My mans, Isaiah and Brian took care of me. Theres a labor shortage and these dudes were efficient friendly and help me out. It was close to closing time and they were delivering great service.

I have been using the Uncle Eds on Stadium in Ann Arbor for over 20 years. They are professional, yet friendly and I have never had an issue in 20 years. I like the loyal coupons offered and the price is good for the level of service.

Great place to have your vehicles serviced. Staff is fantastic, quick and helpful. They top off all fluids, check tire pressure, wiper blades and fluid levels. No appointment needed. Just pull in. The service personnel on stadium are great. We will be back for maintenance of our vehicles

I called yesterday needing to get service records from 2019. Aron was so friendly, professional and helpful! He went beyond what I expected in 9rder to find my records and get them to me within a half hour. I appreciate this very much. Hard to find great customer service anymore but Aron and Uncle Eds have it. If you want dependable and quality service visit this shop.

Although it says it’s a 10 minute oil change, unfortunately, I was next in line, but they took 30 minutes to change the oil of the car in front of me. There were also other people in separate lines waiting to get in and we were all waiting for 30 minutes. I can’t speak to whether or not the service was good, because I needed to leave to get to an appointment.

I recently moved to the Ann Arbor area and needed a quick oil change. The service technicians at Uncle Eds were very informative and efficient having completed my service in less than a half hour. They were extremely communicative and went over several items they identified as being in good shape and some other areas I may want to consider for future visits. Overall my experience was excellent and I appreciate those that helped ensure my Kia is on the road and in good shape for the foreseeable future

Friendly, professional, fast and thorough. Didnt overpush any upsells. Gave me what I needed and did it quickly. BTW, I found this place because I tried to go to another oil change facility close by, who was supposed to be open, and nobody was there. I noticed when I drove by later than someone showed up.

The gentlemen that helped me were professional and very helpful. I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes. Not my first time visiting this location and will not be my last.

I had originally left a review plus 5 stars but it didnt post so I wanted to correct it so the owners know. Heres my full review:Ive been here a few times and have always been impressed with the technicians and service. So after buying my wife a new van we of course drove out here. We were very impressed by Isaiah and the whole team (sadly I couldnt catch their names) as they worked quickly and thoroughly. They offered different services to help maintain the new van and explained all benefits for each service. They arent just trying to make a sale, you can tell they really want to guarantee a great service. Thank you to the entire team for such excellent work and tolerating our noisy children lol.

Friendly and very efficient. As soon as I pulled in my car was descended upon by a team of employees who knocked out an oil change and full inspection in no time at all. The knowledgeable staff walked me through everything they were going to do, and answered all of my car questions in layman’s terms, which was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend.

Told me my transmission fluid looked very dark and needed to be changed and that it can be hard on the seals and gaskets if not taken care of I said well thats odd I just had it flushed and clean here about 5 months ago and then began the back peddling. That does not instill a lot of faith in a business if you want repeat customers

Took my car here. They forgot to close the cap on my transmission. Im not thrilled about it but oh well. I wish they would pay more attention. They did my power steering and I had to repeat a step 3 times. I hope it isnt because of the same thing paying attention.... I doubt Im coming here any more. Im having some serious trust issues with them.....

The first time I went to this uncle Ed’s is Because I could not get to the dealership for my oil change. After I went to uncle Ed’s I stopped going to the dealership. They got me in right away and the service was excellent! No waiting to schedule an appointment. The price matched my dealership. These guys are great!

Their consistent and Ive never had any problem the guys are nice , its clean and its quick.

These guys are literally THE BEST!! It’s the only place my husband and I take our cars and for good reason! Super knowledgeable without being pushy and always really friendly/enthusiastic. Definitely a 10/10 from us! :)

My first time there and I really appreciate how they checked everything under the hood even though I only wanted an oil change. I found out I needed a lot of work done on my car and other places Ive been to recently never thought to tell me about those problems. I left spending more than I wanted to but it was well worth having someone check my car who knows what theyre doing and would tell me everything I need to worry aboutId absolutely recommend them. A bit pricey but worth the trip.

I disagree completely with the one-star reviewer at the bottom. Ive been to Uncle Eds a couple of times for an oil change and they do ask about all of those things, i.e., air filters, engine cleaning. However, every oil place does that, EVERY ONE. Come on, its a service business. If you dont want to be asked that stuff then do it yourself. The thing with Uncle Eds is that they are honest and they do a good job. My wife went there to have them check the battery. They said it was on the verge of a weak charge but that type of battery should be under warranty and she should go to auto zone and have them replace it for free. They didnt even charge for the battery check.Its easy to suckered in or, the flip side, think they are just trying to squeeze more money out of you. But if you know much about car maintenance a lot of the stuff they are advising you on isnt just gimmicky tricks. Its actual car maintenance advice. I have normally done my own maintenance work but now I just dont have time. Uncle Eds is solid.

