I previously didnt think much into insurance companies, other than insurance is needed and to get the best coverage for my money. Tony Strang Allstate in Ankeny hit all of those points. However companies get an opportunity to shine in a time of trail and they did just that!!During the current storm that hit my town (Ankeny, IA) and much of the Midwest caused tremendous damage to my car. This car means a lot to me because its the nicest car I have owned. Its 2010 Chevrolet Camaro 2SS with only 38,900 miles on it. When I called in they were not only professional but also sympathetic to my situation. The process was made easy and pain free from start to finish, including the shop they suggested. I would highly recommend this insurance company/agency to anyone. The cost is responsible and they really take care of you. Are you in good hands? Because I know I am!!!!

Had home and auto with Tony Strang for 4/5 years. I switched to another company. 1 month after I cancelled coverage with Tony, I was sent to collections. I hope this isnt common practice to send people straight to collections with out a realistic time frame. I didnt even know there was a balance due. Thanks for everything allstate

They have provided a lot of information to my questions and have been easy to talk to about insurance details in the policy. They didnt get pushy to add things to my policy when I decided not to add things, which I really appreciated!

ALLSTATE IS A JOKE! Tony should let you all know that Allstate doesnt have an adjuster in this area!! If Tony tells you different he is lying to you! I have been with Allstate for years. What ever you do dont try and use your insurance if something happens. Im going to find an actual insurance company. If I could add pictures I would. Then you would all see! Good luck!

I appreciate the service I received from this Agency (fortunately, I requested to switch Angent locations). I truly believe Allstate is a very sufficient and efficient insurance company. Hunter did an awesome job explaining every coverage options; in order for me to make an informed decision on what policies best fit the needs of my household.

We had a rock hit out headlight and break it. Used the photo claims app and had immediate response from an adjuster. We had gotten a bid on our own and it was over $1000, to replace the unit in our 2019 Chevrolet pickup, the money was in our bank in less than 8hrs and we had our repair done the next day.

I absolutely love everyone that I’ve dealt with on Tony’s team!! Eric is incredible and with my car hunting after accidents, he’s always been extremely helpful and professional while getting everything taken care of (and helping me pick new cars.) I’ve never personally met anyone from the office, and I still refer them to everyone I know. They make everything so easy and I can always rely on them to take care of me when life happens.

Allstate has been great since arranging for renters and car insurance. Eric works diligently and is always willing to help make informed decisions. By far the best agency I’ve worked with! Before I made the switch to Allstate I never really knew what my auto/homeowners policy consisted of, most insurance agents try whatever to get you to buy insurance from them.
