind fully at ease and he explained just how the process would work during such challenging times. Steve immediately followed up with an email with a Wickland Group home selling packet while he worked his magic on finding solid comps for the area. I felt completely part of a “team” to sell my home from start to closing including determining a list price for my home. Steve was responsive and follow-up was impeccable, knowledge of the current real estate market was beyond comforting. He utilized trend setting apps for all appointment and home showings. I had two offers on my home on day two of the active listing and Steve worked through each offer explaining in detail the differences, pros and cons and outlining possible stumbling blocks to closing for each offer. His knowledge and experience allowed me to be 100% confident in choosing the best offer. Steve created an online timeline of events to follow once the contract was signed and all fell in place as scheduled. Steve worked amazing with the buyer’s agent and the interactions I observed were of the utmost professionalism. As we moved through the closing process, Steve followed up with phone calls on inspections, appraisals, utility transfers, title and closing appointments.