Ive been here three times for myself, a friend, and my mother. The first time was a decent experience, however, going forward for both my friend and my mother, they insisted on selling both unnecessary fluid changes in an attempt to get any money they could out of someone who didnt know.Specifically in the instance of my mother, shes a very hard working and busy person who lives paycheck to paycheck. She doesnt have much savings and doesnt understand cars that well; all she knew was that she needed an oil change on her car. I sent her to Eds with the impression that they wouldnt try and swindle an older woman (shes in her 50s) and would have some sort of human decency.My mother calls me post-oil change and tells me that her $25 oil change easily became a charge of $160+.for a radiator flush, nitrogen in the tires (this is very clearly a gimmick), and the oil change. Her tires were installed less than a month ago, and her radiator was flushed less than two weeks ago. Neither of these services were needed, and were sold to someone who didnt know any better.I will be following up with some sort of legal action for the blatant misdirection and lying done to my mother, and STRONGLY recommend not coming to this place.

You go here for a simple oil change that might be around $30 to $100 but end up paying over $200 to $300. They try to sell you many other parts claiming it needs a replacement. A $9 to $16 price tag for a cabin air filter in Amazon or AutoZone is sold at $33 onwards at this place. Same goes with fuel air filter. Service is quick , easy access and very professional employees.

Unnecessarily condescending. I used to go to this location for a few different reasons, customer service being one of them, but after my experience, I wont be coming back.

My car broke down on the way into get an oil change on a holiday weekend. They went out of their way to figure out the problem, get a part from the auto parts store and saved me hours of towing and waiting at another garage! An amazing group of skillful, kind and generous mechanics. I will never go anywhere else!

Amazing service at a fair price! I have only been to Uncle Eds once and I had a great experience. I got the online special and it was a full-service oil change for a great price. The guys on shift were very straightforward and not pushy, which I really appreciate.

Going to get an oil change is rarely a fun experience. Coming here, however, is as close as its going to get. The people are super friendly and welcoming. They do an excellent job and work together as a team to get you in and out as quickly as possible. The first time I came here I was sold on their friendly (and professional!) service!

Very disappointed... stopped in just after 6pm because the open sign was lit, I just needed some air in one tire, but the sole attendant on duty gave me a closed sign and waved me away.... Superior customer service would dictate at least a verbal greeting, and perhaps offering a bit of free air...had he taken the time to do the job.

The GM argued with me about me ruining my car by getting the cheapest oil change. I told him that it was fine. He told me that it wasnt fine. Told the DM, who was there at the time, about it when he asked how my visit was and I was honest. I wont go back. To be pushy is one thing but to go back and forth with me about what service I want when I told him the first, second, third, and forth time that I want the basic oil change.

Just got back from Uncle Eds and I was so impressed! Not only did they change the oil but they fixed two things that had been really annoying me - free of charge! I learned a few things as well and they were really nice! I definitely will be going there from now on for all of my oil changes and minor service!

This location didn’t have the right tools to check my transmission fluid. (Under the transmission no dipstick) but had also told me I was running low on fluid when he already told me he couldn’t check it? I went to victory lane right up the street from them and they were the help I needed!

I went to this location real quick on 5/19/16 to get my oil changed. the experience was very nice and easy and fast and had 5 or so people working on my car since i was the only one there. they finished up my oil change and everything was done and they told me to have a good day and i left with 4.76 quarts of oil in my engine and a new oil filter and air filter and some inspections and other stuff. then while driving down the road i discovered THEY FORGOT TO CHARGE ME basically giving me a free oil change and oil filter and air filter change. then i had to turn back around and tell them that they forgot to charge me. apparently what happened was one person told the other to cash me out and the other thought i did but none of the 5 people did. so they told me the total $91.86 for an oil change that is ridiculous for a little 2009 Chevy aveo to get a oil change i dont know how they justify $28 for a cheap Auto Zone air filter and $46 for just under 5 quarts of conventional oil so to uncle eds i will NOT be returning because the price for this was WAY to high. and you might want to tell your techs to pay more attention to charging your customers because it would have been better to not turn around and pay nearly $100 for a $40 job. i am giving this post a 1 star for the good customer service but that is all since it was outrageously pricey and they forgot to charge me making me go back and pay.

Too pushy selling too many services. On and on and on.......And, I got an oil change, my engine coolant was a little low. They charged me to top it off. All other shops do this for free. Ill go someplace else from now on.The service they did perform was done properly though. Im not slamming the guys working here. Its company policy to annoy me and charge me for petty stuff Im sure.

I’m glad to know that if you have a problem on a previous visit, not only will a manager not talk to you but you will also be charged $75 for a basic oil change after being promised a $20 discount from before. This place is a joke and this was the worst way I could have spent my last 30 mins. They didn’t even ask me what type of oil I was wanting. None of my other fluids were checked. And they don’t even offer a tire rotation. Literally what did I just spend my money on? This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
