Came in without an appointment for phone warranty service. I was quoted approximately 4 hours for the work, but was pleasantly surprised to be contacted after 2 hours that the work was done. Phone battery replacement is working great and the staff was very friendly.

Underwhelming customer service. They were unable to fix the IPhone 8+ (which is fine, disappointed but we understand), but they never reached back to us and let us know there were unable to fix. We waited until the estimated time for pick up and then they let us know, which was unfortunate and inconvenient. We have been to various UBreakiFix stores with good success, so this was disappointing and below our expectations.

Broke phone while “fixing” the screen resulting in it not turning back on.Drove TWO hours because this place was the only one recommended by Verizon. Waited 5 hours for an answer though we were quoted only 4 max.They ended up having to order a replacement and instead bought a knock off company’s phone that wasn’t even the same as the original. Then charged out the rear for something THEY screwed up after being told we would get a “hefty discount”. The discount was $20 for THE MANAGERS MESS UP. When being cornered about the discount, they back peddled on their original promise. Managers have ignored phone calls and call backs about it. Avoid at all cost. They are trash.10/10 do not recommend their “services”.

As a real estate agent, having a phone issue is incredibly stressful. The staff went above and beyond to diagnose, determine a solution and even to assist with me working through the switch over of info, and getting the old phone sent off to my carrier. They always had a pleasant manner. Their system provides excellent tracking every step of the way. Definitely a 5 star experience.

I am very impressed with this place. My Pixel XL phone stop holding a charge. I called uBreakiFix and they instructed me to come in right away to get a new battery installed. They replaced the battery and found that my screen was cracked and the phone couldnt be put together until they replaced the screen. They were able to replace the screen and the battery all within an hour. The phone works great now. I highly recommend this place for all of your phone needs.

Great service dropped off my iPhone w a cracked screen @10:30, very nice store front and they already had my claim on file and said it would take about 2 hrs. Came back 1:45 later and it was all done. Derek was great very informative and pleasant. Would definitely use them again!

These guys are awesome! I had never heard of uBreakiFix before as they are new to the area at the time of this post. They were able to inspect and clean my Xbox 360, computer monitor, and big screen TV after a small fire I had in my living room. Though they said it could possibly take up to two weeks to finish my items depending on their workload, which I thought was pretty reasonable, I had everything back the next day! Broke my phone at a concert and set up an appointment online the next day because my usual phone fixer’s website says they won’t fix a iPhone 7 Plus anymore. Kory the store manager gave the best service ever. I came in 40 minutes late to my appointment because it was a Friday and he still got my phone fixed in under an hour before they closed. I’ll never go back to my old guy. UbreakIfix is the best repair service around! I recommend with 7 stars but google only let me put 5! Kory is the best!

I went in because I dropped my sons beloved iPad. It was cracked everywhere even to the point that we couldnt charge it. They gave me a estimate of about $230 then called me a couple hours later that it was repaired and wasnt as bad as it looked so only cost me $134.00! I appreciated their honesty and quick service! Hopefully I wont need their services again, but will go back the next time I do!

Came in with 2 phones with broken screens. Sadly one screen replacement is on back order but the other was taken care of that day. Its perfect! You cant tell it was ever broken and it looks brand new. I also purchased liquid glass protection and they put it on for me while I family went and had a quick late lunch. Excellent experience. Dropped my Note 9, cracked the screen. Insurance coverage sent me to uBreakiFix in Ankeny. I called ahead and talked to Sam. He said if I had it in by 5 (when they stop taking phones for repair) he would have the screen replaced in 2 hours. Dropped it off before 5, and he had it fixed within 2 hours. Kory the manager got it for me, cleaned it, and had me on my way with a brand new screen. Told me that as part of the replacement they put in a brand new battery, and they use genuine Samsung parts. Couldnt have been a smoother, more customer friendly experience.

We came to fix our Xbox and 2 weeks later they gave it and it was still broken the Xbox was working when we came to their store and after we came to pick up the power was down it did not work. We came back and they took the Xbox to look over it again and their gonna fix it the reason we had a hard time was cause the Xbox won’t turn on but overall great customer service good advice really kind people helpful

These guys are great! I was having issues with my screen protector coming off, and I was worried about water damage. They removed my old protector, made sure nothing was wrong with the screen or phone, and put on a “glass” protector that covered the whole screen. The warranty on this thing is so good, it will cover any damage to my device’s screen. Loved the friendly, helpful attitudes here. No pressure - just good service.

I wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone go to a different location to either get your phone repair, tablet or any other digital device. I had went in today and I was first told my phone was able to get fix and they lied and told me my phone was water damage which it wasn’t because I never dropped it in water. The screen which was cracked and damage, I had went into get my phone back it was pushed out they didn’t put it back to where it was when I first brought it in. I did go to another store and they did fix my phone which they had told me it wasn’t water damage it just need a screen replacement. Don’t get your phone repair here ! It was a terrible experience for me and the staffs were very rude also!!
