Im not one to write a lot of reviews but my experience with Gutter Champs was very disappointing, especially after reading all the positive reviews the company has received. I live out of state and contacted gutter champs to clean out the gutters of a property I have in Ann Arbor. The service was done on a Tuesday afternoon and I received a text for payment using Zelle. I tried using the app with the information they gave me but it was not working.I contacted them the next day and explained the difficulty I was having. Rather than being helpful, the person I spoke to (Kim, I believe) took a nasty tone and attitude with me regarding payment. I explained to her that I am trying to pay you but am having difficulty with the app. It seemed to me that she thought I was trying not to pay and she just took on this terrible tone with me. I tried to tell her I did not appreciate her customer service and was rudely hung up on after giving her my credit card information. I attempted to call back to see if I could speak to anyone else at the company to discuss the way I was mistreated but she did not pick up.It seemed to me that there is more interest in getting paid than providing customer service. I hope a representative of the company is willing to reach me to rectify this situation

Gutter Champ has cleaned my gutters 3 different times, and I am always happy with their service. They come when they say they will, and they do an excellent job. Prices are reasonable. During the worst of the pandemic, they took wise precautions to keep everyone safe, while still getting the job done. Communication has always been excellent.

Gutter Champ cleaned our gutters today. Bill gave us an excellent estimate and was able to get right down to cleaning the gutters. Amazing job. He removed our sponge type gutter guards and cleaned the gutters and flushed everything out. Took away all the debris and left the yard in perfect condition. I was so pleased with his work. I have used Gutter Champ for 10 years for gutter cleaning and have had no problems with their service or of my gutters overflowing. I recommend using them off-season if possible when demand is lower. Their service is prompt, on time, and they are easy to reach by phone or text.They have not raised their prices for 10 years.

Ive used Gutter Champ for twice annual gutter cleaning of my Burns Park home for the last few years. Bill has always been responsive, professional, efficient and has done very good work. The business manger Kim has made scheduling and the payment process very easy and she has consistently communicated well with messages to confirm the cleaning appointments. I have used Gutter Champ for 6 or 7 years now. They always are communicative, show up and get the work done efficiently. It is a pleasure dealing with Bill. I had him repair a couple of downspouts the first time and he also did a great job with that.

I contacted Gutter Champ by phone a couple of weeks ago because our 2-story colonial desperately needed the gutters cleaned and some minor repairs done. I explained what we needed done, and Bill was out the very next day to give us an estimate. He was extremely professional and courteous; explained exactly what we needed in the way of repairs, breaking down the cost to us of each item. We asked him to complete all of the work described and he and his team came out, as agreed, two days later. I was impressed that everything was completed, at a reasonable price and virtually no disruption to us, about three days after my original call. Ive waited to post this until after weve had a few rains, just to make sure everything was working well - it certainly is! Also - Bill and his entire team were extremely careful to adhere to strict Covid protocol - almost all business was conducted over the phone, and everyone was very careful to distance themselves when I needed to come outside to answer a question. Always on time, quick, responsible, and do superior cleaning job as well as small repairsThe previous review was done a year ago. This spring I again used Gutter Champ for cleaning services and, as the previous time, they done their job superbly.In addition, today they power washed all the concrete patios and surfaces around the house which were covered by grime accumulated for over 12 year. I wish all contractors were like the Champ. He calls when the weather throws off his schedule so you know he didnt forget about you. And hes really sweet and apologetic about it, even though its not his fault. He is thorough and quick. We have a rain garden that 2 downspouts feed into and he is always careful about blocking them off during the rinse so they dont get clogged. If I could find a landscape contractor to mow our lawn who is as great as the Gutter Champ, Id be super happy.

Gutter Champ is GREAT!!! They showed up on time, and cleaned the gutters on our house and garage quickly and completely. The debris from the gutters was totally cleaned up and washed away. I had a persistent and urgent problem with my 2nd story gutters. They just werent draining well. The Gutter Champ folks showed up on short notice to take care of it. It was the end of the day when they finished, and I decided the lower gutters also needed cleaning. So they came back a couple days later and finished those up. What a great job! We had branches on the roof that fell during the latest wind storm. Bill made sure they were removed from the roof and told us the shingles were in good shape (no damage done). Our gutters were clogged with leaves and now they are spotless. Highly recommend their work.
