My wife needed her ear speaker on her phone replaced (or so we thought), $25 for a cleaning and about 30 minutes of finding something else to do and we got her phone back. I also had her year old cracked screen protector replaced and the first thing she said when I gave it to her was “it looks like a new phone!” I’ve already recommended AnkenyFixit based on the great service I received!

First time using AnkenyFixIt and I am very satisfied! My iPhone looks great! Highly recommend this business. I will say this though (which is entirely my fault for not realizing this at first): make sure to check your spam folder if email is the only means for them to contact you when your phone is ready to be picked up. Anyway, out of all of the places I’ve looked at, AnkenyFixIt had the most reasonable $ for the fix that I needed. Will definitely use their services again if I ever need to in the future!

Quite possibly the worst customer service I have ever received by a business. I sent them an email inquiring about services and waited 4 days to email again with the same request while adding that I was disappointed that nobody had contacted me and if I did not hear from them soon, I would take my business elsewhere.I was then contacted by them and we seemed to have everything worked out. I was about to make an appointment when I was sent a very rude email and was told to go elsewhere. Unbelievable!
