They redirected my pickup location and time without informing me. Kind of frustrating. The rep at the second place was very helpful and just as frustrated with the non-communication.

The guys were easy to talk to and they have plenty of trucks for rent. That I could tell, all their trucks were in great condition. The one I rented was clean and ran great.

Staff was awesome. I had a situation where I rented a trailer, got it home, and discovered the lights werent working. After troubleshooting I found the problem to be with my personal vehicles wiring, NOT the trailer I rented. I took the trailer back after about an hour as I couldnt use it driving at night. Expecting to have to bite the bullet and still pay for the rental - they gave me a full refund, even with it being my vehicle that was the problem. I was then back in the next weekend to rent a pickup from them. Best U-haul shop/experience I have ever had. I will now always use this shop when I need to haul something.

Amazing customer service. I was forced to drop my trailer off here buy the idiots at the Ames store. And in doing so I had the pleasure of meeting these guys and from now on I will be going here for all my uhaul needs. They are amazing. Highly recommend them.

We needed a one way truck from Ankeny, IA to Chicago the firts dealer sent us to the next uhaul place and they didnt have a one way truck so they reserved one from the next dealer we were amazed that all 3 places shared with each other rather than just sending on our way to try and find something on or own. Wonderful that the all grow and complement each other. Price was a bit high. But i know from past moving its a lot cheaper to rent and return to the same place Shonn you have been so helpful moving my daughter from Onaima, MN, to IA now to Illinois. Thank you for caring.

I had a reservation in Des Moines for a trailer that when I went to pick it up it was unavailable. Uhaul transferred my pickup location to Seans business in Ankeny and he was extremely professional and thoughtful. My original reservation in Des Moines was at 7am and Sean inst scheduled to open until 8am so I figured I was going to be way behind schedule. Sean did everything he could to make it a quick and easy process! He gave me a courtesy call at 7:30am letting me know he got my transferred reservation and had guys pulling out the trailer making sure it was ready to go when I arrived! All in all great customer service! Stop in and see Sean for your local rental needs!
