This company is good to work for, the owner is professional and helpful and will go above and beyond for her employees. I have seen both the owner and the managers get down and dirty with the rest of the team when needed. Its great to know that no one is above getting their hands dirty and are willing to jump in to help out. The only con I can state is that you dont get full time hours and have to use your own vehicle.

Housekeeping Associates send top-notch people to clean. They use your products and equipment so as not to cross-contaminate with other clients homes. Much appreciated. If products are running low, they will leave a note to replenish. They generally arrive on time as promised, work with friendly gusto, and leave. No problems whether we are there or out. The home always smells great and all surfaces are clean. During holiday seasons, they will do extra cleaning at no added charge in rooms that will be occupied by house guests. If our schedule changes last minute, they are quick to accommodate. Best (and longest) service we have ever had in 30 years!

The girls that came to do a first time clean, were very pleasant and motivated. They were very thorough and quick. Very professional company. I will definitely use this company in the future. They also have a window cleaning service. He did an amazing job and was very detail oriented.

I have used Housekeeping Associates for several years for my house cleaning needs. They consistently show up on time and do an excellent job - my house is always sparkling when I come home that day. They are great about focusing on areas that need extra attention.

I love coming home to my clean apartment after the housekeepers have been here. They even fold the tissue coming out of my kleenex boxes and off the rolls like they do in a 4 star hotel. I find them very trustworthy.

11/23: Update: I got a call Monday from both the Ann Arbor manager and the owner of the company. I will like to say their sincerity has prompted me to add this review. I understand now that it isnt the company as a whole. The owner Debbie was very understanding of my situation and both her and the manager of Ann Arbor did not charge me for the service that they did provide there. I have used this company in the past and a full clean out service and they did a wonderful job back a couple years ago. I know they have a team that is capable, but I just might have been unlucky this time. With Debbies call and her sincerity and passion for her company I would give this company another shot.11/19: DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I wish I could give them zero stars. But I have to give them at least one star because Google says I need to. They left in my kitchen with toilet roll on the floor with dried spaghetti on the floor and dirt on my kitchen floor for a move out special. It seems like they moved in and left my condo a mess. I found nothing of what I asked to be cleaned in fact they only touch they only touched the bathroom and the refrigerator and just some minor areas but the floors are never cleans not even vacuumed or dusted or swept. Wish I could add the pictures here to show you the mess that they left its just terrible the way they treated my condo do not use them whatever you do it is not worth it. Dispatch was not even able to tell me what time they arrived by my condo and what time they left because they told me that the ladies had to call in to let them know I cant imagine that they spent more than an hour cleaning my condo but yet I still have no idea how much I will be charged until Monday morning. I requested a deep cleaning move out it was anything but. It shouldve been an easy clean theres nothing in my condo as I moved out and requested that be clean so I could sell my condo.

They have been cleaning my house twice a month for more than 15 years. They also clean my windows and screens each Spring. The service is consistently excellent, pleasant, punctual, responsive.

Its always great to come home to a clean home, attention to the details, they leave me an inventory of what cleaning products I need to purchase every month that alone saves time and matters! The office staff has been extremely accommodating each time I need to have a favor or need some special attention for upcoming requests.

I didnt read a single review posted here before hiring HA to clean my condo while my husband was in the hospital recovering from neck and spinal surgery. After not being home for five days straight, I knew our home was a disaster. I was referred to HA by a friend and couldnt have been happier when I returned home with my husband.The cleaners did so much more than I had expected and I was thrilled to walk into a clean home. Being exhausted from the hospital stay and finding my home welcoming made my day. I would definitely recommend HA to others.

I have used this company off and on (depending on our needs, not on them) for at least 10 years. They do great work, and their housekeepers are reliable and hard-working.

A great place for any cleaning service

I had them do a deep cleaning with the intention that this would be the first time they came out, then after that weekly maintenance. Worse cleaning I ever had! Much worse than the basic cleanings Ive had other companies do, and it took them four times as long. After they left, I still went around and dusted, picked up the mat on the shower floor to clean under it (imagine!), vacuumed under the area rug, and many other very simple obvious things. Dont waste your money!

So nice.. so thorough! Its been over a year and we have never been disappointed. We are very pleased with your service.

I am so pleased with the performance of the ladies from Housekeeping Associates.They are very accommodating, efficient and thorough. They are in and out in two hours and my house is spic and span!

I feel like I was overcharged for low quality work. I feel like it was a waste of everyone and my money. The one thing I feel they did particularly well however, was the cleaning of the range in the kitchen. Beyond that, I was not a fan.

Housekeepers let my dog out, and never called to let me know. I wound up looking for her for hours. They broke my ceiling fan, and the organization agree to pay for a new blade (but not for a repairman to replace it). They routinely neglected to clean my master bathroom. Highly unprofessional.

Bought window washing package. Was supposed to also wash the screens by taking them out. Worker decided the screens were too hard to take out so had to wash in place which was ok but not as good as it would have been had he taken the screens out.
