I dealt with a Kyle Wildeman regarding the transfer of my car and renters insurance from Lexington Kentucky to Ames Iowa. He was extremely helpful, respectful and professional. He was able to find us a great rate for both policies. I would recommend the Deb Stubbs - State Farm Insurance Agency.

I had an awful experience with the agent. Her customer hit me at a local eatery and accepted all the blame. That was not the problem. When I called the agent-Deb later on, she had the audacity to ask me if I was going to turn in the claim because there was little damage. I could not believe what I was hearing. Apparently, this agent only cares about her bonuses and profit sharing. There are too many State Farm Agents in the Des Moines area to be messing around with this flake.

Deb was extremely efficient and did everything she said she would do. Communication was excellent. I like her a lot.

Finding a service is one thing, but having consistent EXCELLENT and FRIENDLY service is a rare find! Cherann has always been helpful with getting insurance policies and taking great care of her customers. Thank you for making everything smooth and easy as possible. Deb and her office staff have customer service which is unbeatable! When I call they pick up the phone and I talk to a real live person who speaks English :) I receive speedy and accurate quotes while enjoying their friendly service. I have asked questions via email and typically receive same day replies. The rates are reasonable and when I have a claim they are empathetic and pay quickly without a hassle. You may be in good hands with other insurance companies but I am in the best hands with Deb and her team at State Farm. No complaints, I am a RAVING FAN!

I just went into this office to have my medical bills faxed in, as my State Farm agents office is out of town. They are all SO friendly &helpful. They gave me great advice when trying to deal with my claims, medical bills & even my settlement with another insurance company. Great enviornment & fun to talk to! They willingly helped me even when they didnt have to. I was impressed &will be transferring my policy over to them ASAP!!!

I cant say enough great things about Deb Stubbs and her Staff! Karen is AMAZING to work with and really easy to talk to. Deb cares so much about her clients that when my mother passed away she made my father a lasagna for dinner. That kind of customer service is rarely seen. This is a good agency. I have had no problems with them or State Farm Insurance.

They raised my rates for no reason, and did nothing to keep me as a customer.

Claims staff is rude, and makes threats not to settle your claim. They low balled me for my car, and now refuse to hear anything that offers proof that their claim is too low. They refused to let me speak to a manager, and hung up on me. Seriously go with anyone else besides State Farm.
