The person who put the window in was very quick and knew what he was doing. He taught me how to remove my window & screens. This allows me to clean my own windows which is something I have never been able to do. I am so happy that I used your service and would highly recommend it to anyone with a broken glass window.

These guys are great. They were great to work with at every turn. They did a wonderful job replacing four large French door windows leading to our patio. The workmanship was excellent and their price was 4 to 5 times less than Pella and Renewal by Andersen.We can’t say enough good things about them!

One of my bow windows cracked. After coming over to measure the window, GD provided a quote immediately. When the window came in, they called to schedule appointment and the installation went smoothly. There was some confusion and questions, which they were very responsive to and handled professionally. The reason I did not give them a 10 is because not enough time has passed to ensure the glass/installation is solid.

Great experience. Went to another glass company in the Ann Arbor area for a chip repair. It was a very hot day and I think they should have let my car cool off inside before attempting the repair. They ended up turning my chip into a 25 inch crack now requiring my windshield to be replaced at a $400+ quote. Took my car to Glass Doctor and they replaced the windshield in my driveway for $300.

The big national company (starts with safe) was quoting $100 more than Glass Doctor to replace my car rear window. That place wouldnt consider an appointment less than a week out, and you couldnt talk to anyone. I got real people on the phone at Glass Doctor, their quote was better, and they replaced the glass *the next day*! I was shocked. I was using the car with a new back window just over 24 hours after I broke the old one. Now I know, and Ill check with Glass Doctor first!

At first it seemed I was an annoyance because of the size of my RV window but the veteran did well on my window chip.

Efficient and friendly at their offices. When at our home, the installers were professional, friendly, and considerate. Installation was thorough and done in good time. We were comfortable at all stages of the process and, if needing the same services in the future, we will call them again without hesitation.

Excellent Service, Went Above and Beyond. Our minivan needed a windshield and so we scheduled it for this past Saturday. Upon arrival, Glass Doctor discovered that the new windshield had been damaged in shipping to them. So, they offered to go to my daughters school on Monday and replace the windshield while she was in class. They did exactly that and then knocked 10% off the price for the inconvenience, even though we didnt complain. A few years ago they replaced my car windshield and did a great job then also. I highly recommend their shop.

I contacted Glass Doctor to quote the replacement of a windshield on one of our service vans. First, they were $100 less than other quotes, and second, I was able to schedule an appointment within 48 hours. They called to see if they could pick up the van and take it to their shop to do the work. 45 minutes later, they dropped the van off with a new windshield. Great service and great value!

Initially I was impressed with the ease of scheduling and communication. I got a postcard in the mail because the previous owners of my home had used their service. I decided to use Dr. Windows also. I couldn’t be there at the time they came out due to a family emergency but I arranged access to the home. At first glance I thought they did a good job. I noticed one window was missed and contacted them saying it was ok but to note it for the next service. Then I noticed a second window was missed and contacted them via phone and email several times and never got a response. At closer examination I wasn’t happy with the quality of work. I would only use this service again if they discounted the price because of the poor job done and I’d be sure to be home so I could examine the job done before paying for it.

Had great experience there, it was a classic winter Michigan snow weather, they offered to deliver me the glass since it is too big for my car. A little hiccup happened cause the size was wrong, I guess it is due to the bad connection over the phone when I talked to them, but they eventually deliver me another glass with the right size and I am happy with it. Recommend!

Had a rough start but finished well.1 at go round they brought out the wrong type of windshield and had my wrong name. Came out four days later and got it right.

0 stars out of 5. An appointment was scheduled. One hour before the appointment the Glass doctor call for a reschedule in which I agreed to. On the date of the reschedule NO SHOW NO CALL. I call the tech. his voice mail box was full. I could not leave a message. I call the office, the receptionist stated that she would try to contact the tech. and have him call me direct. He never called. I call the office back. They said they would try again. No Show No call from anyone. It is very unprofessional to run a business in this manner. BEWARD FOLKS.
