This place is terrific! We all get those coupons offering big discounts on framing from the big box craft stores. However, just like the window blind discounts at other stores, they start with a huge inflated price.This store deserves our business and I think them for their generosity.

Even though there are numerous frame shops in and around the Ann Arbor area, Pictures Plus sets itself apart on many levels. Intermixed with their great selection of standard frames youll find beautiful displays of original art from local artisans, and their selection of mats and custom frames is a kid-in-a-candy-store of abundance. But what really makes Pictures Plus the best bet is the family-oriented, personal, friendly, generous and expedient service that they consistently provide. Whenever I stop in, even if things are busy I hear We can do that. A framed art piece from our home had fallen from the wall and the frame and glass were damaged. I decided to visit Pictures Plus (within the Westgate Shopping Center in Ann Arbor) after reading the companys many very favorable reviews online. While it was my intent to explore repair options, the owner and a staff member provided me with an overview of options that included repair AND frame replacement. I opted to go with a higher quality frame that better complemented the art and existing matting. Pictures Plus reframed the piece while I waited! I like the results better than the original (pre-damage) framed piece! Ill be certain to visit Pictures Plus again if/when Im in need of picture framing services. Thanks again!

Customer service is outstanding.. they go above and beyond to make you happy. Their is not a better framing place in the area and prices are great.

Hidden in the back corner of Westgate shopping center. They did a great job reframing a large print and had it done in a decent time.
